Esta lujosa villa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra a pocos pasos de la arena en un edificio privado y seguro.

El salón cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana con DirecTV, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y chimenea. Hay un sofá cama doble para acomodar hasta 8 personas.

La cocina gourmet está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, incluida una nevera para vinos, y cuenta con una barra de desayuno contigua a la cocina y la sala de estar.

Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y se encuentra en el primer nivel del condominio con la sala de estar principal.

Los dormitorios segundo y tercero también tienen camas queen y se encuentran en el segundo piso de la propiedad.

Un loft con vista a la sala de estar es el lugar de reunión informal perfecto para niños, adolescentes y niños de corazón. Este loft tiene un par de sillones que se pueden acomodar en camas gemelas para arreglos flexibles para dormir y también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con cable. La capacidad máxima es de 8 personas.

Una lavadora y secadora están incluidas en la villa.

We ditched the turkey for Clam Chowder on the pier and it was awesome.The unit itself had everything we needed and wanted. The Spanish architecture and feel was a nice touch.

Nice but noise

Nice accommodations but the master bedroom’s bed is too small unless you normally sleep on a queen. You cant sleep in due to the noise and the curtains in the master bedroom. Everything else was perfect.

So close to everything

We loved the proximity to the beach, dining and shops. The place was quiet and had everything you need. Our cars were secure in the gated garage and there was no need to drive anywhere because everything is so close. Would definitely stay again.

Family Reunion and High School Graduation!

We all so enjoyed this condo and it’s location. We were there for a Family Reunion and High School Graduation and we all had such a wonderful time. The location is absolutely fantastic. Pismo Pier is right out the door, so we walked to the beach everyday. They had a Farmer’s Market at the pier and a lot going on. We were able to walk to eat and get coffee in the morning. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The fact that we had are own parking was so great. Didn’t have to hassle with parking and felt safe at all times. The condo was clean and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our time there.. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking breakfast…. Highly recommend this condo for a family vacation. Love Pismo Beach and the surrounding area…

Very nice villa!

Beautifully decorated, with every convenience you could want in a VRBO. Great location steps to the Pismo Beach Pier and Main Street with shops, restaurants, bars and coffee. Attention housekeeping It needs more than 15 hangers for a couple staying 4 nights and why only 2 wash clothes??? The check-in process was like playing “break-out” seriously antiquated!!! It’s a hell of a long drive from LAX and having to navigate multiple instructions and combination locks at midnight to get a dam key was not fun🤬!!! Buy a f#%^$ WiFi deadbolt and move into the 21st century!!! Still a 5 star stay.
