Fantástica casa de playa directamente en el Golfo, SEA PALMS es una gran opción para su próxima escapada a la playa. Ubicado en la tranquila península de Indian Pass, las vistas son increíbles. Reúna a sus amigos y familiares en la sala de estar, donde quedará fascinado con las aguas brillantes a pocos pasos de la casa. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el nivel principal y ofrece una cama King, baño principal y acceso privado a la cubierta frente al Golfo.

Sube las escaleras hasta el segundo piso donde encontrarás un área de TV / juegos y acceso a la cubierta superior. Esta cubierta también cuenta con una hamaca que elimina el estrés, simplemente rockea con el sonido de las olas rompiendo en la orilla, las aves marinas llamando y los niños jugando. En esta planta también encontrará 3 dormitorios y un baño.

Para ayudarlo en su aventura en Sea Palms, su reserva incluye $ 250 en alquiler de equipo de aventura. Great spot and comfortable accommodations for a large family. Several things need repair on the house that I relayed to the management company after our first day (television and outdoor shower). They quickly replied that they would have someone out the next day to repair but they never came. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and the house.

Beautiful Beach Home

The property was beautiful and the house was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and roomy. The kitchen was the smallest I have ever seen, especially for a house for 12. The house was also a little rundown. When we got there at check-in time the code to get in didn’t work. We called the company and they were closed, but they forwarded us to the maintenance number which asked us to leave a message. The mailbox was full, so we had no way to get in touch with them. If they are going to make you wait until 5:00 to check in, then they should not close their office at 5:00! Fortunately, a door in the back had accidentally been left unlocked and we were about to get in. They told us when we called later in the week that they had changed the code and did not notify us.

The million steps stay

There was a 12-15 foot dune at the end of the walkway to the beach that was not shown in the pics of the place or mentioned in the description. It was steep and cumbersome when carrying things to the beach and for each trip back and forth. The bottom floor shower was fine but the two showers upstairs were very calcified and water flow was very poor because of it. The area was great and food from shipwrecked bar and uptown restaurant was wonderful. We will never book that house again though. We were all exhausted from the dune and all of the steps in and out of the house and we are all fairly fit and physical peopleThe issues we had with the wasps the hot tub and the dishwasher that did not work were all handled promptly by the property manager. The place was stocked very well in the kitchen and with games. The bunk room is not made for anyone over the age of seven. Teenagers did not have room to sit on beds or climb the tiny runs on the ladder. The couch is not a pullout but a sectional with a two cushion foot prop that was broken and kept falling.

I have a new favorite beach spot!

Shhhh. This place is wonderful! The house was super clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 adults and a dog. We were there for Thanksgiving there and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a turkey meal with all the fixins.. And the location! Right on the beach. No high rises at all, parks and trails nearby, great biking, beautiful sand, and a few of us even dared to go in the water!!! To address someone's previous review, there is a new dune between the house and beach that could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. A boardwalk with a ramp would make it much more convenient to go back and forth, but it wasn't overly restrictive. I'm looking forward to returning in the summer!

Great, quiet location

Very nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Well equipped and nicely maintained. The beach is private and location is beautiful! Would definitely go back!

Great Family Vacation Rental

The house is right on the beach which makes it very convenient. It was clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. We made use of the hot tub a lot. The staff was accommodating when we had questions and concerns. They were quick to get back to us and resolve any issues we had. We would definately stay there again.

The swing is amazing! By far several of my family members favorite place! In general I would say the house wasn’t that clean, the floors were pretty gross when we got there, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Many things were broken, the shelves and drawers were broken in the refrigerator, the master bedroom window won’t lock because it’s rotted out. The furnace intake filters were very dirty in the dining room. The house was “nice” but for you price we paid, I expected may better! No matter the condition we had an amazing time and made wonderful memories, even with the Gale winds for two days!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House needed and still needs some basic maintenance. Rental agency was very responsive on maintenance request while we were there. Great location. East access to the beach. Plenty of room for guests. Possible improvements to the house would be roll up/down blinds outside on the porch. Ability to block morning or evening sun on the porches would be nice. Another improvement would be drip guards above doorways. When it rains water runs off roof and onto you as you are exiting or arriving at house.

Great house

We had a great time! The house was perfect for 3 couples and children. Upper and lower porches were wonderful. If you just like the beach and watching wildlife then the beach is great! However, if you want to get in the ocean, the water is not the crystal clear of other beaches. The porches are not toddler friendly.

We usually stay on the Cape and probably will in the future. We liked the house but the location and clarity of the water wasn’t what we prefer. No issues at all and it was nice to have beach to ourselves but area really wasn’t ideal for bike riding and getting ice cream for the kids like on the cape. Would book with this company again.

Friend Fall Trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and right on the beach. The hot tub was awesome also. Kitchen was well stocked and we were close to some good restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The layout was great, the house was cozy and clean, and we had more room than we needed. I was excited to try the porch hammock from the photos, and was happily surprised to find it has been replaced with a twin bed sized porch swing! So fun and relaxing. We were right on the beach, a total lifesaver with kids and dogs and beach gear galore. It was also our first time booking with the rental company, and they were great and so sweet. We lost power in a quick storm our first day and they left a voicemail to check on us and give updates. It was a perfect last minute stay, and we'll definitely book this house in the future!
