The sunroom on Maple

Our beautiful bright apartment in is Picton's century homes neighbourhood. It has been recently renovated and has a spacious yet cozy feel. The sunroom is everyone's favourite spot in the house. There is also a fireplace and back yard with a barbecue and patio furniture available for your use too. Steps to Main St and a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, Crystal Palace, playground and Marina. SANDBANKS PASS AND USE OF AN INFLATABLE KAYAK OR PADDLE BOARD INCLUDED WITH YOUR SUMMER STAY!!!
Our house is set up as a duplex but you will have access to the guest's apartment through a separate entrance. The kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom are on the main floor and the two bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, counter top burner, coffee machine and electric kettle. Plus all the other utensils necessary to prepare a quick meal or warm up food. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and olive oil are provided. There is plenty parking space in the driveway.

Lovely stay in Picton

Perfect location

It was a lovely stay, we did bump our heads a few times and had to watch for the step into the bedroom and living room. Once you were used to that, it was perfect!

A clean, comfortable refuse

Stayed there with 3 other friends. We were staying overnight during a curling bonspiel. Property was impeccably clean and comfortable. Housekeeper is in the adjoining house so very convenient if we needed anything. Had a wonderful stay.

A Picton Gem!!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at the sunroom on Maple. The location is excellent- easy to walk to town. We also enjoyed touring around the beautiful Prince Edward County. It was so nice and comfortable to come home to the sunroom. The accommodations are perfect for a cozy family stay. Thank you for everything Maria and Carlos!

Great for a girls weekend

Great location just minutes away from the Main Street and shops. Maria was a gracious host. We were very comfortable and the unit was cozy and well appointed. We would definitely stay again. My only note would be that the staircase to the upper level and bedrooms is narrow with a low ceiling which heads were bumped on a few times. Fine for most able-bodied people but not recommended for anyone with mobility challenges.

Wonderful stay in Picton

We stayed with a group of 4 adults and a 9 month old baby. The accommodations was perfect for a group of this size and definitely kid-friendly. We loved everything about the unit, the hosts seem to have thought of everything (kitchen and bathroom supplies, baby items including high chair and pack and play, tv set-up). Tall people do need to mind their heads on the upper floor due to sloped ceilings but the space was still functional and comfortable. Beautiful sunroom was a highlight of the accommodation. Check in process was smooth and Maria was a great host. We would absolutely stay here again during a future visit to beautiful PEC!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was great! The host were welcoming, charming and attentive to our wellbeing. This is not a large house but considering we were only 3 (2 adults and a 9yo) this was perfect, big enough that if there is rain we wouldn't have felt cramped... But we had the weather on our side and hit the beach every day (15 minute drive and the host provided a pass allowing free access and line skipping at the entrance... Definitely a plus) the apartment is just a short walk (5min) from downtown Picton and most of the restaurants. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the Sunroom on Maple. Would recommend

Beautiful appartment, great location

What a great appartment. It was ideal for my wife and I and our two kids. Super comfy beds, a really nice sunroom that we used quite a bit while unwinding after our days out. This apartment is attached to the hosts’ house and separated by two doors. The hosts and their daughter are great. They are there only if you need. We had three evenings eating outside on the picnic table by the bbq reserved for the guests. The hosts have their own quarters inside and out, and we never felt we were bothering anyone. Before arriving, we were anticipating that the kitchenette would be insufficient. But between the BBQ and the mini-oven and microwave, we were 100% fine. Great place, we will be back.

Fell in love with this sunroom!

Cute and comfortable accommodations with a beautiful sunroom to curl up with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the sunlight, even when it's cold outside! The owners are very accommodating, quick to respond to messages and very close by as they live in the front portion of this duplex property. Equipped with a small kitchen to prepare meals and only a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops and specialty shops. When I return to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The property is lovely, and very conveniently located. We spent a lot of time out and about, but the time we spent indoors was also comfortable and relaxing. Thank you very much, Maria!

Cosy, clean little unit but not suited to two adult couples

Very well kept unit. A small supply of condiments and coffee and tea was very welcome. Mattresses and linens were nice quality. But really not a two bedroom unit. Access to one of the bedrooms was through the other bedroom which is located on the the landing at the top of the stairs. No privacy if one couple comes in late, goes for an early run or gets up in the night for the bathroom. Fine for a family with small kids though. This is not disclosed in the listing.
