Apartment was great, host and neighborhood great, keep in mind that parking is "available" as in public parking, I wrongfully assumed that parking available was the same as parking onsite which was my mistake. Parking situation isn't terrible but something to think about.

Perfect place for a Conference

I came to New Orleans for a conference and extended my stay, and I absolutely loved having this studio apartment as my home base! It made my trip so much more comfortable. The staff was incredibly communicative, gave me all the information I needed well in advance, and was always quick to respond to questions. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and the thoughtful touches really stood out. They even left snacks and soda to welcome me and help get me caffeinated before the conference, which I loved! I would highly recommend staying here, particularly for an extended visit to New Orleans. I'd happily stay again!

The Sazerac was 5 stars across the board. Great location - a few blocks to the Convention Center and the French Quarter. Very secure and accommodating. Check-in is at 4 but my flight arrived around 1:30. A quick text and my arrival check-in time was moved up 2 hours. The kitchen is well-equiped so you don't have to eat out unless you want to.

Everything was as advertised or better. We were within walking distance of the French Quarter and all the most popular activities, and yet far enough outside of it to have quiet evenings and nights. We always felt very safe both within the building and on walks to and from. Unit was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if and when we return to New Orleans.

This place was great for a weekend getaway. We came to have a celebration with our family and it was great! The area is super cute with a coffee shop, multiple restaurants and a grocery all within walking distance. The place was immaculate and very comfortable!! Would stay again!!
