Increíble cocina, plano de planta abierto, Grand Master, cada habitación tiene su propio baño. El patio trasero cuenta con piscina privada, patio cubierto y patio con chimenea al aire libre. En una comunidad de campo de golf, kilómetros de senderos para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks y restaurantes están a minutos de distancia. Convenientemente ubicado a 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Phoenix, 20 a Glendale y Peoria, y 60 minutos a Scottsdale. Cerca de la pista de carreras también. La casa acaba de ser comprada y equipada con muebles nuevos y televisores. Este lugar no te decepcionará!

This was our first VRBO stay. Best 10 days ever.Home was spectacular. Being just my husband and I, took a couple days adjusting to so much space. Hard not getting lost. Being 1st timers, never gave it a thought ask what type of grill they had. Unfamiliar with pellet grills we missed out on our love of grilling. Not a problem, with the choice of restaurants in the area. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Surrounding views AMAZING!Thank you for the perfect 10 day get a way!

Amazing property

A beautiful, well maintained home in a quiet, gated community that is conveniently located. The weather was perfect and the pool & hot tub brought us endless hours of fun!! The hosts for this property were absolutely excellent at communicating & we even felt they were like “friends” to us!! They genuinely care that you enjoy your time there!! Highly recommend this property!!

This is our second stay in Estrella. The property is very spacious and well kept. The kitchen has all the features and amenities anyone could need. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We really enjoyed our time there.

We loved the shady treed seating area by the pool. Both pool and spa were enjoyed by all. Small maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, when possible.

Wonderful spring break

Dawn is a wonderful host. So accommodating to our needs. The house is set up very user friendly & comfortable including the beds. Lots of games both inside & outside the house. The area is situated around some fabulous hiking & a beautiful setting w the lake within a short walk. Can’t say enough great things about this home, host. & location.

Goodyear Oasis

We spent 3 wonderful nights enjoying this Goodyear property. Even though the location is situated in the middle of a quiet golf course community, the backyard privacy fence and window sight lines, gave us the illusion of being totally alone. Dawn was an awesome host and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. And if you’re considering a location in the Goodyear area, either to watch Cactus League MLB games or to participate in the many other AZ outdoor activities, I’d strongly recommend putting this rental at the top of your list.

Beyond expectations

Of all the VRBO’s we’ve been, this property is far and above, the best. The location, amenities and cleanliness surpass our other experiences. Why Dawn is not a classified a “Super Host”, we don’t understand. Her communication with us was fantastic. She responded to our every need in a timely fashion. This is the only property we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Dawn for helping make our anniversary such a memorable experience.

Beautiful home in lovely gated community

My husband and 2 adult sons and I had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Dawn's lovely home. The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. The huge TV and comfy furniture made evenings very relaxing. This was our first trip to Phoenix so we enjoyed the scenery and the many great restaurants. We loved Eddie V's in Scottsdale and the Botanical Gardens. It's very quick to get to Highway 10 if you want to visit Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa etc. There is a big Safeway close as well as Whole Foods in Phoenix. We used the gym daily. The setting was gorgeous. Dawn had the house decorated for Christmas which was so thoughtful. The kitchen was well set up for cooking. She had plenty of towels which we really appreciated. Everything is on one level which was great.

Beautiful location, home and pool!

The home is beautiful with quality furniture throughout. It’s well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was awesome, it was easy to walk the length of the pool and it’s in sun most of the day. Owners were very quick to respond to any needs or questions. Great location, great home!!

Pictures do not do justice of this home. Stunning home with wonderful amenities. Private pool was a big hit as well as the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. I have never had another VRBO owner respond as quickly or efficiently to questions - Dawn was awesome! Amazing

This property was wonderful to stay at. Can I say wow the house is big and the pictures are very accurate. The house has everything you need from bathroom supplies, to laundry soap, and everything to cook with. There is also games and movies for the kids. Outside there is a patio set, grill, and a huge pool. It was so nice to sit around it and relax in the afternoons. The neighborhood is very quiet. We took a walk every morning we were there and everyone we was friendly. There is walking/biking trails right outside the gated subdivision. The owners Dawn & Justin are the best with communication. If you have a question they are very quick to respond. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Arizona.
