Always a great time in Steamboat

We always enjoy our stay in Steamboat- never disappoints! Snow was great! Dining out amazing!This unit was very comfortable for our group of 10. Kitchen well stocked with equipment to cook in! Living area and dining area large enough for us to enjoy being together. The owners have taken this very old unit and updated it. However, a few areas they need to work on- washing machine needs replacing-dispenser door broken and has a mildew smell, master bath shower has mildew and needs cleaning, parking lot is dark at night and the walk to the base of the mountain has steps without railing, not enough hot water for our group to shower after skiing and getting ready for dinner. Esthetically okay and simple but needs to do something about all the cables for the television in the master bedroom. Shuttle service was great and app easy to use.

Great Condo with Major Noise Issues from Downstairs Neighbor

Review for Our Stay in Steamboat SpringsWe recently stayed at this condo in Steamboat Springs and found it to have many great qualities, but one major downside affected our stay.The condo itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location near the mountain was incredibly convenient, and the rental company’s communication was top-notch, making the booking process and overall stay smooth.However, the downstairs neighbor, a ski rental company, made it incredibly difficult to fully enjoy our time there. The noise levels were excessive, starting super early in the morning and continuing late into the night. Between loud music, conversations, and constant activity, it felt like the floors were paper-thin. We were traveling with young kids, and the noise made it extremely hard to manage bedtimes and ensure everyone got enough rest to enjoy skiing the next day.This condo would be a wonderful choice if the noise issue could be resolved. Until then, it may not be the best option for families or those looking for a more peaceful experience.

Below Average

The Positive First- The location was very good and everyone i dealt with and met at Steamboat Lodging were excellent, professional and truly interested in helping and providing great customer service. The Negative- The Building and Unit are very old and in poor condition. The Bathroom tiles were full of Mold and very limited closet, shelving or hooks available. The Bunkbed Room had 1 small coset with no shelves for 3- 4 kids. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything. Overall, this condo simply not worth the top price paid. Having stayed at other Ski Resorts (Stowe as an example), this Condo doesn't compare and I would definitely never rent it again or suggest it. I would have rated it Poor, but the location is good.

Group trip

Great! Only down side was not much hot water available for showers, but understandable since we had a large group. Highly recommend! Would certainly stay again!

LOCATION!!!!

We loved our stay here!! I cannot say enough great things about the LOCATION first and foremost!!! The Use of space was incredible and worked out perfectly for our large family with kids!!

We chose this location due to how well it accommodated 4 couples. It was a bit noisy in the early morning hours due to commercial property below.

Great Condo for our family ski trip

This was a great condo to keep us close to the mountain for skiing on our family trip. It was very comfortable, kitchen was easy to cook in, and our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The king beds are quite soft, which didn't agree with some adults backs, in case that is important to you. Also, while a doable walk, with little kids it was easier for us to store our skis closer to the base of the mountain and we even got a locker to keep our boots / ski boots in to make it better as the walk is a lot of stairs and up and down hills. The management company was great, communicated alot and was attentive to any concerns. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

We had the most amazing time in steamboat! The home was perfect and in such a great location. It was a very easy walk to the slopes, the base area, and so many restaurants, even with 4 kids! The home was very clean and well stocked. Steamboat Lodging Co was communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Awesome lodging and location!

Loved the lodging and location here with 9 members of family! Nice with everyone having own bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space and absolutely beautiful views! Definitely would stay again!

Great Location on Mountain & beautiful living accommodations!

This was a great location if you're doing things on the mountain. You can walk to ski resort/gondola. Accommodations were very good and comfortable. Only downside is the view isn't as good as I would have liked. There is an ugly old parking garage right below that you can't avoid seeing when you look out. But we had a wonderful time and the management company was awesome.

Amazing but loud neighbors

The condo was perfect for us. Everything was as advertised and more except for the businesses below The cat ski place blared loud music every day at 6:30 in the morning. I love rock ‘n’ roll, but not when we’re trying to get a few more minutes sleep. But they did stop…once we left the condo to ski. Don’t think I would book this place again if that issue is not addressed.

So comfortable.. and those VIEWS!

As a family we snuggled up on the oversized couch by the fire every night. The rooms were beautiful with vaulted ceilings and plenty of light. The kitchen and dining area were modern and lovely, easily accommodating our party of 8. Out favorite part was the proximity to the ski resort and Sheraton hotel where we spent most of our days. Thank you for accommodating us on our favorite family trip so far!

Great location, really neat property

Really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location. AC units are a bit difficult to understand how to use - perhaps more info for guests on how to use the remotes - but beyond that - a very cool property and location cant be beat!

NEVER BEEN SO EASY

Staying in the beautiful home was never so easy! Property managers worked with Baby Away to get a crib in the property. We had everything and more that we needed in the unit. They view was breathtaking. The unit was clean! We even felt comfortable allowing 2 infants to crawl on the floor. We felt right at home! Thanks and we'll be back!!

Had a lovely Stay!

The house was SUPER clean and in a great location- really close to the resort. I loved the view and the big couch in the living room. Beds were comfy. The management company was super clear with check in instructions and great about checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Family Ski Vacation

Condo was nice, spacious, and clean. Steamboat Lodging Co was great and responsive when needed. Perfect location to the base of the mountain for our family with young kids navigating to ski school every morning.

Amazing Views and Location

We had an amazing long ski weekend and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well stocked. We did not run out of any supplies. Thank you for the wonderful stay and great communication from the staff!! We will be back!!

Spacious, clean & comfortable!

We needed a spacious condo on last minute notice and this place was perfect! Four cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Very convenient location. Walkable to skiing, mountain shops & restaurants plus free shuttle service to go other places. Rental agency checked on us repeatedly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Sunset at Clocktower- Amazing!

What a beautiful home! We loved spending our family Christmas skiing in Steamboat. The location is close to the slopes with convenient ski rental right below. We watched movies by the fire on the family sized sofa each evening with plenty of cozy blankets. The beds were heavenly and all agreed the best and most comfortable we have ever had in a vacation home. The team from Steamboat Lodging was quick to help if we needed anything. We will be back for spring skiing for sure! Thank you for having us.

Family Escape

Delightful property. Great kitchen and large open gathering areas made this a wonderful family stay. Large balcony and great views. We liked that the condo had easy access to everything yet was set apart and felt very private. Wonderful stay!

Updated townhome in dated building

Perfect for 8 ppl. Can make breakfast and dinner easily with all basic necessities present. Clean. Modern feel. Wonderful deck and family room with plenty of seating for the entire family. Chill location. Walk to ski area base. Kind of pricey but comfortable for ages ranging from youth to elders. All in all a very welcoming property. Property management was responsive and receptive to feedback of minor things and more than willing to address immediately if necessary... Which was not the case for us but very nice to have available. Would recommend and if the opportunity arises... Would rent again.
