Great stay in Cruces!

A great home base for our family of 5 and dogs for visiting White Sands, Guadalupe Mountains, Carlsbad Caverns, and Gila Cliff Dwellings NPs. Home is updated and very clean and had everything we needed. Good location in Las Cruces close to markets and restaurants and felt safe when walking dogs. Hope to visit again!

Excellent house in New Mexico desert

we had a great experience living in a wonderful house in Las Cruces. The house was clean, all the amenities and devices were in a great condition. A very quiet neighbourhood. Great quiet nights on the backyard patio. We loved our time spent at this property.

The outside was well taken care of. The inside of the house was VERY clean and beautiful. Wished I had booked the house for a longer stay. Shoot I wished I owned this house.

Can’t say enough nice things

What a jewel! This house is brand new and wonderfully appointed. Our family of five adults had more than enough room. We only needed this house for two days, but it would be wonderful for extended stay. Our host was gracious enough to allow a later check out on our final day which helped our travel planning immensely. This home is within walking distance to the university which would make it ideal for visiting family of students. Did I mention that this house is brand new and extremely clean? If we are ever back in Las Cruces, this will be our first choice for accommodations.

The house was suitable for our purposes and the owner was prompt and professional about all of our needs. The only items that were less than 5-star were sparse cooking materials, such as pans for the oven, no teaspoons, and a complete lack of normal cable/satellite TV access. Everything was streaming except the local PBS stations, for which the owner kindly supplied an antenna. However, the lack of local stations made it difficult to get a sense of the local area, which would have helped us in making a relocation decision. Also, we couldn't get any ESPN for live sports. Probably won't matter to techies, but traditionalists beware.

My family and I only stayed one night but the property is really nice with almost everything you could need and it feels very homey and comfortable. There was really nice landscaping that looked new and it almost looked like a new house on the inside too!

The property was great. Worked well for needs. Very clean and updated. The only hitch is we had to wait outside the house for awhile to get code so we could enter. The property manager was not available and we had to end up calling vrbo.

Beautiful Stay!

This property was exactly as advertised and very inviting when you walk thru the door. In town for a university game and the location was perfect. This home had everything we needed and many extras we didn't but it was nice to see that the owners thought of everything for all renters. If you get a chance, do not pass this one up, you will not regret your stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property which was very clean, comfortable and just what we needed. Best of all it was near my sister and her family!
