Increíble frente al mar / playa, lado de la piscina, planta baja 2 Bdr 2 Bath Condo

Los Súper Anfitriones lo invitan a reservar su estadía en nuestro condominio recientemente actualizado con aire acondicionado. 2 dormitorios, sofá cama, 2 baños (para 6). Césped a la playa! Vista al mar desde la sala de estar, dormitorio y lanai. 2 camas King, una se puede usar como 2 camas individuales, un sofá cama, cuna / parque infantil. Espejos personalizados para mejorar la vista. Una cocina totalmente amueblada con lavavajillas y pequeños electrodomésticos. Lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. 3 t. v.s, cable, WIFI, DVD, sillas de playa, refrigerador y toallas de playa. No hay teléfono debido a que todos ahora usan teléfonos celulares. Por favor, no fumar en el condominio. Hay un banco para fumadores en el área de estacionamiento. La mayoría de los condominios requieren estacionamiento pagado, ¡pero ofrecemos estacionamiento gratuito! La piscina climatizada y a pocos pasos de la terraza. Hay hermosas barbacoas limpias junto a la piscina. La azotea al atardecer es algo que no te puedes perder. Hay barbacoas allí, perfectas para el entretenimiento. Esta es una unidad DEBE quedarse !!!

We have stayed in this condo two years in a row and it is amazing! It has everything needed for a great family vacation. The proximity to the pool and ocean is perfect for a family with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc., the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing.

Excellent location with easy beach access. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices and condiments so we didn’t have to purchase extras. They had beach chairs and boogie boards and some other random beach/pool toys. One thing they don’t have is beach towels so make sure to bring your own.

Wonderful location on the property - right next to the pool and quick walk off your patio to the beach. Boogie boards, sand toys and chairs were great. We saw turtles right at the beach almost everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is perfectly situated near the pool and easy access to a beautiful and calm beach where turtles sleep every night. The place itself is well stocked with all the beach toys, boogie boards, floaties and snorkel gear you could need. We would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our time! We did have some hiccups in our stay that overall weren’t the worst but did stand out as negatives for our trip. When we arrived, the internet service was down. We messaged the host and they were extremely fast to reply and communicated well. However it ultimately fell to myself to call, schedule and manage an appointment with their internet service provider to get a new modem since the existing one had been down for 3 days prior to our stay. Dealing with the company, having to stick around in the condo all morning the day of the appointment (they wouldn’t give me a call when on their way since my number wasn’t listed on the account even though I was the one who setup the appointment) was not what we wanted to have to do on our vacation. The only other thing was that the bathroom shower near the master bedroom wouldn’t drain well. When we brought this up we were instructed to pull up the drain and clean out whatever filter and gunk was in there. While this isn’t too hard to do it’s ultimately not something you want to do while on vacation - especially since it’s other people’s hair etc in there. Overall we would stay here again! It was perfect for our family of 4!

The property location is amazing! The views are great, and the condo is stocked with everything you need! I would definitely come back to this location. My family and I loved it and had an amazing time!

This condo is great!! Steps from the pool and shuffleboard. The beach is dreamy. Quiet area, not highly populated like the other Kihei beaches. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Perfect location, close to the airport, tons of restaurants. 10/10 recommend!! Mahalo

Beautiful Ocean Front Location

This unit is nicely furnished and had plenty of space for our family of 4. It was nice to have two beds in the second bedroom. The unit is near to the pool and walking path to the beach which was perfect for us. Even with a ground floor unit we still had amazing views. We enjoyed buying local fresh fish and cooking on the community grills by the pool that we cleaned daily and it excellent condition. Everything we needed was a short drive away. Really enjoyed this location and unit.

Wonderful property!

Beautiful view of the grounds & ocean. Property was wonderfully furnished, very clean & supplied with everything you need to have fun and enjoy the ocean. Supply your own groceries and you're set. Very quiet! Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Thank you Jaime & Patrick.

Great location, fully loaded

One of the nicest condos weve ever stayed at. I loved walking out the back door right to the pool. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, nice furniture. The best thing was all of the beach items they had for us to us - beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, coolers. It was a great stay.

Perfect Choice for Family with Little Ones

The property was exactly as described, had all items needed for a beach/poolside stay to include beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys, cooler, etc. Location on the property was ideal for small kiddos access to the pool a few feet away, the beach not much further. Easy access to all things on the island heading any direction. Beach was calm for little ones, fun to see turtles sunning every morning. Kitchen well appointed, all amenities perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Turtles every day

Beachfront condo steps away from turtles. This condo is completely renovated and very spacious and open. It’s located on the main floor, which makes easy access to the beach. You have beautiful views of the mountains and ocean from the lanai. This condo is situated in the perfect location within this condominium association. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay as we did not know where to go or local restaurants to dine at. We have already booked our next vacation this time we’re taking the kids! I highly highly recommend this beautiful renovated condo with everything you need for a family. They even had toys, chairs, boogie boards, and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would give this condo a five star rating over and over again.

A lovely unit for a family

This place was great - exactly as listed. I understand it's an upgraded/remodeled unit in a fairly dated building. The front beach is perfect for little kids. They were able to safely play and see tons of sea turtles. Would definitely stay there again. Especially appreciated the condiments/ spices in the kitchen and beach toys/chairs

Perfect vacation rental for families

Wow! What a wonderful condo rental! I'm so happy we chose this VRBO. It has everything we needed and more for an amazing Maui family vacation. The condo was exactly as advertised with a full kitchen and everything you might need. The snorkeling gear, sand toys, and all the TVs were a huge hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the pool, and the access to the beach. We got up early to see the sea turtles before they swam back out for the day. I saw 2 humpback whales playing around right from the beach as well. The shuffle board area was also great. We appreciated that the condo was stocked with things like shampoo, conditioner, a cooler, and beach towels.Parking was easy and all instructions were easy to follow. The view from our patio was amazing and we had easy access to everything. We loved it!

Aloha! Our family has been coming to Maui since 2003 and we always stayed in Kihei which we love. Our three children love this place as well , so we decided to get a little slice of paradise for all of us to enjoy and to share with others.

We rented a condo here on vacation and loved the property. You can't beat stepping out your back patio and having a beachfront access and a swimming pool just steps away. If you're looking to relax or have fun with the family this property is perfect for you!

Besides being just steps from the beach and pool, you'll find that this condo offers the unique ability to hang out on the rooftop of the complex to entertain, BBQ and watch the amazing sunset. This is something that most other condos in Maui can't offer. We also have free parking at the complex which is a plus!
