El amplio balcón le ofrece la vista y el dulce olor del aire salado. También es ideal para el café o el té de la mañana y la bebida de la tarde para relajarse. La sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor abiertos crean un maravilloso espacio de entretenimiento. La cocina reluce con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio principal es tranquilo con una lujosa cama king que definitivamente te atraerá para dormir. El baño privado también es conveniente. Las literas del pasillo están escondidas en un pasillo con medio baño muy cerca.

Gulf Place es un lugar fácil para disfrutar 30A. Lleno de tiendas y restaurantes, un césped para eventos con alquiler de escenarios, bicicletas y tablas y no olvidemos el acceso a la playa. Todo está allí en una esquina de 30A y County Highway 393. ¡Disfrutar!

It is not fancy or overly spacious but it fit the four of us and was clean and close to the beach. It was a good deal for the price. Great location

Very nicely decorated condo great for our family of four. Location was perfect and price was great! My kids loved being across the street from the beach while also having a pool to swim in. Condo is small but our young kiddos (5 & 9) fit perfectly in the bunk area at night and it the layout worked well for us. Management company sent multiple communications with information prior to arriving and while we were staying there. They were a little tough to get ahold of when we actually needed a response, but I know they were busy with all the spring break guests. Overall, I’d recommend for family or 4 or less.

Looks better than the pics

Upon arriving we were struck with just how pretty the place was on the inside. It was much bigger than we were expecting. The internet was spotty at best, but you don't really go to the beach for the internet. I would say it was less than a 4 minute walk to the beach. The only complaint I have would be about the company Vacayzen which works alongside the owners of the complex. DO NOT USE VACAYZEN for any of their services. I believe that company to be fraudulent. Overall, my stay was excellent!

A fantastic spot!

Walking distance to the beach and to several great restaurants! The unit is very spacious with a balcony right over the pool. We always have a fantastic time! The only irritation was with the electrician who wired the bedroom and living room. There isn't a way, barring unscrewing the lightbulbs, to turn on the fans without also turning on the lights. This is pretty irritating at night. But we took out the lightbulbs in the bedroom and just dealt with it in the living room. Overall, a wonderful place and we'll likely be back next year as well!

Great condo! Location is perfect. Walking distance of everything. The condo was wonderful. Completely clean, adorably decorated and perfect location within Gulf Place. Close to the laundry room (which is free, by the way) and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Pool is heated - and heated well! No other pools in the area were heated like this one in December. There were even beach amenities here. A beach wagon, beach chairs, table and boogie boards. Awesome surprise! We cannot recommend this condo, and this area enough. Well done, owners! And well done Benchmark, the management and cleaning company. There’s literally not one thing we found that was not pristine clean, and I’m picky. We are moving our spring break vacation from another place to this one. Cannot wait to come back!

Nice Condo, Some Frustrations at Check In

Check in was at 4pm and we were driving in from out of town. We arrived at 3:45. The code they gave us didn't work yet, so I called the management company. They told me we had to wait there outside the door for another 15 minutes until 4... this seemed unnecessary as the condo was clearly ready for us. Then, during our stay, the codes to the pool & beach gate kept changing each day. They said it was because it was the start of the month and the codes changed each month, but it was frustrating and annoying. Lastly, the pond on the property had a foul smell that we noticed from our balcony.

Below Expectations

This was our 4th yr staying at Cabanas at Gulf Place. And by far the most disappointing. This unit is at best the bear minimum. Looked like what furniture was there may have come from a potters house.We didn't go to watch tv but you would think a tv under 32 in the main area is skimping as cheap as they are now. And there were no instructions on how to connect to the service. There were no dishcloth or potholder for handling hot pans. Also they need to clean the blades on the ceiling fan more than every couple years. A good 1/4 in or more of dust. The bracket on the door frame is missing a screw and probably could be compromised easily.

Overall pleasant stay, some things could be better

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very good location, across from the gorgeous beach and nearby restaurants.It is tastefully appointed and you can tell it was recently updated. Overall it was very clean, however the sofa cover is beyond filthy. It is white canvas and I believe meant to be washable, but it is badly stained with food and even marker. No one in our group wanted to sit on it, which is a shame because there is no here else to sit comfortably. While there is cable- the directions provided did not match the system that is actually in the condo. There are other various codes to be able to enter the beach entrance, pools and laundry room that were never provided. We have to spend several hours our first day trying to contact the management company who sometimes took hours to respond. Last,All of the cooking utensils were carelessly thrown int eh cabinet under the sink, which was dark and dingy. That is where cleaning supplies and perhaps the garbage should go, no cooking utensils. WeWe didn't want to use any of those items. As a vacation property owner, I would suggest management do a sweep of the unit and reorganize and replace the couch cover.

Nice ...but...

This was my 2nd year staying in this condo. I love everything about the location and surrounding property including the beach access, the pools, the shops. But there are a few irritating things about the actual condo. 1st i could NOT get the wifi they list to work show up. The say to use the 5G...but all i could find is Cabana 206 2.4G. And i placed many calls to the property management and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it either. This meant i could not use netflix or hulu at all. I'm not there to watch TV but after a long day i just wanted to catch up on my shows! 2nd There is no full length mirror! These are cheap and super easy to install on a back of a door. Would be VERY nice to be able to see your entire self without standing on a chair in the bathroom. 3rd The master bedroom REALLY needs blackout curtains. There is a very bright light right outside the window that never goes off and makes the room look like the sun is out. Really messed up sleeping. I had to take a comforter and pin it up and around the window so i could sleep. A few cheap easy fixes would make this place amazing! I will definitely try and stay here next year despite these issues...but i really hope these few minor issues have been resolved.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: great location. The unit is decorated beautifully. It was clean upon arrival. The little boxes of cleaning products/toiletries from Benchmark Property Management were a cute touch.The bad: the king bed is uncomfortable. There was no silverware organizer- everything was thrown in a small drawer (which is fine) but looking under all of the silverware- the drawer was very dirty. I put them through the dishwasher before we used them because it was gross. The balcony doesn't have a mat before you come back into the condo, so you can't help but bring sand back inside (there was a lot of sand on the outdoor rug). The kitchen has the basics but did not have a vegetable peeler. General maintenance clearly wasn't considered- the bedroom was missing the middle picture above the bed, both chandeliers had burnt out bulbs, and the shower drained very slowly. We like sleeping with a fan on, but the ceiling fan in the main bedroom is hardwired to the lights- so we would have to keep the lights on to keep the fan on. The main bedroom window is right by the elevator, so there were nights where other people were loud/had dogs barking right by where I was trying to sleep. Also, there is a bright yellow light outside of the window (and no black out shades). The gate code for the beach did not work. I reached out to Benchmark who told me that they gave me the wrong one and sent another. The second one did not work either. I called back and was told they would look into it. No one ever got back to me. I had to wait 15 minutes in the July heat for a stranger to let me in (and luckily she gave me her code to use). We had 2 adults staying here and it was a good size- I couldn't imagine being here with any more people than that. The shower temperature fluctuates A LOT. It would go from normal, to barely luke warm, to scalding hot (and I usually like very hot showers). Be careful if you have kids. I don't think this unit was worth almost $3200.
