Great stay

This is a great condo with a beautiful oceanfront balcony. Especially enjoyed that the balcony was larger and had some nice cushy furniture out there. Our daughters were comfortable on the Murphy bed and sofa and the master bed is huge. The pools are fun and the beachfront location can’t be beat.

Loved it felt like home

Fowler is great to work with, communication was always instantaneous. The place is put together so well, felt like home while there. We even added an extra night after we got there, VRBO had some glitch and wouldn't let us book but Fowler handled it quickly. We simply weren't ready to leave. Will be back

Comfortable Condo with Great Balcony

The furniture is all nice and comfortable. Everything was as expected based on photos. Nice to have a full functioning kitchen. The door lock system made us feel safe and secure. Our favorite part was the balcony. We enjoyed our morning coffee and dinners out there daily. Expect to have an ocean view however there is a smaller building directly in front of this condo.

Beautiful ocean view place

We absolutely loved this place!The beach themed slice of heaven. It’s clean, have everything you need, modern and airy, with plenty of space for everyone and everything. The pools are big, lazy river tubing and hot tubs ( five of them) plenty of activities ( mini golfing, ping pong table, play big chess pieces) , close to restaurants and having bar and restaurant by the pool. The ocean is only few steps away .. everything is clean and beautiful. We will definitely com back!

Summer Vacation Success

My family and I stayed at the Grande Cayman Resorts for a week. Able to easily check in/out without difficulty. The kids loved the pool options and I was able to get some beach time too. The kitchen options could have been better set up as we didn’t want to go out to eat for every meal. The cupboard space, pots/pans, trash bags, toilet paper, and common table area were quite limited. Overall, it served the purpose of having a space for the week.

Roaches in kitchen and large bed along with mold on bed skirt.

The cleanliness of the room was poor. Roaches were found in kitchen and on bed as you walk in the door along with mold on skirt of bed. Host was responsive about the bugs and having them sprayed until we asked for a full refund and went silent on responding.

Could have been better

Our rating would have gone up considerably if the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t smell like urine when it ran and the dresser in the bedroom didn’t make our clothes smell. The other air conditioner and dresser were perfectly fine. Overall it could have definitely been cleaner, the floors and baseboards were really filthy but the view and the resort helped give us a great vacation.

Best Vacation EVER

The property was just as described, was clean and nice decor and even more spacious than I anticipated! The murphy bed was perfect for my adult son and I to each have our own "space", but could have easily accommodated more people! Checkin/out was super easy and Fowler was SO responsive with communication and a couple last minute questions. We've stayed at several other MB resorts over the years but agreed that this was a perfect mix of ALL that we wanted and loved (starbucks downstairs, restaurants in walking distance, easy ability to rent beach front chairs/umbrellas right out front, shopping/groceries super close and just about 13 min of a lovely drive to the "action" of the strip and activities. The unit had everything we needed and the deck chairs/cushioned seating (that can be put together to form a wonderful reclining "bed" for relaxing) can NOT be overrated! Perfect for sitting and listening to the waves! Great price for the amenities, view and unit! I think we'll be back for sure!!

Great view!

The view definitely sells this property! Pictures are a little deceiving as far refurbishment goes. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be! Stains in the bath/shower. Having said this, there were plenty of clean towels and bedding available.

Nice Place to stay

The view was great. We saw dolphins playing everyday. We did find one big cockroach when we opened the Murphy bed and killed it quickly. Owner was nice and said he would have someone spray. We never saw anymore. The bathroom light flickered but the owner said he would fix it. Overall I would stay here again.

Fun environment!

This condo is nice and has so many amenities for kids/adults. If you are looking for a fun place to stay this is it! But if you are looking for a quiet, low key place then look elsewhere! This part of the beach and facility is very busy but very exciting for kids!!
