Esta casa de primer nivel es un lote de la playa y tiene fácil acceso a playas amplias y tranquilas. Home tiene un concepto de espacio abierto con cocina bien equipada que se abre a las áreas de estar y comedor. La sala de estar se abre a un porche de pantalla grande con vistas al golfo y está equipada con televisor de pantalla plana grande, internet y WIFI, altavoz inalámbrico y muebles cómodos. Cocina: cocina renovada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mostradores de cuarzo, delicias de los cocineros. Península de 10 pies con 4 taburetes para pasar el rato con los cocineros. Dormitorio principal - cama king y baño completo con doble lavamanos. Se abre al porche de la pantalla con hermosas vistas del golfo. Habitación King: el amplio King se abre al porche de la pantalla con hermosas vistas del golfo, baño compartido con la habitación con cama Queen / litera Habitación con cama Queen y litera - El tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama Queen y literas. Porche de pantalla: abarca todo el lado de la playa de la casa, duplicando el espacio habitable de esta casa. Hay 2 sillas de playa y 2 kayaks que puedes llevar a la playa.

Perfect beach home

Great home in perfect location. Loved the swimming pool, the screened porch and beautiful beach across the street! Owner was beyond amazing....AC went out & he had it repaired within a couple hours. I will stay herr again!!!

Great beach house for 6!

My husband and I treated our two grown, married children and spouses to a week at the beach. The house was perfect - great views from the front porch, the front porch itself (where we ate all our meals), very short walk to the beach, easy access to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. The house is clean and bright, and was just the right size for us.

Beautiful setting ... love the large screen porch

We loved the open floor plan with comfortable furniture and beach décor. The beach is close enough that running back to the house from the beach for another beer wasn't too taxing. The screen porch that runs the length of the house was the perfect place to end the day.

A peaceful getway

Reserved this property due to it's location and proximity to the beach - pool was just an added bonus! The house was clean and amenities as listed. Our favorite feature was the massive screened porch - we spent the majority of our time there when we weren't on the beach or enjoying the pool. Check in and check out was easy. Quiet neighborhood, with a short drive to Port St. Joe. Beach access directly in front of the house - beach was clean and quiet. I will definitely be returning. Great location!

Still Awesome

After having been cooped up since March, it was great to get back to Port St Joe and enjoy the outdoors and the beach. The property was great, just like last year. AT&T cell reception has improved in the area, which was nice. The house was awesome and the pool was well maintained and very clean for us. Construction next door was barely noticable. There was very good social distancing going on at the beach, so that was good And appreciated. There were enough restaurants doing takeout in PSJ that we were able to eat in every night from a different restaurant. We are already looking forward to renting the property again Next year.

No Complaints

Visited here for our family vacation. While the weather didn’t cooperate and there was local flooding on the street and surrounding area, we had a great time and had no issues with the property. The pool became green following the extensive rain, but a quick message to Matt and he was quick to get it taken care of. We’d stay again.

Great stay!

Needs update on queen bed. Air conditioning not working well in queen bedroom and front bedroom next to queen bedroom. Floor needed mopping. Other than those things, we loved house, pool and location.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway for myself, my husband, our friends, and our dogs. The house is really close to beach access, and the pool is the icing on the cake. We had a lovely trip, and plan to visit again next year.

Best place we have ever stayed!

This house was absolutely perfect. Beach access is directly across from the property and easy to get to. There are beach views from the screened in porch, which we were greatful for because we didn’t have to fight off bugs while we were sitting outside! The pool was perfect for relaxing with the dogs. We definitely want to come back again! 5 stars!!!!

Perfect relaxing home away from home.

This is our second time renting this property. It is perfect with its proximity to the beach, wonderful pool and huge screened in porch that allows for relaxing and dining all while looking at the ocean. I had forgotten how stocked this house is. You really do not have to bring much from home. We will definitely stay at this house again and recommend it to friends.

