Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs for seating. Dining area has seating for six and 2 additional bar stools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.

The gulf front balcony can be accessed directly from sliding doors from either the master bedroom or living room and has seating for four.

Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival ($55). 2 Vehicle limit.
