Located on the outskirts of Phoenix, near the Estrella Mountain Regional Park, this remarkable house serves up a private, relaxing experience, complete with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, pool table, and arcade machine w/ 1600+ games! Pickleball / Sand Volleyball / Basketball courts in neighborhood and equipment in garage to use if needed. Enjoy desert views with a cup of coffee in the beautifully decorated backyard or head out and hit the links at Golf Club Estrella!

Features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 Ring Doorbell device with exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and 1 exterior security camera on the side of the house facing the front (doesn't look backyard). Cameras don't look into any interior spaces. Actively recording during stay based on motion detection and sound.

*Pool heat fees apply

Goodyear, AZ Short Term Rental licenses need to check sex offender list of renter and criminal background. We must ask for a copy of your drivers license ID for information to complete our due diligence requirements as needed. Driver license number not required. We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. We especially loved all the amenities—the pool was a huge hit. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the location worked perfectly for us. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d happily book again!

This is the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in. The house & yard were better than the pictures! The pool, spa and outdoor patio were great. We got in the pool (heated) daily & enjoyed the spa as well. The outdoor bbq was great to prepare meals. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities of home, nothing was needed. The living space & bedroom/bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. Surprisingly, the pool table was a hit. The neighborhood is quiet and a well planned mater community. The house is a little outside town, which is what we wanted, still close enough to get to anything & everything. Estrella is the place to stay when coming to Phoenix area, and we highly recommend this rental. The owner and host were the most responsive and very easy to work with.

Great House for a family!

Our stay was very comfortable, the 3-bedrooms were great for the children and as Grandparents were able to have the downstairs bedroom. The backyard with the Pool, Hottub, Fire Pit and Grill were our favorite. KP

Very Comfortable Home

This was our first time staying in the Estrella Mountains neighborhood of Goodyear. We enjoyed hiking in the Estrella Mountains Regional Park. Also easy access to Goodyear Ballpark.The home was spacious and comfortable. Well-appointed amenities. Loved sitting around the gas firepit in the evening. Communication with owner and checkin was flawless.We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great property and wonderful stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! The owner, Colby, was very responsive during our stay! The pictures don’t do this house justice. Plenty of space! We enjoyed our Christmas vacation here and would gladly return! Only minor thing were some plates were chipped but that did not affect us, as there’s plenty of dishes and cookware!

Awesome Place and Great Experience

The house had everything a family needs for a nice getaway. Four large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were very convenient. The pool table and Arcade games kept us busy when we were there. The neighborhood was clean and very quiet—easy access to the grocery store. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic property/owner

From even before we booked it, communication with owner was top notch. A quiet neighborhood, excellent amenities, beautiful surroundings, ease of checkin, it just is a resounding win. We often stay in the Phoenix area renting homes and condos and I have to say this was one of our very best family holidays for the above reasons! Would like to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Vacation Spot

What an amazing house for a family. Plenty of space for a group and the pool and hot tub were perfect (even when the temp was only in the 70s and 90s). Everything you need for a stay. Far enough way from all the city craziness but close enough to go to all the fun spots in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Hosts were amazing and kept communication quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back!! Till next time

Wonderful trip!

The home served as home base for our golf trip. The house was extremely comfortable and well furnished. The hot tub in the evening after a day of golf was perfect and made for a great way to end each day. Communication with the owner was fantastic - very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when visiting the Estrella area.

Fantastic Vacation

We loved our stay! We swam, relaxed in the pool, sat out by the firepit, grilled our food, and read our books on the lounge chairs! We also explored the area-hiking at White Tanks and Skyline Mountain Parks, drove the scenic drive to top of South Mountain, and watched the Air Force jets land and take off outside Luke AF Base. We cooked at home some meals, but also tried several delicious restaurants just 20-30 minutes away.

Wonderful property

This was a great reunion with our older brother. He lives close by so we traveled here, since he is not healthy enough to travel. This provided a great location to visit, relax outdoors, sit around the fire at night, and use the wonderful kitchen to prepare our meals.

Wonderful big house

Beautiful comfortable house that was immaculate. Lots of rooms. Each room was spacious. Had everything I needed to cook. Had a few bbq dinners. Pool is a beautiful salt water pool. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Worked very hard doing my research in cities and neighborhoods in the Phoenix metropolitan area and jumped on the opportunity to start my first short term rental in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community in Goodyear, AZ. When I closed in 2021. Love the tall ceilings and wide open areas with a gorgeous backyard to entertain in all day.

Heated pool with attached spa with waterfall feature connected to push button remote attached to side of house. Firepit for guests to use along with outdoor grill island. House has 2 floors in wide open floor plan with many common areas for groups to gather or separate into their own spaces when needed during their trip. Master bedroom on main floor has direct access to outdoor pool area. Pickleball / Sand Volleyball / Basketball courts in neighborhood and equipment in garage to use if needed. Spa has remote directly hooked up to it to turn on/off at your discretion along with the pool lights & waterfall. House has ultra fast wifi speeds up to 1000 mbps.
