Lake Front Private Home - Winnipesaukee - Gilford NH

West facing lake front home with amazing picturesque sunsets. With a wrap around deck, patio and dock, the outdoor space is perfect for this A+ location.
A-frame house features a large en-suite master on the top floor. The main level has the living room, kitchen 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level walkout is accessed from a separate outside entrance so it is completely separate from the rest of the house, almost like a little bunkhouse with its own 1/2 bath. We have 2 paddleboards and 1 kayak for guest use as well. Lastly, some fun for the kiddos, we recently installed an inflatable trampoline with slide! (Note slide is in water Memorial Day through Labor Day)

The location was absolutely perfect—beautiful lakefront spot close to everything by both water and car. We loved having space for our boat and the kids had a blast on the water trampoline. The only downside was the kitchen it felt worn and could’ve been cleaner. Otherwise, a great stay!

Perfect Fall Family Getaway

Beautiful Lakefront home well located. Fall can be hot or miss as a lot of homes are geared toward summer and not always heated or well insulated. This property was cozy and sturdy and well maintained, right on the Lake with its own pier. Perfect Fall family getaway!

Great location and water equipment fantastic. No indoor dining table made indoor dining a little challenging during the two raining days. Good value for the price. Close to all amenities. Great master suite.

Amazing views and location!

Clean comfortable home with amazing views and location! Quiet side street (great for walking) but close to everything. Ralph was available and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely consider next time we head to Winnipesaukee!

Wonderful Home, Amazing Location

We had a wonderful time gathering with close friends in this inviting and comfortable home. The views from all the rooms were amazing. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch, with a nice view of the lake and watching the sunset. The access to the lake was an added bonus as we had a boat and were able to dock it right in front of the house. It was a wonderful and realxing stay in this updated and inviting house. We look forward to a return visit.

Great property, super-convenient location

This is a great property, particularly for a larger family with a boat. There are four bedrooms, with three separate living areas for multi-generational families. The dock is excellent for a larger boat, and there is a marina just across the bay for gas and supplies. Being in Gilford, it is less than 10 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is excellent and very responsive. We would definitely come back again!

Happy 4th of July!

This home was perfect for a week away during the Fourth of July. Great spot on the lake with open, clean water (not hidden in a closed off cove). House was in a more residential neighborhood which I really liked and it was close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted. We rented a boat and used both the dock and mooring ball. Paddle boards and kayak were a plus!

Great little home

This was a great little home in a fantastic location. The one area that could potentially use improvement is there was no cable tv and we had trouble using the apps on the downstairs tv. We stayed during the Olympics and it was hard to watch. It might have been operator error. We used our computers so it wasn’t a big deal.

Great Location - Super Clean

Guests included Gma, Gpa, 38 year old Son and two grandsons 8 and 4. We were there to visit 82 year old grand parents. The location was beautiful and close to everything. The multi level layout was a bit more than our health challenged guests anticipated. Gma and great grands could not maneuver all of the stairs down to the dock. But the deck overlooking the lake offered incredible sunset views. The unlisted paddle boards and kayak were a nice surprise and were enjoyed every evening. The biggest recommendation would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Sunlight at 5:30 am beaming into the rooms was a real aggravation. We’re on vacation and sunrise wake ups were not on our agenda. Lol. Also note, there are no indoor dining options other than the kitchen counter and barstools. The beautiful outdoor set is nice but useless during rainy weather. Our planned family dinner was changed three times because the inside seating wasn’t conducive to our group.

We are Rhode Islanders who have always loved our time on the lake. With busy lives we are only able to use it from time to time and would love to open our happy place up to other families to enjoy! We have 3 wonderful boys who love the outdoors, especially s’more time.

Located on Varney Point in Gilford, this home is a perfect quiet getaway close to everything.

Our home has a large wrap around deck off the main level that faces west, perfect for enjoying waterfront sunsets. At the lower level there is a private bedroom that also has a 1/2 bath, perfect for the bunkhouse feel. The entire top level of the A-frame home is where the master en-suite bathroom is located. The top level also has a small private deck perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a quiet evening night cap.
