Spacious house in Las Cruces NM with 3 bedrooms – 1 King in the main, and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen beds. Plenty of room as there are 2 Living areas on the first floor and a 3rd living area upstairs as a loft with a couch, TV, and desk. You will enjoy 3 places to eat including a casual table for 6, a formal dining room for 8, and 4 fun counter chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with newer dishwasher, stove, microwave, and Refrigerator. We have a 2 car garage to park your smaller cars inside.

This wonderful house is perfect for any family or singles with a four-leg furry family member as it is pet friendly for well-behaved pets.

I was looking for a short term rental for my family's 6 night stay in Las Cruces. My family and I were very comfortable given the amount of space, tv's and sitting areas. Kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and toiletries. The house is also conveniently located near highway 70, a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Chris, our host, was exceptional; very communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend if looking for a nice, safe and convenient place to stay in Las Cruces.

Two weeks in Las Cruces

This property gave us easy access to bike friendly roads as well as shopping. It was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay

This was a wonderful stay for us while we were in town building the new skatepark. The place was spacious, clean and had cool decor! And the host was totally awesome, we wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend. Thanks again for everything!

Great house for long travel

Lovely, Spacious, Comfortable Home

We stayed in this house for nearly 3 weeks and loved coming "home" to this space each day after exploring the Las Cruces area. It was welcoming, comfortable, so spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We especially loved being able to park the car and our bikes in the garage. Finally, we were really impressed with how responsive the owner was to any question we had.

This is my third stay in this property and each one has been perfect. It’s a lovely home, nicely furnished and equipped, in a convenient location, with a responsive host. What more could a guest ask for? Highly recommended.

Overall a very good stay. Perfect location and property for our family. Just a few things could have been better. For a home that sleeps 6, there was very little flatware, we had to bring some of our own. No kitchen towels, again we brought our own. Took a full 2 minutes for the water in the master bath to get warm enough to shower (I timed it). Window in the master bedroom does not close all the way so street noise is loud. Property was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home but could use a detailed cleaning; carpets cleaned, blinds dusted and windows washed. Plentiful towels but one wash cloth in each upstairs bathroom. We had to go to Dollar General and buy a pack. There was no hand soap in the main bathroom upstairs, but we finally found an extra bottle in the cabinet of the downstairs powder room. And finally, the handbook on the kitchen counter needs updating. It stated there was a bottle of wine and snacks being made available to us but we couldn’t find them. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

Beautiful and relaxing home

The property was updated, decorated tastefully, squeaky clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the linens and pillows were very good quality. Bathrooms were pristine. Communication with the host was exceptional. We also appreciated the use of the garage. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Nice cozy house

Everything was great. Chris responsive. Beds super comfortable and plenty of seating room/ tvs for many! Only small complaint- the back yard wasn’t conducive to our dogs because there were tiny burrs all over that stuck in their feet. Other than that, great place!!

A little of everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. Close to restaurants and places to visit. It is also real close to the freeway without the freeway noise. Chris has thought of everything. Not just a stocked kitchen and house but enough dishes, towels, coffee, and even toilet paper. We typically will have to run to the store and pick up a pack but he really did think of everything. The size of the house was exactly what we needed and what you see is exactly what you get. A beautiful house in a great part of town that is so welcoming and CLEAN. We have family in Las Cruces and visit often. So we will be staying here again if available.
