We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. The location was lovely—a short drive to downtown and a couple hiking areas. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Such a cozy and peaceful setting in a gorgeous surrounding. The loft was everything we needed to wind down and enjoy this part of Tennessee. The kitchen was well stocked and loved sitting on the balcony while sipping our coffee in the mornings. Loved the resources available as to shopping, points of interest and restaurants.

Amazingly surprised

There are not enough good words to explain our stay. It is the most beautiful country house with amazing hospitality. It looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, beautiful and roomy. The drive in and the home are exquisite. You don’t even know you are staying in an apt at their home. Amy and Ryan were very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely try to be back soon. And anyone reading this should definitely schedule around staying here if you can. You won’t be disappointed…..at all.

Perfect getaway

This is a great place to stay for a few days! Ryan and Amy were really sweet and so welcoming! The place was so clean and had a comfy feel to it. The king mattress was so comfortable not too firm and not too soft. The location of the place was perfect! The views of the mountains were so mesmerizing! Highly recommend staying here!!!

My Wife and I booked a short 4 day stay with Amy. This place is beyond Charming! Our experience was great. The location is secluded and quiet. Absolutely will stay here our next visit to Franklin.

Home away from home!

Leipers Loft was even better than anticipated! The loft was SUPER clean and furnishings were so comfortable. I loved the attention to detail and seasonal decor that made us feel right at home. Amy was very responsive to us from the time we booked! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Leipers Fork

We stayed at this cozy loft for 4 nights. The amenities of the loft made us feel at home. The loft is very well decorated and extremely clean. The atmosphere is very inviting. Great place to unwind after visiting all the amazing towns near by!

Lovely Loft

If you are exploring the Franklin/SW Nashville area, this is a gorgeous property. At the end of a most beautiful drive through the country you will find a great little outdoor sitting area and beautifully appointed loft. Very comfortable, very convenient, loved our stay and will be keeping it on our list as somewhere we’d like to return to.

Large space for a 1/1

This is a nice 1/1 property on top of a garage where you enter from the back. Probably one of the largest 1/1 spaces I've rented. Very nice. Higher end furnishings/equipment, etc. Well equipped kitchen, although we did no food prep. Nice king bed, large bath and shower. Rural neighborhood with large acreage and mostly large houses. Easy commute to downtown Franklin. Leipers Fork is very close and worth a visit a couple of times. Host easy to communicate with, even though they were out of town during our visit. The only negative was not the fault of the Host, but the internet went down less than 24 hours after arrival. And it never came back up during the 4 night stay. That was tough considering the Helene storm. We had friends and family in the Asheville area, and we were monitoring our own weather issues with the Pilgrimage Music Festival. We went to breakfast each morning to access wifi and did the best we could. The Host worked hard to get the internet provider to fix it, but it did not happen. No TV, no info online, no emails. Just weak cell service and texts at the property. Those things happen. Just our bad luck. We always try to stay a different place around Franklin during the Pilgrimage, but we might try and come back here. Nice place.

Beautiful Place! Loved it!

When we arrived, check in was great! We had a prior engagement the first night due to my husband being in a wedding, so we were quite busy for the 2 days we stayed. I cant say enough good about this place. It was so cozy and comfortable that I wish we had more time to have enjoyed it. I definitely would stay there again!

Really is The Best of Franklin

Pristine accommodations right in the smack of TN horse country. Fully equipped loft is tastefully decorated. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating.

Loft at Liepers

Property was great, very comfortable and convient to a conference at nearby Southall (5 min away). Amy was a helpful host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

New Year’s Eve 2023-2024

My wife and I spent the weekend going into 2024 here. We had an excellent time. Very quiet and the hospitality was superb. The loft was very well kept and private. We even brought the new year in with the Yarborough’s and friends. The men won our game of guesstures…just saying lol. This is definitely on the favorites list. We will be back. They are the perfect host.

Weekend Getaway
