Una renovación reciente cumplió el sueño del propietario de una villa moderna, moderna y confortable que conserva al mismo tiempo su aspecto elegante tradicional y su espíritu familiar. Villa Bikini ha sido dirigida por la familia Fienga durante tres generaciones, siempre con respeto por el medio ambiente, atención a los detalles y mucho amor. Hoy Villa Bikini es una propiedad de alquiler exclusiva capaz de acomodar hasta 8 personas y tiene:
- 2 cómodas habitaciones: una con una cama king-size y la otra con una cama doble y un sofá cama que también se convierte en cama doble.
- acogedora sala de estar con sofá cama para 2 personas, chimenea y televisor LCD.
- una cocina totalmente equipada
- 2 baños ambos con duchas
- 2 duchas exteriores
- un jardín muy bien cuidado
- Terrazas de 200 m2 con vistas únicas al mar.
- Piscina privada, utilizando las últimas tecnologías. La zona de la piscina está equipada con cómodos muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Hay un patio con una mesa de comedor con vistas a las islas de la costa de Sorrento, Capri e Ischia. El área de la piscina se puede reservar tanto compartida como con uso exclusivo.

LA PLAYA Y COMIDA

Hay muchas playas al lado de Villa Bikini, públicas y privadas. El club de playa "Il Bikini" se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra villa. Esta playa es de arena y grava y se encuentra en medio de una hermosa cala con vistas a una orilla limpia y clara. La playa es muy ordenada y tiene muchos servicios y ofrece una gama de comodidades. Hay una tarifa de entrada.

Alrededor de la villa hay una amplia selección de restaurantes para satisfacer todos los gustos. Desde la enogastronómica La torre del Saracino (2 estrellas Michelin) dirigida por el talentoso chef y estrella de televisión Gennaro Esposito y el restaurante Maxi (1 estrella Michelin) hasta pizzerías populares y comida rápida. No te puedes equivocar!

Villa Bikini ofrece a sus huéspedes una vista panorámica del Golfo de Nápoles y el Vesubio en el norte, las islas Capri e Ischia y la costa de Sorrento en el sur. La zona de Villa Bikini está rodeada de bonitas casas, montañas verdes que caen al mar, playas maravillosas y aguas cristalinas que garantizan una estancia relajante en armonía con la naturaleza. Nuestra villa se encuentra en la cima del promontorio en medio del mar a menos de media hora en coche de Pompeya, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Nápoles y Capri.

El vecindario es extremadamente amigable con los extranjeros.

En el precio se incluye el uso compartido del área de la piscina, el uso exclusivo se puede solicitar mediante el pago de una tarifa y se debe acordar con anticipación.

Amazing place

The views are incredible! Pool was so refreshing, and I felt like I was at home! Beds were very comfortable and host was a pleasure to deal with! Next time I am in Italy, definitely staying there again!

amazing home with beautiful views and incredible pool. Plenty of room, easy access to beach.

A great place to stay - outside of town, so without car not easy to get anywhere. We loved the house and the pool. Only improvement would be provide more towels

Fantastic location with panoramic views.

This property fulfilled our expectations and was as good as represented. The views were unbelievably beautiful. The sunsets were spectacular. The access to the Amalfi coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples was convenient and desirable. We expect to return.

The client arrived after a crazy weather in May, storms wind and a dramatic chaos. She was lucky to get at the property the very first moment all the mess stopped. We tried accommodating and cleaning all as quick as we could.

View is amazing

Rented this property for only a night and wish we stayed longer! The views from the house are spectacular throughout the day and night. The pool was the perfect way to cool down. There’s not much to do in the small town, but it was perfect for one night!

Wonderful Pool and Amazing Views

The amazing views are just incredible. From one terrace you can see the Sorrentine coastline and from the other side and rooftop terrace, Mount Vesuvius dominates. Every evening we were treated to beautiful sunsets. The five star pool is absolutely gorgeous. I definitely recommend paying the extra to rent privately if you can.

Beautiful Property, Ideal Location

We had 6 people at this house - 4 adults and two children. The house was wonderful - the views were great, there was AC, a nice kitchen, the beds were comfortable and of course the pool was a big draw. It was close enough to Sorrento to visit, but far enough away that you didn't have to deal with the hordes of tourists. Our host, Giulio, was also very knowledgable. Would definitely stay again!

Stunning views and wonderful host

The property is beautiful. The location is convenient and not directly in the center of town so less traffic. I would recommend a small car which is needed while staying there. Additionally the pool is a must. The property should be offered at a higher price with the pool because without this area to yourself it would not be as beautiful and with children a safety concern

Wonderful escape from the summer crowds

Giulio was an excellent host. His oasis provides a wonderful reprieve from the summer crowds and traffic. This holiday home provides beautiful views, immaculate pool, amazing outdoor living space and allows you to experience an outdoor shower (if you wish). Each day we looked forward to returning to a quiet space to lounge in the outdoor space and pool. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great week with great view of Vesuvius

We have spent a great week here. The house has great views of Mount Vesuvius and the island of Ischia. The pool and garden is great and you can easily reach Pompeii or Naples. Also a beach is only 5 minutes away from the house. In the house itself it lacks nothing it was all so far available. The settlement also ran smoothly and without problems.

