AMAZING

Petite Retreat was really an amazing lil place. I felt so at home and comfortable. Everything I needed was supplied, even some toiletries. It is across the street from Mayo Clinic so I could walk if I wanted. Within 2 miles were all the necessary stores for my stay. I brought my bicycle and was pleasantly surprised with the area, very biker friendly. Jax Beach is probably a 5 mn drive and Neptune about 10mn. I wasn't there for the beach but since it was so close I couldn't help but go almost daily. Just can't say enough about it and the area. Thanks guys for a great stay

The Petite Retreat was Perfect!

My wife and I were looking for something close to Mayo that gave us a little more room than a hotel suite. The Petite Retreat was the perfect solution. The property is directly across from the hospital entrance, provided us adequate space, and saved us money over the nearest hotels. Stuart and Elizabeth are the best host. We highly recommend this property.

Mayo Petite Retreat

We really enjoy our stay at the Petite Retreat. We are Mayo Clinic patients and it is located right across the street. We are repeat customers and will remain so because of our host Elizabeth. 🙏😻

Excellent place and host, I can not recommend enough!

Elizabeth was an amazing host, very friendly and prompt with answering questions. The place looked exactly like the pictures and seemed like it had just been renovated because everything was new/in great shape. It was very cleanly and had all the necessities needed. The location is great if you have anything to do with Mayo Clinic it is literally a 5 minute walk across the San Pablo road. It is also a short drive to the beach and many restaurants and stores. All in all I was extremely satisfied with everything about this place.

The Perfect Place

The Petit Retreat was just perfect for my extended stay in Jacksonville. Clean, Fully equipped and responsive and caring property managers. If I ever need to stay again this will be my first call!

Perfect for two!

My grandparents stayed here for just under two weeks and were over the moon about how perfect it was for the two of them! They raved about how clean it was and how responsive and friendly the owners were. The hot plate worked perfectly and they truly didn’t have a single complaint! The location was perfect as they had everything right near them and coming from the airport it’s right off JTB so an easy route for them to follow!

Great place away from home

Very clean and well thought out space. Very comfortable and well stocked. Terrific communication with owner and Elizabeth is very attentive and caring. She has been so good to us since we had some adjustments to our booking. She was gracious to refund money and let us even move in ahead of schedule without charging us. Her kindness has meant a lot to us.

Great place to stay

the petite retreat is beautifully appointed, the hosts are gracious, welcoming and are sensitive to the needs of their clients. They took the time to make sure when we had everything we needed. Including coffee flower chocolate and a welcome note. The decor is very high end with crown molding, tall ceilings, clean classic light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped allowing us to prepare meals there so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Full size dishwasher, refrigerator, deep extra large sink, full size washer and drier. Beautiful bathroom with walk in tiled shower and plenty of extras that make you feel right at home. We really appreciated Elizabeth and all she did to take care of us. She even made sure we had extra blankets when jacksonville had a cold snap, checked in on us to make sure we had enough supplies, and helped us navigate transportation as we did not rent a car. This property is top quality. We enjoyed our time at petite retreat. The Mayo Clinic is 5 minute walk. We are very happy with our time spent in Florida. We truly appreciated Elizabeth and her husband Stuart. It was amazing to have such supportive hosts in a time of medical uncertainty. We would recommend petite retreat, 100% Nicole and Kenny
