Gran propiedad de playa de escapada. Solo unos pocos pasos al otro lado de la calle a la hermosa playa de arena blanca con acceso a la playa escriturada (paseo marítimo). Vistas del Golfo de México desde la cubierta de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Relájese en este espacioso condominio recientemente actualizado con todas las comodidades que necesitará para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en la playa. Gran dormitorio principal ubicado arriba, tiene cama king con baño privado. Dormitorio de invitados, también arriba, tiene cama de matrimonio con baño privado. Baño completo y ducha en la planta baja con sofá cama en la sala de estar, capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Televisores de pantalla grande en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones. La cocina totalmente equipada con cafetera, licuadora, etc. también incluye todos los juguetes de playa, sillas y refrigeradores para su uso.
La propiedad es 1 de 19 edificios dúplex en el complejo Pleasure Isle Villas. El complejo tiene una piscina justo afuera de la puerta trasera y canchas de tenis. Hay un excelente restaurante informal a poca distancia (a menos de una cuadra) con excelente comida y un bar completo. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca en Gulf Shores, Orange Beach y Foley

Beach vacation

This property was amazing from the moment we opened the door. We knew it was going to be special. The attention to every detail was evident and we felt at home immediately. The bed was comfortable, the decor was perfect and reminded us of the beach in every room or hallway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!

Great stay. The kids and baby enjoyed the pink house, pool and access to the beach. Loved it! Easy checkin and checkout. The beach was a quiet side with plent of room due to the private access bot near public access point. Easy drive to all the resturants and great little seafood market and gwneral store walkable from villa

Great location and hospitality

We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property! The owners offered impeccable communication and hospitality. The beach was clean and uncrowded. At times in the morning I had a great stretch of beach all to myself! The pool was a bonus as well as the beach toys, chairs and hose to wash off the sand. They've thought of all of the details here! Nautical decor was also fun and fitting. We wished we could've stayed longer...

Amazing location, beautiful home

We loved every detail about this condo. The location was perfect with private beach access. Bathrooms were spacious and carpet was so nice. Closet had all the extras we needed for a stress free trek to the beach. Will stay here again. Owners were so kind and prompt in their replies.

Cant rate this property any less than a 10. Clean. Convenient location. Across the street from the beach!! Pool access. The best part is the storage room full of everything you need and more for a beach trip. so thankful for the opportunity to spend this time with my family stress free. House is perfect for a family

Relaxing family getaway

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything we needed and more: a pool, beach access, and beautiful, clean home. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The entire house was well-equipped, but the three (!!) bathrooms and two decks were especially nice. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and my kids were extremely happy about the sand toys and body boards that were provided. My husband and I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. If you're looking for a spot that's not right in the middle of all the crowds and craziness of Gulf Shores, this place is for you! There is one restaurant, an ice cream shop, and a convenience store within walking distance, which was just fine for us. We made the short drive to The Hangout, Shrimpy's Mini Golf, and Lulu's one day, but other than that we enjoyed the short walk to the private access beach and the amazing sand and waters of Gulf Shores. We would highly recommend this place!

A Gulf Gem

This clean and cutely decorated condo was well stocked and conveniently located. The owners literally thought of everything and were kind and helpful. Our family enjoyed our vacation and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!!!

We stayed for a week while our daughter competed in a softball tournament. The listing was just as described…..actually better! Check in was easy. Communication with the owners was wonderful! The home was so nice….clean, welcoming, stocked nicely, wonderful decor, and the beach supplies were wonderful! The owners even provided suggestions for where to eat and shop which was extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a personal note and gift! The location was perfect for close to everything but just enough away from the “busy” to have good relaxation. Everything was so nice…..we will definitely stay here again if we venture to Gulf Shores! The Swoner’s are wonderful!!

Amazing location and house!!

What a perfect property for our family!! Very clean, cute decor, good size, loved the balconies. A huge plus for us was the closet full of beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, toys, etc so that we didn’t have to pack all of that!! Very close and easy beach access. Owners Betsy and Mike provided detailed and easy-to-follow instructions and rules. They quickly responded if we had any questions. Would happily stay here again and likely will!!

Family Vacation 2021

We had the absolute best time on our family vacation this year! The beach is just a short walk across the road and the beach accessories that are provided were so perfect! Betsy is the best to rent from and she made sure everything was perfect for our stay! I will definitely be renting here again! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Clean, stocked and hassle free

My sister and our 4 kids had a wonderful stay. Loved the closeness of the beach access, all the beach toys and items there. Pool was clean and close too. Beautiful and fun beach decor, felt like home. The house is very well kept and clean and so nice to have it fully stocked. Would highly recommend!

Property was as advertised!

Great Stay as advertised! Tom and Betsy where great to work with and promptly answered any questions. Location was great for long days at the beach. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend the fish market and ice cream with in walking distance. If in the area I would Highly recommend this property!

Awesome Place!

This place is amazing. It is by far the best VRBO accommodations we’ve ever stayed at and I’ve used several. Betsy was always quick to answer and so kind. The place is amazing and feels very homey! The furnishings were great and the beds were fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed! We loved it!!

Awesome property!

What a wonderful property! The owners have thought of every possible detail to make for a comfortable and easy get-a-way. The property was absolutely SPOTLESS and clean! Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out. A group of 6 would easily fit, too. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms have recently been remodeled and they are beautiful! The patio area was a favorite spot for our family to grill out, dine outside and play card games. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and the gear available at the property (chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, pails, shovels, etc) was super helpful. Our family enjoyed the pool and tennis court as well. It’s a quick 5-10 min drive to the main location for restaurants, shopping, etc. The owners were very attentive and accessible if we had questions. But honestly, everything was all set up front that we didn’t need to reach out. This is a great property and I hope we’ll be back someday!

Wonderful Stay

We have nothing but positive feedback to share for our week spent at Pleasure Isle Villas. We had everything we needed and Betsy was wonderful to work with! Loved the beach-themed decor and colors. The house was very clean and had the most comfortable beds!! Location was perfect. The pool is right out the front door and it was a very short walk to the beach. The garage storage closet had anything and everything we could possibly need for the beach...tons of beach toys for the kiddos, rafts, pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler, and even a wagon for hauling it all back and forth. We vacation on the Gulf coast every year, but this was our first time at Gulf Shores. We’re definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

New rental, lots of new updates and mostly all new furniture. Super nice place with a beautiful view. It is in the perfect area, not with all the high rises so less crowded beach. But close enough to be involved with all entertainment. One restaurant one block away, walk on over any time
