Long Beach Resort Tower 3 unit 1403 es un Penthouse de 1,368 pies cuadrados con dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en la Torre 3. ¡Las dos habitaciones y la sala de estar están frente al golfo con ventanas de piso a techo y acceso al enorme balcón de 270 pies cuadrados con vista a la playa y las incomparables puestas de sol! Todas las habitaciones son espaciosas, con encimeras de granito en la cocina, increíbles techos abovedados en la sala de estar y techos con bandejas elevadas en las dos habitaciones. ¡El área principal de sala, comedor y cocina también tiene ventanas de piso a techo a lo largo de los 22 pies de espacio abierto! La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará, incluida una cafetera Keurig Mini, ¡así que traiga sus K-Cups! ¡El balcón ofrece vistas increíbles! El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y una zona de estar, junto con un amplio vestidor. Our week stay at your condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped and updated. Upon check-in we had a couple of minor issues but was taken care of immediately. The weather was great and the gulf was absolutely gorgeous. Having beach chair service was a plus. We would love to come back here again.

A lovely condo with nearly everything we needed, including cooking & eating utensils, etc. A Gorgeous View of the Gulf.Tastefully decorated. My family especially enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker/fan & light system in the bathrooms.

We love this unit

We stay at Long Beach every summer and it never disappoints. This year was no different, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, even chip clips..lol!! The rental company was very prompt and organized and made everything so easy! We will be back!!

The condo itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and with an amazing view. However, the stay was impacted by ongoing construction in the building (only one elevator working and common areas covered in plastic), the pool being unbearably cold despite warm weather, and security being slow to respond to noise complaints. We loved the unit itself, but these issues made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Perfect Week

This condo was extremely clean with ample kitchen utensils. Nicely decorated and the view from the 14th floor is so nice. We have stayed in a Kim's Condos on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be back for more soon....

Great Condo

I love this condo. I have stayed in it several times over the last 6 years. I come down once a year for my annual girls trip and we love this condo and location so much, we stay here every year. And I have also used this condo for family vacations. Very kid friendly resort! Love all the guys working at the Hang out bar by the main pool, always super friendly and remember us every year! Security is great , feel perfectly safe!

Wonderful visit to PCB!

Thank you for a great stay. The condo was very nice and we had no issues whatsoever. Check in with door code was perfect. It does seem the place could use some TLC and updated decor. Florals were old school and it would be really nice to have a walk in shower so you didn’t have to step up into the big tub. My husband and I both almost fell. Also needs something in bottom of tub to avoid slipping. Other than that, the place was perfect for us and we all had a great time!!

Clean and nice condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and our 4 kids ages 1-13. Perfect amount of space. The room was clean. I liked that this condo actually had items we needed unlike many other Long Beach spots we’ve stayed at. Normally we have to go right out and buy hand soap, dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This room has lots of upgrades like large tvs and fancy light switches the only thing I think it needs is a new mattress in the master.

Penthouse 1403

Pools were nice. Beach was close and not crowded. Condo needs more towels and kitchen towels. I bought some. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room and no light on the balcony. AC didnt cool the bedrooms. On the hottest days it just couldnt keep up. Won't be staying on the top floor again.again. We like it

Wonderful five days overall.

We love staying at Long Beach every year. This Penthouse was quite nice. Well appointed. But they need a new Refrigerator.It was inconvenient that the Fridge was broken. The bottom stayed cool BUT no Freezer.... so No freezer.... so No Ice.. They sent a repairman the second day but with no results. It has an excellent view. Id stay again but with a freezer next time..

Amazing Condo

This is by far the best condo I have stayed at in Panama City! Everything in the condo was as pictured or even better than pictured on the website. Amazing views of the ocean from the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room!!! The balcony was very nicely furnished. Unlike other condos, liquid hand soap was included in the kitchen and both bathrooms. My kids and I really enjoyed staying in this unit and we did not want to leave. It was great waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. There is plenty of room and the closets are walk in with hangers provided (which most condos do not provide). The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor!! The huge TV in the living room was great for watching movies! The only con I can think of is the water pressure in the 2nd bath shower was not too good. If you are looking for a great home away from home, this is definitely it! The pools were also nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo and plan on returning in the future!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and clean, but.....

My two adult daughters and I stayed four nights beginning on May 10th. We have stayed at condos all across the Florida coast, and this was by far, the best based on appearance and cleanliness. However, we did have a couple of issues: (1) The people in the condo below us sat on their balcony and played music and talked loudly until close to 4:00am. We were awake all night. I did call management the next morning, and there was no noise problem after that. (2) We came in from the beach one day around 4:00PM, and the bathroom ceiling tile had been moved to the side. Clearly, someone had been in our room. Very disturbing. Called management, and they were unaware but very apologetic. We checked under all the beds and closets, and there was nothing missing, but still creeped out. All in all, very nice condo, but not sure that we will go back. It was a bit much that someone had to go through my bedroom to get to the bathroom, not to mention my underwear on the floor.

We are glad you had a good time while at the beach! Not glad that you got creeped out! Whereas we personally did not send anyone to your condo for repairs, on the occasion where a leak is reported by another unit, on site property management may need to send someone out to investigate. Because these issues are potentially damaging and costly, timing is critical. If no one responded to a knock on the door, they must have believed this issue was critical enough to enter the property. Only property managers and owners have "permanent" codes to our properties. All guest codes are generated based on reservation information, like date and time. Therefore, no other guest or stranger can get into our units. Hopefully, this will help you feel more comfortable about coming back to one of our properties!
