Esta cabaña se encuentra en un camino sin salida que ofrece privacidad y una auténtica experiencia en la casa del lago en un campamento de exposición oriental con amplio muelle y estacionamiento para su grupo. Ubicado en Smith Cove, sus barcos están protegidos de la mayoría del clima en Winnipesaukee. Esta casa de campo para todo el año tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, una litera independiente y muy pintoresca y un sofá cama. El porche de 30 pies (con toldo eléctrico) se enfrenta a la orilla del lago, la terraza y la fogata para su disfrute. This property is right on the water. You can relax on the deck, anywhere in the big yard or even on the raft not far from the dock. The host is very nice and generous. He even helped me with an issue I had during my stay. We feel at home. We even booked extra weeks for next year.

Beautiful location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Family enjoyed kayaking, boating and fishing as well. The host is a great guy. In fact, when my husband was having issues with his boat he really went above and beyond to help him.

The home was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owner was right next door which was nice. We had fires each night with the wood supplied. Water trampoline was great for sunbathing.

Fall weekend 2024

We loved our stay here! Cute cottage with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. There was plenty of space for our 6 family members, which included two young children. We appreciated having firewood available for the fire pit, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was friendly and very accommodating.

Great location

This property has everything. It’s close to Meredith, Alton, Weirs Beach and Wolfeboro. The house is located in a quiet spot right on the water. A big deck to lounge in a chair and just gaze at the water. Or you can swim out to the raft. The water is not deep by the house. I’m 5’2” and I can walk out to the raft. The water is beautiful. The house has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. We can’t wait for our stay again next year.

Best Spot on the Lake!

This was our second year staying at Robert & Michelle's place- only thing we wish we could change is being able to stay longer & more frequently! The location is amazing with beautiful sunrise & sunsets, easy docking to accommodate our 22ft boat and a large well maintained yard for our kids and dog to run around together. We love the cleanliness and layout of the interior as well. This year we ventured to Locke's trails down the road for some easy to moderate hiking- highly recommend Lakeview trail for some great views! We hope to be able to return again in the future!

Perfect summer getaway

We’ve been making an annual trip to this property for 4 or 5 years. The lakefront views are amazing and the property is perfect for our family. The extra cabin bedroom is a hit with our kids. The owners are very attentive and check in to make sure everything is as expected. Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Getaway

Another great year at the most beautiful spot on the lake. This year we had great weather. The view is beautiful and near all the family fun attractions. We can't wait to come back next year.

Wonderful rental!

My husband, children, in-laws, and dog stayed at this lovely lakefront home for four nights and it was perfect. The home was cozy, clean, very well equipped, and perfectly situated right on the lake. The view from the deck was idyllic! The kayaks, paddle boards, dock, and floating trampoline kept all of us busy, especially my two boys (ages 9 and 12). Our 7 month old puppy spent her first vacation here, took her first lake swim and jump off the dock, and loved romping around the spacious and secluded yard. Finally, the hosts were very friendly, accessible, and accommodating. We wish we could’ve booked it longer, but we loved our time here. It was a wonderful trip, and we will cherish the memories for many years to come!

Family fun

We enjoyed another great family vacation at this home! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. The homeowners are so thoughtful, offering activities for the children and help when we had a problem with our equipment. Would definitely stay again!

Lakeside Stay

Our stay at the lake house was fabulous. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The views were amazing. Canoe, kayaks, and paddleboard were available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and even a wide selection of seasonings and other cooking essentials. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location

The house was exactly as pictures provided but pictures cannot capture the amazing view. The owner lives nextdoor and was helpful with ideas for hiking in the area with our 2 dogs. Also places for my husband and I to run. The house was perfect with 2 full baths and plenty of areas to sleep in. House is 20 minutes to Meredith and 25-30 to Wolfboro. Mt. Major is 5-10 minutes away-go on a week day. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t wait for our stay again this year.

Great way to extend summer

The property was exactly as described. We brought 2 jetskis and it was easy to launch them down the street and have them stay with us on the dock for our stay. The location close to an awesome restaurant that is walkable. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. Excellent experience overall.

Vacation Perfection!

Our family had THE best time staying at Rob & Michelle's place on Lake Winni!! The home was clean and inviting with the most spectacular views of the lake & mountains. Thanks to my 11 month old early riser I was able to catalog every sunrise & each one was more breathtaking than the last (highly recommend watching at least one sunrise from the deck or dock if you get the chance!!). Docking our boat at the house was a breeze & we loved swimming in the area by the shore line. Rob provided an array of kayaks & a paddleboard for us to enjoy as well! The house comfortably slept our group of 4 adults, 4 kids (all under the age of 4), & our large dog. We loved how well appointed the kitchen was & how open the living space was for enjoying each others company. Rob & Michelle --thanks so much for sharing your slice of heaven with us!! This was one of our favorite rentals to date & we hope to return in the future!!
