Located directly across from the new One Seagrove Place public beach access, offering easy walking distance to the beach, pools, shops and restaurants . Enjoy 2 community pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Perfect for couples or small families, this corner unit boasts a king size bed, hallway bunk beds and sleeper sofa. LOCATION! Less than 2 miles to iconic Seaside and walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants.

-The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, blackout curtains, 1/2 bath with closet is adjacent.
-Hallway bunks
-Sofa sleeper
-Spacious bar counter with 4 barstools
-Private, large patio with a table that seats 4 and 2 additional chairs and side table. Perfect for enjoying a meal or your morning coffee.
-Well-equipped kitchen that includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware
-Keurig single cup coffeemaker, Drip Coffeemaker (BYO ground coffee)
-Full size washer and dryer
-Linens and towels provided.

The property was very nice. The beach was way too crowded because of the high raise directly in front of the beach access. It was also fall break for schools which we didn't realize.

Perfect Spot

We’ve been traveling to Seagrove for years and this is by far one of the nicest units we have ever rented. Everything was well appointed and the location cannot be beat. We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay on 30A!

Beautiful condo right off 30A! Beach access right across street and a pool next door. You will be in the perfect area, right between Rosemary and Seaside, as well as excellent restaurants and shopping. Condo was lovely! Loved our stay!

Florida Winter trip

My stay at Cassine on 30A was great! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for my wife and I for a week trip with friends in February. This is the second year I have stayed at this condo and I will stay there again next year. 5 plus stars.

What a perfect spot!

This condo is in a great location right across the street from the beach in a quiet little neighborhood area. It’s clean and beautifully furnished. Plenty of room for my family of five. Has the added convenience of being near restaurants, gift shops, gas station, and other amenities. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Amy and her condo!

Great place to stay with our small family

We really enjoyed our stay and had zero problems. The setup is really perfect for vacationing. The close proximity to the beach, hiking trails, a good Mexican restaurant, and a great pizza joint was perfect. As a bonus, there's a ice cream shop on the first floor of the building., A grocery store is about two miles away - go late in the evening or early in the morning to avoid traffic.

Great Getaway

The unit is clean, well stocked and in a great location. Short walk to the beach and convenient to all 30A has to offer. Amy was easy to work with and very detailed down to the checkout and Wi-Fi instructions noted on the refrigerator. In addition, the unit is an end-unit which allows good airflow when on the balcony. I would highly recommend this unit and stay here again.

Our Lil Get-Away Experience

We so enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything one would require. Very convenient location to beach. The condo itself was wonderful. Excellent for our party of two. If you have children, there are 2 bunk beds adjacent to the hallway. Overall, very comfortable and clean. End unit on second floor right next to the elevator, which came in handy for my husband who has Parkinson's. We hope to return next year and without any doubt would stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

The unit was very nice, clean, and well located on the second floor close to elevator. Bed was comfortable and all appliances worked. Would be helpful to have some good reading lights in living room (floor lamps). There were only 2 small spoons with the rest being larger soup spoons. Shower head may need to be replaced since flow of water was not very strong. Our host was very nice and helpful with easy checkin and checkout.

I chose Cassine Station because of the close proximity to the gorgeous white sand beaches. Seagrove is a wonderful community and there's something here for everyone.
