Love the location with plenty of food options with easy walking! LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing the whales and turtles every day right out our window!! Sunsets right in the comfort of our room. Comfy bed, everything we needed was there. Hosts did everything possible to give us an amazing experience. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Whales whales whales

We loved sitting in the unit watching whales. Sleeping at night with the windows open and the sound of the waves crashing was so awesome!! The location was perfect. Close to everything! We will be back!!!

Magical Maui

The view this place provides is worth every penny! The place is just a couple of blocks from anything you could need including world class beaches. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Only suggestion would be to have a love seat or recliner chairs for old bodies to put our fear up chorale.

Amazing stay at the beach front!

Neal’s place was amazing, my husband and I had a very relaxing stay, with a gorgeous view (and the sound of waves right outside our window), the location was unbeatable, we visited 4 beaches during the 4 days we stayed, and all the beaches were 10-15 min away by car, the area has everything you’d need (a food truck park, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores), and the unit is well-stocked with everyday appliances. Above all, Neal was a big help, and went above and beyond in helping us with an accounting matter that we had, add we could not be more grateful for his open and friendly communication. Highly recommended! Many Mahalos to Neal and to his wonderful unit that made our trip to Maui that much more memorable!

Wonderful place to stay! The studio is well maintained and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay. The extra touches of beach towels, welcome snacks, and the use of a cooler was a pleasant surprise. The location, amenities, beach access and etc were amazing! Plus the whales, turtles, and dolphins sure out on a show for us. Overall we truly felt the Aloha from the staff and quests and left feeling like Ohana. We can’t say enough good things about our host…wonderful people to visit with and an absolute pleasure to stay with them. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing vacation on Maui.

Great apartment. Well equipped, air conditioned, pool and jacuzzi at the premise. Very convenient location, close to shopping plaza, beaches, attractions. Nice place to watch whales right from the apartment.

Beautiful location

Great location. Property is a little run down that being said the view on this property is A plus. The beach is right out the door on floor 1 turn right or left and you're there. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing and many rainbows. The kitchen is well equipped. Food store and shopping close by. I know I will be staying here again. Neal was a pleasure to work with.

Our most favorite place to stay on Maui

Neal's place is amazing in a great location, with an amazing view, and so close to all the things you want to do on the west side of Maui. We've stayed here multiple times and it's always clean, has everything you need to cook meals at home, the AC works great, and is in a beautiful area that is peaceful and quiet. The breeze throughout the day is great too. It has huge windows that open up and not only gives you the best view of the ocean, but a great ocean breeze you almost don't need the AC. It's walking distance to some great restaurants and bars, nice beach areas, and a food truck park. Checking-in was easy. Neal provides you with detailed instructions on how to get the keys and check in. He is always available and responds quickly should you have any questions or concerns. We will stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui. Thanks, Neal!!

35th Anniversary Trip

Our stay was amazing. I booked this place to celebrate our 35th anniversary and it did not disappoint. The views are one of a kind. Having the windows open and listening to the ocean was amazing. Seeing the sunset each night from our room as simply the best. Everything about this place is top notch. Location and views are once in a lifetime and I can't recommend this location enough. Staying here will not disappoint and you will LOVE your stay just as we did.

Great location

The condo was great and the location was amazing! The view was gorgeous! Condo was well stocked but would have appreciated more than one towel and washcloth per person since the washer and dryer were outside down the hallway. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

It was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything, especially, great beach and snorkeling. Neal was awesome. He was so helpful when we accidently locked ourselves out! Great experience. I would stay here again.

Great stay!

Loved this place so much! The view is unbeatable, best sunsets ever, nice beach right next to the condo. Also several food trucks and the best coffee shop (Bad Ass Coffee) near by. We left and spent another 10 days in Kauai, but I honestly wish we would have just soent the whole time here! Really hooe we get to come back some day!

Spectacular View

We enjoyed all the amenities Maui Kai offers. The view, the view, the view!!! The shower was very nice and the AC worked great. It would be perfect with window coverings and more comfortable seating to enjoy the wonderful view.

Wonderful location, amazing view

We were not disappointed!! The whales were so active and it was amazing to sit and watch them for hours on end. The suite was clean and met our needs wonderfully. The kitchen was well supplied and having laundry in the building was very convenient. Checking in and out was simple. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Maui. Thank you Neal!

Amazing view

The property and location are absolutely beautiful. The view was so amazing and memorizing. I didn’t want to leave. I miss the view, to see the whales, turtles, Clear water and the sound of the waves crashing 24/7 was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