Great place with only minor issues

We loved our stay at the Treasure by the Sea; however a few things caused it to fall short of a five star review. First the pros: amazing location, especially if you are looking for a low-key, remote getaway. If you want to have easy access to restaurants and nightlife, look elsewhere. The house is steps away from a fantastic beach that is not too crowded. The screened-in porch is a huge plus: We spent a ton of time just relaxing out there, and our dog could be with us easily since it is fully enclosed. We hardly used the pool but can see its benefit, especially if you have kids and don’t want to deal with the beach. The outdoor shower with warm water and the clean poolside restroom are both big pros. The house itself has plenty of room; we were just two staying, but it easily could have fit another family with kids comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/plates/silverware, though it could use a few more glasses. Cons: Though it appeared that the place had been cleaned/sanitized prior to our arrival, it could use a deep clean. The floors were really dirty (it’s a beach house so we don’t expect perfection, but our feet were very dirty if we walked around barefoot), and there was a ton of dust on the curtains and light fixtures. Also, when we arrived, there was only 1 hand soap (for 3 sinks) and 1 small container of dish soap. There was no extra rolls of toilet paper, no additional soap or shampoo/conditioner, and worst of all no dishwasher soap. As we had planned to prepare all our meals ourselves, not having dishwasher soap was quite a letdown and added hassle to our relaxing getaway. These all seem like such easy things to provide and are typically standard at most vacation rentals we have stayed at. Also, the king bed was comfortable but there is a defective motion-activated light right outside the primary bedroom that keep flashing on/off through the bedroom windows. If you are a light sleeper like me, this may be an issue; we ended up throwing a blanket over the window to help block the light since we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off or unscrew the bulbs, and the host had no remedy. Overall, we still recommend staying here and would likely stay again. The pros certainly outweigh the cons, but just plan to bring a few extra essentials like toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap, and you’ll be good to go.

Right on the beach

Great pool and plenty of space to spread out in this house. Wish the weather was better, but enjoyed our time here. It’s a little dated so if you are looking for something brand new it’s not for you, but overall a good place to hang while your enjoy the beach

Perfect Vacation

I can’t say enough great things about this property. We rented the house for ourselves, our two toddlers and two other couples with kids. There was plenty of space and the additional outdoor shower and toilet came in handy. Beach access is right across the street so it’s just a short walk. The area is very secluded so we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The screened porch was another great feature. I was worried about the space between the railings being too wide to be safe for the kiddos, but everything was sturdy and we spent a lot of time out there. You have a great view of the ocean and there’s plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. The pool was really the highlight because of the large sun deck and umbrella provided. There were extra floats and pool/beach toys in the owners closet. We also played with the corn hole set that came with the house. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The owner only provides one towel per person so we did a good bit of laundry. We also had a hard time finding the thermostat (it’s hidden behind a fixture on the wall) so we were hot the first night. The guest bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but overall we had a fantastic stay. I would definitely rent this property again.

everything about our stay was amazing. Matt quickly replied when we had questions. The house very comfortably accommodated our group of 9. It was beautiful and everything it said online. Would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Fun despite the rain

We loved the location and even kind of had a beach view :) Turtle nests were close by (protected) and we enjoyed the state park about 12 miles away. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well.

We had a great week with family and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We did a lot of fishing on the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and a drive to the Indian Raw Pass Bar. The house has a lot of updates that are not pictured on the online listing so that was a nice surprise. We loved the open floor plan and the under house hangout area but mostly the pool! The screened in porch area was also really nice. Overall we had a great stay!

Great house, great location

We loved spending our family vacation here. It was very clean, quiet, and just a few steps to the beach. The kids loved the pool. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining equipment. LOVED the screened-in porch. We had several meals out there. The outdoor shower and bathroom were really convenient. It was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. The host was very accommodating and communicative.

Great house by the beach!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is a great size, the porch is phenomenal, and the pool is so nice to come back to after a day at the beach! I also loved how close it was to the beach. The beach access is literally right across from the house. It’s maybe a 2 min walk from house to ocean. The only problem we had the whole time was getting in late the first night and not being able to find a restaurant or food anywhere. Other than a semi hungry first night, our trip was perfect. Thank you!!
