Perfect stay for a spontaneous girl trip! We wanted a relaxing home, and this home was great! Inviting backyard where we enjoyed the spa! Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool, but that was on us. The home was clean and the beds were super comfy! A bonus was it was a very quiet residential area. The location was close to all the sites we wanted to experience! The host gave clear instructions and were prompt in answering our questions!

The Island Time property was fantastic for our family! It’s very spacious, with plenty of sleeping areas, a large living room, and multiple dining spaces with ample seating. The pool and spa are wonderful, clean, and regularly maintained. The location is excellent — just a short walk or quick drive to the beach, with convenient parking only a minute from the house. It’s also an easy drive to the historic district of St. Augustine, where you can enjoy walking downtown, or visiting the nearby beaches and other attractions.We highly recommend Parlor Doughnuts just a few miles up the road and Reel Deal Seafood for fresh, locally caught seafood only a couple of minutes away.David and Patti were wonderful hosts — friendly, responsive, and attentive. When the pool and spa weren’t turning on one day, Patti arrived within minutes of my message and had everything running perfectly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!!

Home was very clean, had plenty of space for everyone and was located just south of St. Augustine in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor space was outstanding.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Spacious living room and bedrooms. There was plenty of seating for everyone and we most especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We would definitely reach out to them again for future visits with there rental properties.

Nice roomy home with lovely pool.

Large, nice bedrooms and a quiet study/dining room off of the great room that is just perfect for relaxing and reading a book or playing games with friends and family. We spent most of our time outside in or by the pool. The beach was nice but was too much of a walk if you were carrying anything with you for a beach day. The great part was the ability to pay for the day and drive on the beach. Our dogs loved the yard. We appreciated being able to take our pets with us. We didn’t need as big of a place but it was nice to be able to spread out if you had the need.

Great place to stay in St. Augustine

We had a wonderful stay at Island Time! The property was really clean, the hosts were immensely helpful and very quick to respond, and the property is just as described and represented in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone in our group. It was great to have a private pool to cool off in after the hot Florida days. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The beach is just a short walk. It is short enough that we would walk over in the morning and afternoon. There are several restaurants, a Dollar General, and beach access close by. It is also convenient to the historical part of St. Augustine. I could not have been more pleased with this property and hosts. If you go to St. Augustine, this is the place to stay.

Memorial Day Summer Kickoff

Met some other couples for a few days of sun and fun to get summer started. Enjoyed two days of JJ Grey and Mofro at the Amp, hit the beach and had a boat day. We would have loved to stay longer but plan on returning soon.

Great Stay!

We loved staying here! The house was so clean and the pool and outdoor area was awesome. The beach was only around a 5-10 minute walk away. Honestly we thought that the house was way nicer in person than the listing photos make it appear!

Nice home plenty of room

Girls trip, 4 of us had plenty of room, loved the screened porch and the pool. The gazebo by the pool was a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon to get out of the sun but still be able to enhoy the pool and outdoors. Home was clean, nice., well stocked Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating and answered all our questions.

Perfect cute little house to relax after a long day

This house was beautiful, well kept, clean, and in a great neighborhood not far away from main restaurants and just minutes from the beach. We were very comfortable in our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Family Stay

My family had a great stay. We came to see my sister and her fiancé for Christmas and it was a wonderful home to all get together with close proximity to the beach and St. Augustine. I had a 3 month old infant and I rented a pack and play for sleep and it worked wonderfully.

location space and great outdoor living area

This was a quick trip for my birthday. My children came out to visit. We enjoyed the layout of the home and the outdoor living area. There was so much space. It was literally minutes from the beach and even quick access for driving on the beach! Thank you sooooo much! We look forward to staying again!

Celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and family time

Our family enjoyed our time there. The house is great, lots of space and the back yard with the pool and fire pit is wonderful and beautiful. We also loved the porch with the big table and that’s where we ate all our meals . The beach was also beautiful. The host was very nice and everything was perfect.

Great Pet Friendly Vacation Rental

My husband, dog, and I had a wonderful time at this rental. It was a beautiful and clean home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pool was large and cool and the spa was properly heated and aesthetically pleasing. The property was as advertised with no surprises, and our host was quick to respond throughout the entire process. Additionally, downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 minute drive away and Butler Beach was even closer. We would love to stay here again.

Great pool area!

My husband and I stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend. We left the kids at home so we only used the kitchen, master bedroom & bathroom, laundry room, and screened-in porch. We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool. Comfortable pool temp and very private. We used the hot tub a couple times and it gets hot quick. Kitchen was nice. There is a regular coffee pot so bring grounds but the last person there left us both filters and coffee so you might get lucky too. We Doordashed Piesano’s and Whataburger and both were ok. We ate at Baitong Thai Sushi, which we do recommend. We never went to the beach but it’s not far. You can easily walk in less than 10 minutes with all your stuff. House needs a bit of updating and fixing up but it’s priced well so it wasn’t anything we couldn’t look past. Overall a great place to stay and we’d return.

B-Day getaway

Relaxing Vacation

Overall the house was better than the listed pictures, it provided enough space for our party and the back yard was great. Any question I asked was responded to quickly and I would stay again.
