Jerry, Thank you for providing this feedback regarding your recent stay at Hidden Beach 117. We work hard each and every day to bring our guests the best possible units, and it's feedback like this that helps us do so! We are sorry to hear of the few things that made this unit less than satisfactory. Hidden Beach Villas is one of the older complexes, but with that comes a great sense of community as people who have rented here are very quick to return. This unit is close to everything that beautiful Seagrove has to offer! The Publix and Tom Thumb are very close, and tons of local restaurants to choose from. We apologize that finding the beach access was difficult, but there is a public beach access directly across the street from it at Pelayo. It is less than a 5 minute walk! This unit is advertised as a studio and so there would not be a bedroom door. It is the perfect unit for someone looking to escape to the beautiful emerald coast without breaking the bank! We hope we get another chance to provide you with a true 5-star vacation. Benchmark Management
