Clean, Nicely Appointed, Close to Disney/Universal

Great place...pretty and quiet community. New place so in great shape. Other reviewers' assessment of it being "bare bones" on essentials like pots/pans and soap was accurate but not problematic (we spent all our time at Disney/Universal anyway!). Will definitely stay here again when we visit the theme parks.

Saved the day

We had 2 listings cancel on us last minute and this place was available. They communicated well and never canceled on us. Vrbo has an issue that needs to be dealt with with these cancellations. Very nice property. Great for Disney goers.

New but unstocked

Use vrbo as like to eat healthy with family. Skimpy kitchen items. E,g, one mixing bowl. No salt and pepper, few towels. Would stay again in complex but different unit.

Family Vacation

Was an amazijg time very easy to and well organized. The host was awesome to change dates and add some nights for us. We had an amazong vacation & had absolutely no issues. The gate to get into storey lake was a bit of a pain sometimes had to hit the call button cause the QR code didnt work for us... nothing to do with the house or booking though it was amazing. Hopefully storey lake fixes the gate. Haha

First time to property, there were numerous maintenance issues that we communicated to our contact and no response or action was taken . We will not be coming back to this development nor recommending to our family and friends.

Everything we expected!!

The only problem we had was during check in and it was not controlled by the renter. At the gate, the systems were down so the operator did not see my name to check me in or print me a QR code immediately. With this issue you didn't have access to the other gate entrances because even if you had the QR code ALL systems were down so you could only use the front entrance so the guards could let you in. This was a minor inconvenience. Once we got to the house, it looked exactly like the pictures!! We had everything we needed from the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms!!! Everyone was able to have their own space. Also, location is perfect! It's surrounded by grocery stores, clothing stores, pharmacies. So if you forget something it's ok, go around the corner to get it!!Would definitely use again!

Read this before staying here.

While there were good things about staying at this property (nice location, plenty of parking, clean, nice place) there were a few surprises we didn't like and were not aware of prior. A few days before our stay, we got the info on the address and checking in. It was at this time that we found out if we wanted to use the barbecue it would cost $50. And then if we wanted the pool heated that would be $30 per day. I did not see this listed anywhere in the original listing. When we got there there was one roll of toilet paper - the cheap kind - in each bathroom, the tiniest bottle of dish detergent you've ever seen, one pod for the dishwasher, and two garbage bags. Since there was six of us staying there we ran out of toilet paper and the dishwashers pod quickly. I messaged the owner to please drop off more toilet paper and dishwasher pods. The response I had was that the toilet paper and soap that were given was for our convenience and if we needed more we had to buy it. I have stayed in many vrbos prior and have never run out of toilet paper or amenities. So I had to be inconvenienced and go to the store to buy these things which if I had been told ahead of time I could have brought with us. While overall the property was very nice I wouldn't stay there again because they could have easily just given us another 99 cent store toilet paper and I would have been happy with that. Honestly I was shocked by that response and feel that it should have come with some extra amenities.

The host communicated quickly and efficiently. They gave all the information on how to get into the community and property so there were no delays. The property was just as listed and overall clean. The property was within walking distance to Target and the community pool. We love staying in this community and plan to be back again!

Summer vacation

It was a lovely townhouse with nice rooms and enjoyed the private pool. The community pool was amazing but when I booked I didn’t realize it was quite a distance from our unit and that it was in a different complex . That was a bit disappointing, but other than that we were pretty satisfied.

Storey Lake Destination

Nice townhome, very clean and in a perfect location close to stores, highways and attractions. The yard backs up to a parking lot in the back of the sub, but it was quieter than other units we've stayed at with other townhomes as neighbors. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Slightly disappointed but got the job done

Rental felt very corporate and there was no communication with an owner like previous rentals we have stayed at. Disappointed in things like lack of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap. Overall got the job done and was ok to stay in but the place could have been cleaner and more comfortable and had better stock of home goods.

Nice home away from home

Place was great, clean, lots of living space and pool was perfect! Our AC didn’t work the first night we were there but the manager was on it and moved us to another unit that was about the same. Overall a great place to stay!

Pros and cons from our stay

The property owner was quick to respond to our concerns. Location was great - very easy to get to both Universal parks and Disney parks. Check-in process was easy and quick. Beds were very comfortable. Home was decorated very nicely. The cons to our stay were as follows: - ants in upstairs bathroom shower (appeared to be coming from ceiling vent) - frying pans in kitchen were not cleaned, with grease on them that was difficult to get off with just a rag - no pot holders or kitchen rags - only one hair dryer provided for 3 bathrooms - home seemed to have had a quick cleaning - patio faced parking lot and Main Street.

Great place and location

We loved the place and the area around it. Neighbors were loud one night outside but we couldn’t hear them inside! Beds are super comfy!! We would definitely stay at this home again!!
