Quick family trip with adult children

We enjoyed a quick getaway with our adult kids. Weather was spectacular and the emerald coast beautiful as always. The condo was an excellent place to visit and look at the gulf from the balcony. We’ve been to the Tides before, this was first stay at Beach Manor. Tops’l is a fantastic spot, and we’ll be coming back!

Great stay!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by breathtaking ocean views and serene atmosphere. The property was well maintained,clean, and beautifully decorated,making it feel like home away from home. The location was perfect,close to shops and restaurants.The highlight for us was at night sitting at the balcony and hearing the sounds of the waves sipping my favorite cocktail. I will be returning to this property.

The pictures do not do it justice!! This condo is beautiful and clean! We had such a smooth vacation with no issues. Check in was easy and the staff at the gate was so friendly. We would definitely return.

Best View

Condo was clean. View from master and balcony are beautiful. Only rating 4 overall because description is not very clear on public beach for the condo and access point. It almost forces you to rent chairs to keep from having to walk to the small public beach area. The location is easy to get to, and the tiki bar is convenient for adult drinks. Parking was easier than i thought, considering it's a parking garage. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Only thing that really needs replacing is the toilet seat in the master bedroom. It slides to the side when you sit on it like it is loose. We would certainly stay there again!

I would recommend bringing extra items such as tissue, maybe laundry detergent, bath soap, etc. A few items were provided, but depending on the length of your stay, you may need more.

Excellent Beach Front Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Manor unit 908 was an excellent value and beautiful condo for our recent spring break getaway. The condo was clean and very well-equipped with linens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, easy to use TVs, Wi-Fi, balcony furniture and even beach chairs. Located close to the elevator on ninth floor was convenient and the unit was spacious. We have rented from Gibson for many years, and they are really the best, easy to work with and responsive anytime we have needed anything. Until we're ready to rent the 14th floor penthouse, we would easily stay in 908 again on future visits.

Check in and check out very easy with App. If I had any questions or requests, they were prompt and friendly with answers. Will definitely use them again. Beach Manor 908 was just as pictured. Perfect for us, updated, clean, beautiful view from balcony. Tops’l complex is located close to everything we wanted to do. Grounds are well maintained. Beach chair rentals ended Oct. 31, so you could sit anywhere you wanted to on beach, that was wonderful, weather was perfect whole week. I will definitely keep Tops’l, Beach Manor, and Gibson on my list for a return visit.

Very nice and beautifully landscaped property. Security gates were located into the property and at each pool area. We felt safe. Grocery delivery abatible from Wal mart was a great bonus. Great place to stay, beautufully updated and decorated. Very clean overall except for the master shower. Only recommendation would be to have the master shower deep cleaned. There were a few dark spots on the shower tiles and the shower floor felt oily. We did make a few calls to the property manager due to our car battery dying. She was very prompt to help and always very friendly. Highly recommend this condo. The location is perfect. Close to shopping and dining.

Great location to beach! No extras provided!

Reviewer Comments: This location has great access to the beach and beautiful view from bedroom. The pools and hot tubs were great. We also used the Explorie to book a fishing trip. I would have liked it to feel more like a home/condo feel than a hotel. You only get bare minimum supplies 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, no extra trash bags for the two 13 gal trash cans which was I was disappointed in being that we were on the beach and how harmful trash can be to wildlife. I understand in todays world ppl steal things and ruins it for the honest people. However, I would recommend leaving at least one trash bag in the trash can. You do get 1 laundry soap packet for 1 wash and 1 dishwasher soap and 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Not a better view to be found

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely with million dollar views from main room and master bedroom. My teens plus cousins also visiting in another condo on site loved the pools and hot tub. Super safe area! The hotel down the beach had fireworks on the beach twice when we were there and the balcony of our condo gave us the perfect vantage point. Gibson is amazing. They answer there phones promptly with reservation questions! Rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Think it is dolphin beach service. Do it early and get front row. Bring your own hand soap body wash coffee filters (basket kind). No spice oil etc. 4 knifes in drawer. Kitchen definitely could use a restock. This was an annoyance for me because we had gone to grocery on way and had never stayed somewhere without some bar soap to wash hands.

Construction Changed the Charm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were notified 3 weeks before our check in date about the construction. At that point we could not change our vacation week. Although Gibson offered 2 other units at the Tides, they were not ocean front, just a side view. Gibson said at the end of our week they would give us adjustment, but did not know how much. So in good faith, since we stayed at this same unit last year, we decide to still go. After we followed up with them a week later, they only gave us a 15% discount. Other units were priced about 30% less for the same week. We had painters on our balcony Monday-Thursday, blue wrap covering the whole master windows and the walk from our condo to the beach had all kinds of large construction equipment all on the ground. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We try to adjust to what comes our way. It just should have been conveyed about the construction prior to the 3 week notice we got. Gym really needs an update with a much larger room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice unit with an exceptional view. This was our third trip to Tops'l, and we absolutely love it. The unit has LVP floors throughout, which isn't super homey, but handy with sand and cleanup. The unit could use a new rug in the living room and a few touchups from a handyman here and there, but nothing major. The appliances are nice and everything was serviceable. The location is prime and the view is unmatched. We would go back for sure.

Great view

Loved waking up and seeing the ocean from our bed. Easy access to and from the beach. Great sunset view from the balcony. Great proximity to area restaurants and attractions. Kitchen has cooking basics, could use updates on some of the kitchen tools as they have been used and abused. Lots of extra beach chairs and a boogie board in closet for guests although we used the beach service. Overall a great unit for a happy week at the beach.

Beautiful Unobstructed Beach Views

The condo was wonderful. One balcony with a high top table and 4 chairs. The views out the living room (balcony) and the master bedroom were amazing. The bedrooms and living rooms were comfortable. It was great to have two bathrooms. We used the kitchen everyday. Appliances and pos and pans were great, but please note you will need to bring all the essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, etc. There was an icemaker in the refridge/freezer that worked great. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella to use. The elevators to the ground floor were fast, and you are so close to the beach and pools, we just came up to the condo for lunch each day. Check in and check out was very easy! It was very peaceful ... we never heard any noise from neighbors, while inside or on the balcony. Parking in the garage was also very convenient. The sand on the beach was so soft, white and pristine. No sea shells like some beaches, but beautiful sand and clear warm waters.
