The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other standard kitchen wares. All units come with a private bathroom, and seating for 4 or more for dining.
Convenient sleeping arrangements include 2 Full Sized Beds. Additional sleepers may be accommodated by special request through sofa sleepers and high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment. The bedroom can be made into a private room by a sliding partition, or left open to the entire unit. All bedrooms include views from the large bedroom window.
FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable, A/C unit in the living room. Take advantage of all of the extras we provide so you can get the most out of your vacation.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance line, Koko Resorts ensures a safe and enjoyable stay.
