Was wonderful experience

Really like the house and the location was close to everything we were able to go to different beaches and places. The house accommodated all my family and beds were comfortable. Excellent communications with the owner that was over everything we need. Really recommend for a family. Ty you !!!!!

We took a family vacation with 4 generations ages 17-77. This villa was perfect for all ages. It accommodated a walker and wheelchair for someone with disabilities. Everything I needed was there. It was a great booking!

Loved all the sleeping options, plenty of blankets & towels. Community has plenty to do in the evenings-pool, hot tub, pickle ball. Everything could use a deep clean.

Clean, updated townhouse in a quiet golf course community. We'll stay here again next time we vacation in Sarasota.

Great Place to Stay in Sarasota

We were very happy with the accommodations. We had everything we needed for the short one night stay and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool & hot tub. We will definitely stay here in the future if the need arises. :-)

Lovely little getaway in Sarasota

My niece and I stayed at this property for five nights. A quiet neighborhood, but close to the major roads. The property is well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, would stay again

This condo was exactly what we expected based on the listing. Very clean, beautiful area, well stocked, and newly remodeled. Joelle, the host, was kind, easy to work with and quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time here. Everything was good no problems at all. Short ride to beach and very convenient to all types of shopping and eating. Only complaint came from my teen who slept in bed in 2nd bedroom, she said it was very hard.

Beautiful condo - everything and more

Loved this condo so much! The owners have done an excellent job at making it feel so welcoming that it’s such a special home away from home! So many amenities offered within the community, as well as a location close to it all. We are so grateful.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Village de Pins.There was plenty of room and it was in a great location. Very quiet community, every one we ran into was pleasant. There is lots of shopping of all sorts(grocery/retail, ect.) Siesta beach was only a 15 minute drive. The property had a pool, tennis court and a club house with a pool table and it was equipped with tennis rackets, balls and corn hole. The house had all necessary amenities. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for kids to play in the sand as well as other sporting equipment.The host, Joelle, communicated well was prompt to reply to all my questions. I would recommend a stay here and would stay again if I return to Sarasota.

Nice very clean place not too far from beach

This place is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was immaculatly clean. Its about a 15 minute drive to the Sarasota and Siesta Key beaches. It has outside pool & community grills. We recommend it especially for the price.

Great time in Florida!

Overall we had a great time. The property was just as described. The location and property were great including the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for us and our kids. The owner was always quick to reply to messages. Since it is advertised as a property close to the beach, it would be nice to have a few more beach towels. There were exactly enough bath towels and 3 beach towels. Some spares of each would be appreciated. Also, we ran out of paper towels on our second day of our stay. It may seems small, and is, so why not just leave one extra roll, at least when there is only a partial roll on the counter. The owner basically said that you just get a little to start and would talk to her cleaner. When asked about beach toys, she said that she did not know what was there indicating that some guests leave items and sometimes items don't get returned. Being from out of state, we did not want to buy beach toys to furnish a property listed as a being close to a beach as an amenity of the property. It would have been appreciated if the owner was a little more concerned with making our stay great. This could have been achieved by making sure there were some beach toys and communicating that to us in advance and sending over a roll of paper towels. Overall all we had a great time and would likely stay again.

Brandon, I am sorry to hear about the towels. I called and checked with the cleaner. She said there was 5 beach towels when she cleaned the unit, (there should have been more) previous renters may have taken or lost them,. With that said I have purchased more and sent them to the villa. As I mentioned to you about the beach toys prior to your arrival, renters sometime bring, leave, lose and take the sand toys. This is something I don't normally stock up on for renters. I have mentioned to the cleaner to make sure there is a full roll of paper towels left on the counter going forward. Overall I hope you enjoyed your vacation and we look forward to having you return in the future. Have a nice summer. Joelle

Very Clean comfy place

Everything was perfect from the kitchen to the beds. We hope to stay again! There were plenty of options of beds to choose from in 2nd bedroom and my grandson was happy with the top bunk bed. The primary bedroom was spacious and provided plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans and I really liked that the showers in both bathrooms had a handheld sprayer. We were provided plenty of bath and beach towels, beach toys ( grandson enjoyed these) beach chairs and extra blankets. The kitchen was like new and everything was very clean and to my liking. Being a clean place is a must on my list and that is one of the main reasons I would love to stay there again! The location can’t be beat, beaches as well as many other fun things to do were only a short drive away. We found some games and made some great memories playing cards. The condo was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. The community is quiet and friendly, we met a neighbor briefly and he was very welcoming. It was a great experience and host quickly replied to a question I had about check out.
