Jerry, Thank you for providing this feedback regarding your recent stay at Hidden Beach 117. We work hard each and every day to bring our guests the best possible units, and it's feedback like this that helps us do so! We are sorry to hear of the few things that made this unit less than satisfactory. Hidden Beach Villas is one of the older complexes, but with that comes a great sense of community as people who have rented here are very quick to return. This unit is close to everything that beautiful Seagrove has to offer! The Publix and Tom Thumb are very close, and tons of local restaurants to choose from. We apologize that finding the beach access was difficult, but there is a public beach access directly across the street from it at Pelayo. It is less than a 5 minute walk! This unit is advertised as a studio and so there would not be a bedroom door. It is the perfect unit for someone looking to escape to the beautiful emerald coast without breaking the bank! We hope we get another chance to provide you with a true 5-star vacation. Benchmark Management

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We are so glad to hear you had a great stay and found the condo clean, comfortable, and well stocked for your needs. It is great to know you enjoyed the kitchen setup and the cozy living area as well. We appreciate you bringing the issue with the detachable shower head to our attention. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused and will make sure our team looks into it right away to prevent future issues. We truly appreciate you staying with us and are happy to hear you would gladly return. We look forward to hosting you again! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Tim, Thank you for choosing to come back for a third time with us at the Hidden Beach Villas! This is a wonderful community, and it is great to hear that your family enjoys it as well, especially for the convenient beach access located just across the street! There have been many changes in beach access over the past year, but we are happy to help our guests find out the most updated beach information when we are asked. We do apologize for the early cleaning crew; we will share that feedback with the proper team. We would be honored to have you back for a fourth year! Until next time, Benchmark Management

Sangeet, We're happy to hear you enjoyed your unit in our studio at Hidden Beach Villas! We're very sorry about the issues from the unit above, if we had received these complaints during your stay we could've asked that the guests above you keep the noise to a minimum. For the water noises, we will take this into consideration and see what we can do to correct this for future stays. We value your feedback! Sincerely, Benchmark Management
