Beautiful place

The villa was very nice loved the counter tops and kitchen /living area was comfy and nice for everyone to be together. Beds were comfortable, everything was nice and clean. The bathrooms are remodeled beautifully. The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool is convenient

Great location!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at dune villas. Our #1 priority was to be right on the beach, so it was hard to go wrong here!! This was our first time in the panhandle and we couldn’t have asked for a better location between seaside, alys, rosemary, etc. We didn’t have the best weather, but we made the best of it with all the shopping and restaurants. The condo was perfect for my family of 5 and we will be returning!!

Great property, location - but Benchmark Mgmt had an average week.

Super clean property, incredible beachfront, super comfortable and clean bedding with very new appliances. However it was a tough week for Benchmark as they struggled to communicate on the icemaker that never ended up working. They did make it right after I shared the need for a credit. Without question we would be back and I’m sure Benchmark will have a better week.

This year we had 16 of us in two 3 story units. 3B had an issue with a bed breaking, internet now working and roaches. They called maintenance and they showed up immediately to address the issues successfully. 4B had no issues.We love the location and access to the beach. Garett Realty has always done a great job.

A gem of a townhouse!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location for its proximaty to both Seaside, Seagrove, and the rest of 30A. Nice restaurants within a short walk and grocery is minutes away. Beach was very quiet and we utilized the beach chairs although an umbrella would be nice even in the off season. Townhouse was well appointed with clean beds and kitchen was fully stocked. Bring your own beach towels. Did not use the pool. Note: the 3rd bedroom is in a 3rd floor loft without a door. Master bedroom and 2Q in the 2nd bedrooms are ideal. We've rented from Benchmark before and will use them again - love that they do a property review prior to check in to ensure all is well. Thanks!

There is a drop zone on the bottom floor for beach chairs/strollers/sandy shoes. The only thing I would suggest is better towels. Other than that, the kitchen has everything you need, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the views were incredible. We will for sure be back!
