Great location. Beautiful beach view. Pricey, but 30a location close to Seaside and ground floor convenience are worth it to us. Cons...noisy. You'll hear every step from the 2nd floor occupants. No linens provided for the fold-out bed for the first night. We had to request them. Maybe the cheapest property management group I've ever experienced. One trash bag provided for the week...one mini roll of toilet tissue...one small roll of paper towels, etc. Bring everything you will need because it is not provided. If Benchmark manages the next property we are interested in...we'll look elsewhere.

It was great getting to walk out the back door and be steps from the beach. The unit was nice and updated. Only one thing bothered us while we were there and it was the sliding back door. It was hard to open and wouldn’t slide open all the way.

A Ruined Birthday, Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were impressed with the accommodation and the amazing view. However, this positive impression was drastically overshadowed by a severe pest infestation which ruined our vacation. On the first night, I heard an unexplained noise, which I initially dismissed. However, on the second night, beginning at approximately 1:00 AM, we were repeatedly awakened by distinct sounds of rustling paper, gnawing, and clawing emanating from behind the washer and dryer. I attempted to deter the source of the noise by opening and closing the dryer door, but this proved ineffective. The disturbing noises recurred every 15-20 minutes, persisting until we were forced to abandon any attempt at sleep at 5:00 AM. This constant disruption transformed what was intended to be a relaxing birthday beach vacation into a distressing ordeal. The infestation made it impossible to rest and significantly detracted from our overall experience. I contacted the management office to report this unacceptable situation. I urge you to take decisive action to address your pest problem so that other guest do not have to endure what we did.

perfect location

We were very pleased with this property. The view was incredible. It was quiet and very secluded. We were there in November so I'm not sure if that changes during the summer seasons. The kitchen was well equipped. We had enough towels and linens for our stay. The unit was clean. Benchmark was easy to communicate with. Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 Star Location and Condo comfort<5 Star amenities. It has a stove, pot, and pan but really underwhelming after that. No salt and pepper or any other spices. Doesn't matter if you are there 2 days or a full week you get the same "starter" package 1 paper towel and toilet paper.

Great location

We’ve stayed in this condo many times. It’s showing signs of wear and tear, needs better cooking tools (pans and utensils), needs to have light bulbs replaced and the screen door replaced. Bring wd40 if you want to use the screen door. But you can’t beat the location.

Seagrove sisters weekend

My sister and I spend a long weekend here and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for getting to food and shopping easily. Our favorite thing was being on the ground level. This was perfect for my sister who has a hard time getting around due to a bad leg. There are steps going to the beach but it isn’t as far down as I originally thought it would be. I was able to rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach which was nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely look at this spot next time. Thanks for the great weekend!

Great get away

This unit is perfect for the couples get away. Quiet, quaint, very close the beach and very quiet beach atmosphere. The unit itself needs a bit of work but overall a nice place to stay. The management team did a good job but at times was late to responding to messages sometimes not responding until the next day. But overall a good experience. I would recommend staying here to others who are not interested in the finest of qualities but the ones who wanna go relax and clear their mind and have pretty much everything you will need.

The access to the beach - just walking out the sliding glass doors and down to the beach - is superb. The condo was reasonably clean and well equipped. The pool was well maintained. I did have to reboot the Internet modem and the WiFi router to clear up WiFi issues. Benchmark management was responsive in suggesting I do so. All in all, we had a great time here.

Accomodations were comfortable, bathroom is due for a reno but overall very comfortable. Biggest problem is tile floor throughout with no carpet runners! Wet feet, sunscreen & moisture from the ocean makes for a very slippery floor! Kids slipped multiple times

Perfect place to stay

We loved our time at Dunes Villa. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed and right on the beach. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing location but in poor condition

The location couldn't have been better but there was considerable wood rot/mold in the bathroom. It wrapped from behind the toilet and in front of the tile shower. The bottom foot of the bathroom door was also clearly rotted. For the price we payed to stay for a week I would've expected it to have been repaired. The property management company also stated that several items would be included in our stay (dish soap, hand soap, etc) but we realize after our trip to the grocery that they hadn't been. Overall, we had a good experience but would not rent this property again.

Perfect Getaway!

The bed was comfortable and having a view of the ocean and the boardwalk a few feet away was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! We walked to Seaside for lunch and back. It’s only a mile and a half to seaside from Dune Villas.
