Hotel 3 dormitorios, 2 baños casa construida en 2007 con actualizaciones y mejoras realizadas en 2016. A 1 cuadra de la playa y el paseo marítimo precioso en el centro de Pismo Beach. Una mirada al mar se puede disfrutar desde la sala de estar, as��� como desde la cubierta frontal. Una marca nueva cubierta con comedor al aire libre y barbacoa de gas son el lugar ideal para pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares en el aire costero. La sala de estar abierta tiene sofás mullidos, TV de pantalla plana con servicio de cable digital, incluyendo canales de pel�����culas. Esta propiedad está equipada con una red inal���mbrica de Internet privada para uso de los huéspedes. La cocina está bien equipada y equipado para comidas caseras. Wonderful Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located close to restaurants and just a quick walk to the pier and beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Beds were very comfortable. Even had board games to play in the evenings as we were relaxing. Nice to have a garage to park. Check in and out was super easy and great communication. We will stay here again!

Great getaway!

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Pillows were a bit flat so if you like fluffy pillows bring your own. Beds were comfy. Love the fire pit, perfect to sit around it at night.

Relaxing Stay in Pismo Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay in this lovely home in Pismo Beach. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive about getting into the property easily and easy check out. I'm not sure if we weren't using the ac correctly but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and that worked just fine so close to the ocean. We also felt very safe in the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Pismo. It was spacious, beatiful on the inside and outside and very clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful place

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

Excellent property and very cozy. The location was fantastic and a short walk to everything downtown. Felt like I was home. We will be back soon and hopefully we can stay at the same place!! Highly recommend!

271 Cypress Offers a Great, Quiet Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:-271 Cypress is a pleasant and quiet location, that is less than two blocks from the beach.- The condo is located near the corner of a one-way street and a street that ends by crossing a one-way bridge.- It has a drinking water filtration system that has its own faucet by the kitchen sink.- It has a water softener system for soft water showers and laundry.- It has a safe in the pantry for storing valuables. Cons:- During the winter, the lower level is hard to heat with the general heating system. You need to rely on space heaters to warm the two lower bedrooms.- The Philips sound system is disconnected from the only TV in the condo. The TV needs a sound bar!Note: Our friends stayed in this condo during the winter of 2022. They also experienced the same issue with the heat in the lower level and the TV's poor sound.

The condo is located in an ideal location close to the beach and many restaurants! Having a garage was such a bonus! The garage was packed with beach chairs, sand toys, a stroller and much more! Having the well appointed front yard was really nice! Coastal Vacation Rentals which we have used for many years continues to be top notch and very professional! There were no surprises with our rental due to their thoroughness!

Great Location / Great House!

This rental is just a block from the beach right in Pismo. The house is well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Two car garage is really a plus with lots of beach accessories available in the garage. We used it as a base for our son's wedding in Edna Valley and it was super easy to drive to and from the venue where the wedding festivities were. Really easy to deal with the management company.

My siblings, spouses and I were in town for our cousins wedding and This place was great for the 6 of us. Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach, pier and shops

Extremely comfortable beds and nice location for walking to the beach or anywhere else in town. Quiet location for the time we were there. Loved the front patio for BBQ and fire pit for relaxing and visiting. Nice the way it is elevated from the side walk and fenced off. Lovely kitchen, well stocked and easy to cook in. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation spot with no worries. The only downside was that the slate tile floors could have used a good scrubbing, kids feet were very dirty after running around on them through the day. Everything else was pristine, and there is a vacuum on the property to help keep things cleaned up throughout the stay. Really liked that.
