Really nice condo and location

We really enjoyed this property and the location. We stayed here two years ago, and the condo has been remodeled since then with great updates! The kitchen and bathrooms are SO much better!! This area of AMI is much quieter than the rest of the island- just the way we like it. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much!

This condo is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much. The views from the sitting area and master bedroom were THE BEST. So amazing to open the doors and feel the sea breeze and hear the waves. The walk to the beach was short and having all the beach gear there was a huge plus for us. We were partial to our spot on the beach and felt it was the best location on the island. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. We also did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our only issue is there are a lot of keys to keep track of and wish there would've been more keypads instead. Thank you SeaBreeze for an unforgettable vacation. We will be back!

The building is well cared for and very secure.

We have stayed at Sun Plaza West for the past two years. We love the location, right on the beach, quiet, but in walking distance to some shops, a liquor store, restaurants, and more. The building has 32 units and I would guess about half or fewer are rented. People were very helpful and friendly, not just in our building, but everywhere on Anna Maria. The building is well cared for and very secure. We appreciate having a storage unit for a beach wagon and chairs. Unit 214 had comfortable beds, which is very important to us. We loved the gulf view from the balcony. Seabreeze was great to work with and we love the worry-free cancellation policy. We will be back in 2022.

Review

Awesome location. Great accommodations - pool, pickleball court, beach equipment, proximity to the beach and walking distance to places. Scenery out the window - beautiful. Quiet and peaceful residential area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great games and puzzles for a rainy day too. Cons- the remotes for the fan/lights randomly turn on at night while sleeping and wake you. - there was only one key to the property and you need a key to get into everything. With two couples this made things tricky. The property manager - sea breeze brought another one over but made us return it to the company before we left so that leaves the next guest in the same predicament.

Great Condo!

Great condo with all the needed supplies. Clean and comfortable. Location was great, could walk to several restaurants and stores. Only issue was the keys to the buildings/condo. We were only given one key to the condo which was inconvenient. Would recommend a second key or be able to key the key pad lock. Also would recommend key lock pads on all doors to the condo building/pool/storage units.

Great view and location!

Beautiful view and easy access to beach. Nice storage closet for beach items and its fully stocked if you don't bring your own. Big fridge and big rooms make this an easy stay.

nice location and condo overall

Great location both for beach and town activities. nice security and loved that my car was under building/out of direct sunlight. lovely view of the beach/gulf. comfortably furnished as well. patio was wonderful way to greet the morning and watch sunset. kitchen needs an update but well-stocked. bathrooms too. overall a great experience!

Great Views and Good Experience

We've had a very good experience with Seabreeze Vacations. We appreciate their cancellation policy and the rates for 2022 and 2023 are fair. We love the building and location. Unit 214 is adequate. The beds are comfortable; the kitchen is well stocked. 214 has great views of the beach!

Lovely condo, really enjoyed the outside balcony to see the sunrise and the inside sitting area looking out over the gulf. Need to improve the door key situation. We were only provided one set of keys. This impacted our enjoyment of coming and going to the beach without bothering each other. There is reference to a door code number but that does not work in the building since you must use a physical key to just get into the stairwell to go up to the condo (no number code). I emailed question regarding car pass that was not left in the condo and never received answer from the management.

Beautiful location, few things condo could improve.

The location was great. We loved having a balcony view of the gulf. Condo clean and nicely decorated. We couldn’t get the tv’s to work, the living room ceiling fan didn’t work and the one in the master bedroom was not balanced and made a lot of noise. We didn’t want to interrupt our vacation calling management and having someone come out while we were there so we just dealt with it. It was hard to access the condo with only 1 key and 4 family members. You can’t get up the stairs to your condo without a key, Or enter the pool without a key. If the family wanted to split up and do different things, having only 1 key made that hard and kind of annoying. Totally into the safety thing but that was a little too locked down for our taste. There are a lot of rules and signs everywhere posting rules. Again, that’s fine but if you’re a more casual individual or family, it’s a little annoying. Who wants picky rules posted everywhere when you’re on vacation? Won’t rent here again.

Great condo

Beware of red tide. It makes the water look like a nasty pond, dead fish every where and coughing and runny nose while outside. Would never return to the Tampa /Sarasota area.

Perfect for morning coffee and evening wine

The condo was perfect! Great location, we could walk to many restaurants, the beach in front of condo was quiet and not crowded. The condo was stocked with any you could ever need including beach towels, chairs/umbrella, toys and a wagon to get them all to the beach. Walk down the stairs and you're right on the beach! Great view from the condo too and the little balcony off the bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine:)

Wonderful property, condo, pool, and beach for adults and kids.

We had a fantastic time at this condo. The pool is heated and about 90° at all times, and has a nice deep deep end. Spent lots of time there, and at the beach which is only about 50 yards from the condo. We saw two sting rays while out paddle boarding one morning! The condo was close enough to walk to the local shops and restaurants, which we did. If renting or bringing a paddleboard or large beach items, there is a convenient locker to store them in so you don’t have to haul them to your condo every day. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only downside is that there is no public use grill at the property. All in all a great place and experience.
