Short & sweet

We stayed just 4 nights and had a nice relaxing getaway. Cabin is in a great location- close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very pretty lake!

Lakeside Cabin

We just got home today from a week stay. Jodi, the host, made a point to come and introduce herself. The cabin was everything we hoped for. We are definitely going back next year.

Family time

We had such a a good time. The food at the restaurants is amazing. Asuna Suka, Smugglers the Kick back. And the service is spot on we are definitely going back, maybe even this summer. And the cabin is in the best location we were minutes from everything we wanted to do. Just wish we would have had more time.

Gorgeous lake views

We loved our stay and cabin met all of our expectations. Jody is a responsive host. This is part of a seven cabin area with beautiful sandy lake and swim area, great docks and within walking distance of two restaurants and Small market. 5 minutes to Eagle River. Awesome rental for families and their dogs. Highly recommend!

Best Lakes in Wisconsin

The property was darn near perfect. The cabin was very nice, clean and had everything needed. The lake frontage was awesome as well. The cabin is on the the perfect spot of the chain of lakes we wanted to stay. It was nice to have a restaurant close by and Pirates hideaway near by which was really neat. It was part of a cluster with 4 or 5 other cabins, so not quite remote., but neighbors were fine. Well worth the cost especially for a holiday weekend.

Parking was a nightmare

Nice place and will consider it for summer rental. But the parking and trailer situation for snowmobiling was horrible. Neighbors were right out there doors, telling you not to stop there to unload. The situation needs to be resolved. Honestly not sure I want to deal with a boat in this situation either. A little misleading.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your honest feedback. Since we bought the property in December, we were not able to address the parking for trailers like we wanted. We will be working on making parking better for boats and snowmobile trailers as soon as the snow melts! We'll continue to make improvements based on all feedback, we appreciate this. Fantastic place

Great place. The Cabin is in great condition. Clean. And the owners supplied darn near everything. Seriously. Kitchen utensils, hangers, games, dvds, dishes, mixing bowls, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We packed so much not realizing they had so much. Next year we wont need to pack as much, which is always a bonus. The Lake is stunning. Not to mention the surrounding lakes as well. Having coffee on the deck merely feet away from the lake was amazing. Lots for the family and kiddos to do around town and the lake. Great food near by. If you like Prime Rib, definitely try The Kickback Grill on Saturdays. The Pirates Hideaway is super fun for the kids too and they do Pizza and ice cream. Hosts are fantastic! Very communicative. We loved it.

Short weekend get away for an extended family get together! Everything was perfect. Very comfortable accommodations. Beautiful views. Large deck on front perfect for small family gathering. Everything you would want or need. Easy to get to all area attractions. Jodi and family were super!! 5 ⭐️‘s

Nice little getaway spot!

Our group needed a place to stay for the snocross races at the derby track nearby so this was an easy choice as it is just a short drive of about a mile. The bar nearest to us (kickback grill) was closed but just a short walk furth was another place (sweetwater resort) and they had great drinks and food! The property is quite accomdating as well and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus. It's much larger on the inside than in looks from the outside! Lastly, Jodi was GREAT. Communication was on-point and she answered any questions I had before I could even ask them. A+

Great value on the Eagle Chain

Perfect for fishermen. 17’ from the lake with accessible electric. Well appointed kitchen. Dual recliners and gas fireplace are nice touches after a long day on the water. Excellent value.

Middle of the action

Nice cabin steps away from the lake. Right down the road from a bar/grill and Pirate ship for the kids. It's a busy lake with all kinds of recreational watercraft so theres always something to look at out the great view overlooking the lake. There was a live band in the evening down the shore at the tiki bar over Labor Day weekend which brought a party atmosphere to the entire lake. Trailer parking was tight and the nearest boat ramp was a little far but overall it was worth the experience.

Wonderful Property!

Our family of six plus two golden retrievers stayed comfortably at this cabin. We had plenty of space with good sized bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The 1 1/2 bathrooms were much appreciated with six of us! The cabin was very clean and we had plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The deck was very enjoyable in the morning with coffee and in the evening with dinner. The Wifi was unexpectedly very good, which was great for our son who is taking summer college courses online. We rented a pontoon and spent every day on the water either fishing or swimming (it was very hot during our week). Duck Lake has some great crappie fishing! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to your cabin on the water!

The kids loved it!

Great fishing, cabin was very nice and clean. The only thing needed was fishing poles and food. It was easy to get to and a fun, quiet place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Would definitely come here again.

On The Lake

My wife and I rented this cabin for a few days in June. We loved the location just a few feet from the lake. The sunrise was beautiful. The cabin was in great shape and clean when we arrived, and comes with everything you need for your stay. The extra 1/2 bath is certainly a plus. The owners were nearby and offered suggestions on things to do in the area. We were within walking distance to a Pub & Grill, and a convenience store. The Eagle River Golf Course is a few minutes drive away. All in all, a pleasant experience. GK.

Perfect family getaway

This is the perfect place for a family getaway. My husband and I brought our 12 year old, 5 year old and our dog. The first night we arrived we dined at the kickback grill. It was delicious and is about a 2 minute walk away. There is a pirate themed ice cream place about 7 docks down that looks like fun. They were closed for renovations but are opening again in a few weeks. We stopped at Eagle Wings Sportswear and picked out some designs for tshirts and sweatshirts. I would also love to visit Three Lakes Winery sometime. Everyone has a blast. We brought our kayaks and enjoyed exploring the chain of lakes. While kayaking in the early morning we were able to see loons and mallards. We also spotted a bald eagle and 3 baby eagles. Our 5 year old enjoyed the shared beach area. He played for several hours a day during our entire stay. Our days were filled with swimming, kayaking and building in the sand. We also enjoyed smores around the campfire. This property works well with young children. There is a shallow wading area and the water gradually gets deeper. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and some appliances (coffee pot, crock pot, pizza cutter, etc). The WIFI worked well and my husband greatly appreciated it as he is working on his Masters and had a paper due during our stay. We tried to unplug and get away from it all but we did also pack our Roku and at night we were easily able to stream Disney Plus and Netflix to watch family movies. Thank you for sharing this home. Also, thank you for the tips on things to do in the area.

Wonderful Cabin

We had an excellent time. Cabin had everything we needed. The road to get there was blocked on the way, but we got it sorted. Thankful for the wonderful place to stay for a relaxing weekend.

Great place to stay

Was nice and easy to find. If you dont wanna cook the kickback grill has a awesome fish fry. Nice clean place to stay. Beds super comfortable. Beautiful scenery of the lake woke Up to go snowmobiling there were 7 deer standing on the ice with the sunrise in the background. Would recommend a stay there to anyone.

When we fell in love with the Northwoods, it was in Eagle River. We camp and rent boats every year. As we were looking for rental property and came across The Pines Resort, we were so surprised we could buy this property 17 feet from the shoreline!

We'll use the cabins as much as we can with our active family lifestyle. We also want to share this beautiful location with others!

Being on the Chain of 28 lakes, you are able to take a pontoon 4-5 hours one direction, turn around and come back. There are so many places on the lakes to swim, fish, water ski and just enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods.
