Este lujoso apartamento turístico Málaga centro está situado en la 5ª planta del emblématico edificio de Málaga Félix Sáenz, considerado como la ubicación más privilegiada de la ciudad a principios del siglo XX. Fue completamente renovado en 2011.



El alquiler vacacional Málaga centro se encuentra en la planta superior del edificio y ofrece un amplio salón con televisor de pantalla plana, sofá, mesa para comer, y acceso a un estrecho balcón con vistas a la ciudad. Desde el salón se accede a una cocina totalmente equipada; en la terraza hay una mesa de comedor y unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad. El dormitorio tiene una cama extra grange, un baño con ducha y armario empotrado. Desde el dormitorio se puede acceder también al balcón. Este apartamento es de una calidad excepcional y es perfecto para una escapada romántica para los amantes de la capital malagueña.

Everything was OK, clean and smart. The service was good when arriving and leaving, thank You! Small details: a small shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. The reading lights in the bedroom could be better for old eyes.

A 4th visit to this lovely top floor flat in central Malaga

We continue to enjoy the great location of this lovely top floor flat with its outside terrace overlooking the Felix Saenz square in the heart of Malaga. The location is superb, close to the central market and a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants of the Historic Centre. In addition it's close to the Alameda where you can transport links to all areas of the city and beyond. The flat is well appointed and secure with a concierge at the front desk during the day and two lifts to each floor. The communal areas are kept immaculately clean. The terrace, next to the kitchen is a bonus with a table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy the views. The flat has plenty of storage space and has a comfortable sofa and chairs together with a good size internal dining room table. Solaga staff are quick to respond to any issues during the stay. We will be back in 2026! The Television continues to be a challenge to find channels via the Movistar web link. Clearer TV instructions are needed. A greater variety of kitchen pots and pans would be useful as would a teapot! In the bathroom a dish in the shower to place shampoo and shower gel would be useful together with a grab rail.

A Great Place to Stay in Malaga

The location of this property is unbeatable, with the central market located just around the corner and every attraction within easy walking distance. The property description was spot on, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in this apartment. Nothing...this was one of the highlight rentals of our multi-month trip.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location with a great atmosphere in one of the most beautiful build

The building itself is so beautiful and being able to ´live´ there for a week is just excellent. The apartment is lovely decorated and has everything you need, including a nice terrace with great views. The location couldn´t be better. Just in the centre of everything: the Atarazanas nearby, restaurants and bars just around the corner, splendid. The kitchen is nicely equipped, although we missed some good quality cooking pans (sartens). The ones that were there were ´cooked-in´ and not really useful. A clotheshorse, there is one hanging on the wall, but it´s just a small one. We used the one of the neighbors for some extra space.

Fabulous Location

Nice apartment right in the heart of the historic area of Malaga. Check in was a little confusing as we were not aware that we had to inform the agent when we arrived in the Malaga which meant we were stood outside apartment for around 25 minutes. The apartment needs a little refurbishment. Bathroom ceiling tiles were damaged and ill fitting. Little surprised that there was no welcome pack such as tea or coffee but was delighted to see cleaning products ( as we needed to use them on arrival) Communication during the stay was excellent. We had an issue with the smoke alarm that was rectified immediately. Apartment is in a fabulous location and the bed was comfortable

Living in the most beautiful building in Málaga

Although the apartment was not available for our entire stay in Málaga, we were keen to stay there again and accepted the move after four nights. We have already been there 3 times. The architecture of the building is as unique as the location. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. The view over Málaga is great and the small terrace is very comfortable.

Good but could be better

It was a good apartment, although the bathroom was very small and there was nowhere to put any toiletries. A few small touches could improve the stay, such as a welcome pack or even a bottle of water and some teabags, milk and coffee etc. The outside area was a little shabby and uninviting.

Would recommend it to any visitors !

This was the perfect apartment for two guests it could not have a better location, and the whole team was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Carlos was kindly able to meet us at our desired check in time and was even a bit early, then he provided us with great local information. The view from the outdoor patio is so nice that it makes it hard to leave, but when you do want to explore, everything you want is in close proximity. Would recommend it to any visitors and hope to have a chance to come back soon!

Amazing location, the apartment is comfortable and bright. Very quiet despite being in the centre. Love the balcony too. This is a great apartment. I may be a little expensive compared to others but we find its worth the extra. Solaga have always been great, they are si helpful and we have used them many times. We definitely recommend them.

Lovely Apartment, perfect for a couple

This is a spacious apartment in a good central location. It's perfect for a couple, has a comfortable bed(very important!), lovely terrace, good kitchen, a smiling, friendly doorman and is quiet at night. We have stayed here several times, found the Solaga team efficient and responsive, Carlos met us and as always, was welcoming and professional.

Nice flat and great location.

Excellent flat for a couple very centrally located for all of Malaga's bars, restaurants and other amenities and close to bus stops and taxi ranks. Good aircon, which was necessary even in April, and well equipped kitchen. Aircon could do with remote control to save people needing to get out of bed in the middle of the night to switch it on and off.
