Reviewer Comments: Pros: location across the street from public beach accessCons: Very outdated unit, cabinets don't close, old bathtub etc. l'm need of updating but livable!Tiny ants in every room, including spaces like inside the washing machine, on the bed, on the couch, in the bathtub, side table, kitchen walls and counters. We couldn't sit on the couch for the duration of our stay.The management company was quick to respond to this issue and had it treated immediately, which was nice. But, the problem persisted until our vacation was over. It was the most uncomfortable stay we've had due to this problem.The complex is older and also in need of clean up and updating, but area is quiet despite being near 30a.We left the unit cleaner than we received it.Really the unit just needs a deep clean(under beds & nightstands etc.), monthly pest control and a simple facelift. If it wasn't for the ants, it would have been tolerable to stay there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and layout of this condo is nice and convenient to 30A and several restaurants. The bunk beds are a nice addition for kids to sleep. The listing showed a play area for small kids that we planned to use for downtime with our kids but we were informed by a heavily intoxicated person, also at the complex, that it had been torn down. The water heater in this unit needs to be upgraded to account for more than two guests. Showering for multiple people takes quite a while due to hot water capacity. Washing dishes or clothes has to be done when showers aren’t needed due to hot water usage as well. Overall, the condo is nice, clean and good location but we would not book this property again.

Perfect spot for family of four

We had a great time with our kids (ages 2 and 6). Super easy walk from the condos to the beach and quick drives to Seaside and surrounding communities. Sad that it rained during our trip, but didn’t ruin our vacation. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I traveled with our 2 children age 4 and 6. The bunk beds in the living room were perfect for the kids. This condo is at the front of the complex and was a very short walk to beach access. We also loved the bottom floor location so we could easily put our things that were wet from the beach on the patio. Other bonuses were a washer/dryer and king bed in the master bedroom. We would love to stay here again. Fantastic condo.

The internet did not work the entire time for our trip which was a bummer. Also, our washing machine broke on day two of our vacation and wasn't fixed. But the stay was still good and we would stay again.

The condo was ready on time, clean, and good space for our family (2 adults and 3 small children). Only small disappointment was that the pool which was supposed to be heated was not until the last two days of our stay (due to issue with the heater, but fixed after we called about it). We would be happy to return!

Not the best!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I know there are bugs everywhere, but this was a little over the top. We killed roach after roach after roach. Two of the five days in this condo we killed 7 roaches. There is way too much furniture in the bedroom, you can’t walk around the bed. Loved that it had a king size bed but take out the huge dresser. The place was just not up to standard. We have been staying at Bewchwood Villas off and on for over 20 years and this was the worst. Too many bugs and not very comfortable.

We loved our place!

This place was great! Great location, short walk to beach. Loved the bonus of washer/dryer in unit and bunk beds in the wall. Perfect for a mom and 4 kids! We will be back!
