Take a break from your busy life and relax in style at our luxurious 4-bedroom, 2-full bath desert oasis! This extremely clean home is stocked with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. A quiet neighborhood with a very private pool (can be heated upon request) perfect for families or a trip with friends. With its close proximity to the area’s top attractions, this spacious modern interior home is the ideal getaway. Estrella is filled with more than 40 parks, 2 lakes, a Championship golf course, and stunning mountain views. Take a stroll around the two lakes steps away, enjoy a hike on the many local Estrella mountain trails, head to the Goodyear Ballpark just three miles away to see your favorite team during Spring Training, or catch a race 10 miles away at the phoenix raceway. Then finish the day relaxing by the pool or get out of the heat and enjoy the inside with our spacious living areas and play a friendly game of pool on our brand new state-of-the-art pool table. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, seasonings, and a few coffees so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. Thank you!

- NOTE: Use the pool at your own risk: no lifeguard on duty at any time, no running, no diving, no horseplay. The owners are not liable for any accidents in or around the pool.
- NOTE: Vendors- such as pool, landscape, pest control, etc. may access the home once per week and have access to the back yard (we can give you a heads up)
- NOTE: This property sleeps 9 guests in 5 beds. Maximum 9 guests can stay overnight.
- NOTE: The property may not be suitable for children because there is no barrier around the pool. We do however have safety door handles up high on back door and high safety lock on master suite door, as well and child alarms you can turn on for those doors
- NOTE: Overnight parking on the street is prohibited per the HOA. Any fees or towing from a violation will be your responsibility. The homeowner is not responsible.
- NOTE: By booking this property, you agree to comply with City of Goodyear Code of Ordinances Article 8-2 (the “Goodyear Ordinance”).
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell facing the front door entrance area, camera 2 is on the side gate facing towards the driveway, and camera 3 is on the pool equipment facing away from pool just on equipment. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion. And of course, again NO interior cameras are present

Minutes away, Estrella’s many ammenities- From the Lakeside Grill at Starpointe, The Cantina in Presidio, Café Bebida at Casa Lucero, and the Player’s Grill & Patio at the Golf Club, there’s no shortage of dining options at Estrella. The onsite Elliot Market and nearby Mountain Ranch Marketplace offer even more options including Taste of Italy, Oasis Bagels, Starbucks, Papa John’s, Subway, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Safeway.

Estrella’s onsite services include the Copper State Bike & Hike at Casa Lucero, 2 Fire Stations, a Public Safety Facility, onsite 24-hour ambulatory service located in Mountain Ranch Marketplace, as well as a gas station, salon, banking, grocery, medical services and more at Elliot Market and Mountain Ranch Marketplace. And if you're looking for something a bit more Target, as well as many other shopping stores are located less than 15 minutes away.
Just as you would find on the Main Street of a small town, Estrella has several shops and services that are conveniently located to meet your immediate needs.

GOLF CLUB OF ESTRELLA
The starting point to some of Arizona’s most scenic landscapes, the Golf Club of Estrella welcomes beginners and seasoned players to experience desert golfing at its best. Operated by Troon, golf at Estrella is daily fee or an annual membership, which allows special rates and access. This par-72, 18-hole champion golf course, designed by the award-winning Nicklaus Design, is one of Estrella’s signature experiences. The Player’s Grill & Patio serves American fare and drinks daily.

Things to do around Phoenix: A great asset to our location is our proximity to the two man-made lakes in Estrella. The south lake is just at a few blocks from our home, and makes a great walking or biking destination. Palm trees and paths around the lake make for an enjoyable stroll! Tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and outdoor barbeque areas provide additional outdoor enjoyment.
- Goodyear Ballpark is home to Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians spring training only 10 mins away.
- World Champion Arizona Diamondbacks, NBA Phoenix Suns, WBNA Phoenix Mercury and the Arizona Rattlers play less than 30-35 mins away via I-10.
- 20 mins away via I-10 to NHL Coyotes, NFL Arizona Cardinals and the NLL Arizona Sting
