Los mejores asientos en la playa @ ~ One Door to the Shore ~ ¡VISTA AL OCÉANO! La mejor ubicación Casa de playa con encanto. Casa independiente de 2 dormitorios y 2 pisos. Primera casa desde el paseo marítimo con más de 400 pies cuadrados de terraza privada frente al mar. Siéntese Vistas de arena de surf y espectaculares puestas de sol. Quedarse dormido y despertarse con el sonido de las olas. Capacidad para 5 personas, además hay un sofá cama Queen de espuma viscoelástica en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene una cama Queen y puertas francesas que se abren a un amplio y encantador patio con sol. El patio es muy privado y está protegido con vista al mar. Es maravilloso sentarse allí para tomar un café por la mañana, tomar el sol por la tarde en privado y por la noche con los relajantes sonidos del surf. El dormitorio de abajo tiene cama full + doble. La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluida la cafetera y licuadora esenciales. Vista al mar comedor dentro o fuera. Tienes una barbacoa de propano de buen tamaño en la terraza delantera.

We had great experience with minor issues but resolved immediately by the owner which we appreciated much. Highly recommended bec the place is very cozy and homey! Love the reading area up on the second floor.. so nice with the sound of the waves.. what more can we ask for? The front porch has outstanding views and sounds.. really good to enjoy our coffer. Thank you!

Great location. OK house

You can’t beat this location. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the front porch. I was disappointed in the quality of the house. It seemed nicer in the photos. It needs a deep clean, and they need to change their sheets that have stains. But Cindy was super helpful and nice. Parking is tough but that was to be expected in this area.

We found our favorite beach cottage!!!

We love staying at various cottages on Mission Beach each time we travel to San Diego to visit our family but now we've found our go-to spot! The location is absolutely perfect. The upstairs bedroom and sun room are new and fresh. The additional 1/2 bath upstairs was a nice surprise. The main floor is cute and comfortable. We did have a problem with the TV and the cable which was a bit of a bother on the cold windy nights during our stay but the owner got the cable guy there first thing Monday morning. She was also kind enough to offer us late check out for our inconvenience. Can't wait to come back during the summer time!

Absolutely amazing location. Property completely not ready.

This property truly is as close to the beach as stated. Checking in was very easy. The night before we checked in however the host reached out about check in and casually mentioned that there was construction. They felt it should not impact our stay. This was kind of short notice to be telling us that the property was not ready. The patio porch was in the middle of being turned into an extra room with its own porch. I'm certain it will be lovely when it's done. In the meantime however all the closets of the property were full of boxes and items for the construction. As such they were not usable. They were extra construction items underneath beds and underneath the tub. Property had obviously been empty but set up for a while. Sheets and bedding in the main bedroom were damp and mildewy, as was all the extra bedding for the property since it was stored in that room. I know the ocean wears away at everything, however we were all a little startled by the deterioration inside. Books were moldy, and everything was rusty. Several things around the kitchen were either still very dirty or broken and not working. Dimensions for very small garage were provided so I should have been expecting how tiny it was and unable to park most sedan cars, so that one was on me. House was once very cute, and I can see that the host is trying very hard to make it cute, but I feel that they should not be placing it up on VRBO until it is actually ready, and some key upgrades are made.

Charming Home in Great Location

Time spent on the front porch watching the ocean and the boardwalkers go by was worth the price alone! Being just one house in from the boardwalk was actually better than being right on it. Also, when the May gray rolled in, we could adjourn to the private upstairs patio for warmer shelter without leaving the fresh air. What a great way to spend a week in San Diego.

Cottage Beach House

We loved our stay here. Perfect location with a huge deck to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The private balcony off the second floor bedroom was amazing. We would definitely stay again

Nice to be on the beach

Cindy was terrific to work with. This property is located right on the beach. If you plan to stay here, it is important to know that the property could use a great deal of TLC. But again, Cindy was very responsive and very easy to work with.

Great Location

Wonderful house with amazing views of the ocean. Nothing better than coffee on the front porch watching the waves. Even saw dolphins from the house one morning. Close to restaurants and activities.

Perfect Mission Beach location

What a cute cottage! This was the perfect location at Mission Beach for our getaway. The location was ideal, just steps away from the boardwalk and sand. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay on the Beach

We had a very nice week at this location. If you like the idea of staying at one of the original beach cottages (many have been torn down and replaced with multi units) with a vintage feel, you will enjoy this location. The two outdoor spaces where both very nice. There are some things that need updating including the upstairs mattress and the shower drain is very slow to empty. All in all a great location.

We love the size of the front deck and the relaxing view. Being this close to the beach, makes for an enjoyable beach vacation. You can watch your kids play on the sand, from the front deck and it is a short walk to the left for Ocean swimming. Uncrowded surf spot directly in front of the house. The garage houses plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrella.
Yarmouth Ct is a very nice, quiet coutyard, primarily owner occupied, This house maximizes outdoor space to really enjoy the pleasures of being seaside, with the comfort of home. 2 tiered deck offers unobstructed sit down views of sand surf and spectacular sunsets! The private patio is a bonus on cooler or windy days as it is private & protected. Makes for a great work space.
It is hard to beat the location for a relaxing family Beach Vacation!

This house has lots of Beach Charm, We love the privacy of being one house in from the boardwalk with unobstructed Ocean views as well as sit down views of the shore line and sunsets. We like to park our car in the garage and walk along the shore to great restaurants or bike around the boardwalk. We remodeled the front deck to maximize our outdoor space, plenty of room for entertaining. My favorite part of the house is the spacious and private sun patio off the upstairs master bedroom. It is protected from the breeze and is filled with the sounds of the surf.
