Please note that although most of our properties have internet access; we do not guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor. It is always our aim to resolve any issues guests might have as quickly as possible. However; whenever this repair/service has to be executed by a third party company we have no control over their work schedule. We want to assure you however that we have made contact with the relevant parties as such presently there is no issue with the internet. We certainly wish that we could have notified you before booking that the beach access was changing; however, this decision was not made until after. We did notify you as soon as we knew. Since you were more than 60 days out at that time, we would have been happy to relocate you. While you could have changed units, we're very glad that you decided to stay at Beachside Villas 132, as it appears that you did still enjoy your vacation! This unit is a great option and, even with the change in access locations, it's still very close to the beach! Parking is very limited here on 30A, so we are only able to issue two parking passes per unit, per the association for Beachside Villas. This rule is especially strict during the busier seasons. Please notify us within 24 hours of any housekeeping problems that you experience! We will always be more than happy to send our cleaners back out to correct any oversights! We hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with a five star stay! Thank you, Benchmark Management.
