La cocina no solo está completamente renovada con electrodomésticos de última generación, sino que está muy bien equipada. Los baños han sido equipados con accesorios hermosos. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo que crea un ambiente de spa. La sala de estar se abre a un balcón donde podrá disfrutar de la brisa del mar y hermosas puestas de sol. Ofrece un entorno relajante en el que camina hasta las tiendas y restaurantes de Palms o da un paseo en bicicleta por el sendero para bicicletas que serpentea a lo largo de 30-A.

Great location

Stayed for 3 days, beautiful views and location. Check in is 4 pm sharp if you get there early (maybe if you set up an early check in the code would work). Great vacation!

Spectacular beach stay!

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated and appointed. Comfortable bed! The beach view and access was unbeatable! There was confusion with the correct address, I was provided two different addresses, however a quick call cleared this up. All other communications were clear and timely.

Beautiful beach stay

Condo is right on the beach with beautiful views of the water. Condo is clean and nicely renovated. Management company provided easy checkin and checkout instructions along with contact if we needed them. Fully stocked with cookware and linen. Quite complex close to restaurants. Loved our stay and would stay again!

Great view

Beautiful view of the Gulf. Condo is immaculate and has lovely furnishings and decor. Kitchen has every cooking item anyone could want. The beach is right down steps and the climb back up the steps is worth it. Quiet complex.

Location was wonderful!

Very convenient location. We were able to walk across the street and rent our bikes during our stay. The ride to Seaside was just 10 minutes away. View from the balcony was gorgeous. Condo was very clean. Bed/pillows super comfy. Only negative was having to haul our luggage/stuff up the stairs and maybe that there was not an ice maker. Only two ice trays and they were empty so we had to make ice. Not that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant stay. This was the second year we stayed in this unit and would recommend a couple things. New frying pans. There was one small that looked new, but the others were not usable. There are no condiments provided. Salt and pepper would be a good start. And there are no toilet paper or paper towel refills. Just a heads up to bring your own if you reserve this unit

We looked so forward to this vacation. My wife and I have suffered severe illness for the last two years and this was really our first venture out. She has also lost her mother and sister so we needed peace and relaxation. I’m 76, she’s 74. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to find there was no elevator. I’m using a cane and she struggles

The only issue we had was the internet was not working when we arrived. I put in a maintenance ticket, and someone came out quickly and either fixed the issue with the existing router, or replaced it. We had no problems after that. The view of the beach from this unit was fabulous!

Everything we needed

This condo was the most well stocked rental we have ever visited. We have always wondered why rentals didn't have a coffee maker with a reusable filter basket, but this one did! That's what we use at home so we never have coffee filters. The toiletries, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs were a great asset! We cook most of our meals in the condo and this kitchen had anything we needed! The location was amazing. We prefer being able to walk right out in the beach instead if having to cross busy roads to get there. This was perfect. We used the rental credit to get bikes. My family loved being able to ride our bikes to get ice cream or eat in Seaside. This was our first time to this area but we are already looking forward to our next trip here.

Nice digs in a nice location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is in a multi building development, some on the beach, consisting of maybe forty units. Ours was on the second floor-ocean front. Everything worked fine and worked. We tried to unlock at exact check in time and it would not, but one quick phone call resolved this. It does sit up on a bluff about 40 feet high and so it is not as close to the beach as some, and the view is partially blocked because of the drop off. This was minimal for ours but for the first floor in this building there would not be a view of the beach. This would be true of all units in this general Sea Grove area. But all in all it was fine and many good restaurants and bars within five minute drive.