Lovely villa with epic views

What a great villa, well located near Naples and just along the coast from Sorrento. The views are epic, over to Vesuvius, the Gulf of Napoli and Pompeii. Can easily see all the main attractive places, including Capri. The villa is very homely and has everything you need. Car parking is great, villa is in a nice quiet area with a lovely roof terrace and garden. Guilo and Alfonso were great hosts and even put us up in one of their other apartments nearer the airport as we had a late flight. The wee shop and cafe at the end of the road provides great snacks and essentials. We also went to the local Lidl and dined in the neighbouring town - Vico Equinese. Would absolutely recommend this villa. Grazie

SPECTACULAR!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Villa Fienga. The views are truly amazing - SPECTACULAR! To the west is Sorrento and the peninsula. To the north is the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The pool is perfect to cool off on a hot, sunny day. Lounge chairs on two different decks allows for great views and a bit of suntanning. :) Giulio was a perfect host and ensure our stay was just perfect. The villa is well stocked, clean and perfect for a family retreat. We had a great time on our first outing after the COVID-19 outbreak. This place is an absolute gem. Trust me - you will not be disappointed with this great property.

Wonderful location but the house needs help

The house in a wonderful location with stunning views of Vesuvio and Naple's gulf, the garden and the swimming pool are beautiful, the host -Giulio- is solicitous and kind, and the neighboring town of Vico Equense is a delight. Inside however, the house is problematic, the bathrooms are old and barely passable, the kitchen is stocked with broken items, the refrigerator is primitive, and the house interior was not very clean. There were also no written instructions about the house and the area.

Well what to say, he was thanking all the time for the Villa during his stay, whatever he has requested was provided promptly. I have explained there was a huge storm before he came that made some damages, that we fixed urgently, but he said not to worry. The finish off works were done at his check out. Please read the next review, to check we have improved all minor problems we had.

Beautiful views

The views from the roof top patios, pool, and terraces are simply amazing. The kitchen while updated with modern amenities, needs to be stocked adequately to cook meals. There were no mixing bowls, measuring tools, and odds and ends tools. The coffee pot was cracked and the toaster was broken. The pantry had some essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil), however the age of these items was questionable. A restocking of the kitchen items is needed. Overall the kitchen needs a good deep cleaning. Things were a bit grimy. The washer/dryer combo was super helpful as were the hair dryer and iron. Plenty of storage for clothes. There are several nearby grocery stores and restaurants. You definitely need a car to get to all but one or two restaurants. If you are a beach goer, several are super close. Beach towels are plentiful for use at the house. The pool is beautiful and warm. We opted to reserve it for ourselves and not share with neighboring villas. The security of the house with adjacent neighbors using the pool would be concerning. We were not aware that we would have to pay cash upfront for the private use of the pool. That $400 euro up front in cash would have been nice to know. It should’ve been included in the total house rental. Overall, it is a beach house showing some wear with a modern kitchen that needs restocked. The views are breathtaking and the location was perfect to beaches and the surrounding Amalfi coast cities. A car is essential to enjoy this area.

Maison avec vue exceptionnelle

Vue et jardin avec piscine exceptionnels. L'hôte nous a très bien reçu, nous avions de quoi dîner et petit déjeuner sans devoir courir faire des courses dès notre arrivée. Pas de surprise par rapport à l'annonce, la maison pourrait être un peu rafraîchie en particulier les salles de bain. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié que L' hôte nous offre la privatisation de la piscine.

Il panorama delle aree esterne sul golfo di Napoli è sicuramente l’aspetto più bello di questa villetta curata e situata sulla scogliera che precede Vico. Dalla villetta si può raggiungere con una piccola discesa sia a piedi che in macchina un bar/ ristorante se necessario. Disponibile e accogliente il proprietario.

Where do I start, ok here we go The owner was incredibly the best host, lighting fast to respond to every text I sent him. I had my arrival times wrong, the owner went out of his way to make it happen. He then showed up with water fruit etc. the place was so clean. The views are beautiful. It’s a must stay !

Stunning views

The sunsets and daytime or night views from this property are amazing. The beds are comfortable. The a/c works well. We made side trips to Pompei, Sorrento, Capri, and even Positano was only an hour away by car. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The pool is gorgeous and we’ll maintained, but was too cold to use when we were there in October. The lawn was rough around the edges.. Flower beds were weedy. Kitchen cabinets were dusty. In fairness, Giulio was quick to send cleaners out when we complained. He was responsive and helpful.

Villa magnifique jardin d'Eden

Dream stay in this magnificent villa with swimming pool, an extraordinary garden and a breathtaking view.... We spent a dream week, access to Pompeï 30 minutes away, also note the beauty of the island of Capri . Favorite for Naples. Our family consisted of 5 people (4 adults and 1 teenager). The pool and view are simply gorgeous. We spent a lot of time swimming and relaxing outside, and taking in the views. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View

This is a nice house with an amazing view and pretty large pool that my 8 and 10 year old boys loved. Kind of out of the way if you don't have a car. The town is a little over a mile walk on a fairly busy road, but it is walkable. The host was very responsive and great at helping us get transportation to and from the train station. It was a great place to relax at the end of our vacation.

The absolute perfect rental experience!

This home was absolute perfection! The views were spectacular & all the amenities were exactly as described. We do not have one single complaint about this home & the property it sits on!! The owner Giulio was beyond helpful from day one of booking the rental through our entire stay. He went above & beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay there was wonderful! I would recommend this rental to all who want a perfect place to call home while visiting the Amalfi Coast!!
