Welcome to our newly renovated Sarasota home! Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath home is the perfect spot for everybody, especially families, to enjoy the beautiful city of Sarasota. Majestic oak trees welcome guests as they make their way to our property, inviting them in to our little slice of paradise. Come lounge in the various areas our home as to offer, from the three bedrooms to the spacious living room, relaxing will be easy. Entertainment should be no hassle here, as there is an area in the home dedicated to fun, ranging from boards games, ideal for kids, to a bar area, perfect for the adults looking for wine down time. As you move around the home, you'll find a well stocked kitchen and a dining room area for guests to cook/enjoy their meals after a long day of fun. Also for extra convenience, there is also a washer and dryer for light packing. Take in the beautiful weather Florida has to offer in the outdoor area equipped with a cover on top, a bench area to sit and a grill. Memories are waiting to be made!
Our home is located less than 15 minutes from I-75 and Sarasota-Bradenton Airport. A short 10 minutes from the UTC area, a premier destination for shopping, dining and nightlife. One search on your maps of what to do near by and the possibilities are endless. From taking a scenic walk at Nathan Benderson to ending the night at any of the highly rated restaurants, our home is in the perfect spot. New fun events are always underway in this area, especially during the holidays, so be on the lookout! We are also a short drive to various Sarasota landmarks such as The Ringling Museum, The Van Wezel, Selby Botanical Gardens, Marina Jacks, etc. The beautiful beaches in our gulf coast such Siesta and Lido Beach, are about a 25 minute drive or less away, depending on traffic. There are so many places to explore in Sarasota and I am more than happy to give recommendations or any questions you may have. Also, for your convenience, our property is near variety of supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations.
We are pet friendly and welcome responsible guest owners! We do not charge extra to bring your pets on vacation but we have rules we expect our guests to follow, such as keeping it to a 2 pet maximum. An extra charge can be issues if these rules are not followed. Please make us aware if any more pets will be visiting in the home. I kindly ask that pets are up to date with their rabies and vaccination. Please be aware that the home is NOT fully fenced as of yet, so pets must be on leash outside to avoid any accidents. Please make sure to review carefully pet policies provided when booking.
Our home is nestled in a quiet family friendly community so I kindly ask that guests be mindful of that when staying here and treat this home like it is theirs.
