Este ático de dos pisos y una habitación es la definición de la vida costera en la playa. Con una vista espectacular del Golfo de México y vistas a la Plaza Central de Seaside, este alojamiento único está totalmente equipado con cocina, comedor, medio baño y sala de estar con acceso a un porche amueblado, todo en el primer piso. En el segundo piso, encontrará una habitación queen, baño (solo ducha) y acceso a una terraza privada. Esta cabaña realmente ofrece la vista perfecta con asientos de caja en la vida cotidiana de Seaside, Florida. Los extras incluyen una lavadora / secadora apilable y espacios comunes que incluyen un área de patio y balcón adicional.

Esta unidad no tiene un lugar de estacionamiento asignado, el estacionamiento es por orden de llegada en los espacios detrás del edificio 25 Central Square y en Smolian Circle. El acceso a la playa en Seaside para esta cabaña es a través de puntos de acceso público, Coleman Pavilion y Seaside Pavilion, ubicados en el centro de la ciudad.

Our kids were able to bike all around and walk to grab breakfast and coffee each morning. Lunch/dinner and shopping are right downstairs. Our new favorite place to grab a meal this year was drome. We went twice! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! The beach access is literally steps from our door. The unit is super clean and the management team is very proactive and friendly. If you like being in the middle of it all, this is the perfect place to stay!

We loved staying at Perfect View and the view was perfect. Couldn't of asked for a better location. The property is updated and the beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was in the unit. Can't wait to stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit with excellent features and if the full "Seaside Experience" is what you are after this is an outstanding choice.We went because for our 17 year old daughter, this was right up her alley. I prefer seclusion to crowds but I'm old and stuck in my ways.The condo was really nice, the management company does a great job in communicating and responding and we have no complaints at all and highly recommend using them.Our daughter had a great time and that's why we went.

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and in the middle of all the action. The place was clean and very spacious for our family of four. The parking is the only downside as there is no assigned spot but there is plenty of nearby parking. Will definitely be back to Seaside and would definitely stay here again.

wonderful weekday getaway

Reviewer Comments: We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in on Sunday, but the staff went out of their way to bring us all of our passes so we could enjoy Seaside amenities while we waited. Aside from the incredibly hot and humid weather, our little mini vacation was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. When we do, we will likely book the same unit. Not only was it comfortable and spotless, the location can’t be beat!

Week at the Beach

The condo did not disappoint, but the building that it is in and the entrance needs a thorough cleaning. Floors are dirty, stairwell has trash in it, the floors again need a good old fashioned power spraying or scrubbing. For the cost of this rental, I expected better conditions. We were disappointed with that, but happy with the condo itself.

We’ve stayed at many places at Seaside and this was certainly one of the best...pristinely clean and elegantly decorated. (Excellent storage in master bedroom and bath!) The balcony is a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee or to relax on the evening. It is also just steps from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Family friendly, but not very accessible

The agency told us the outage had just been a week; however; the maintenance staff indicated it is a regular occurrence. Do not book if you are not able to walk up three floors with your luggage.Also, there was a lot of noise at night as there were many teenagers in the square not abiding by the Seaside curfew.The unit itself was spectacular and the new renovation was beautiful and very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in the square this year! Getting to the beach and restaurants/shops was a breeze and the views were wonderful. The unit was recently remodeled and it was not only beautiful, but perfect for our family of 4. The only drawback of staying in the square is the noise. If you are wanting to get a good night's sleep, you might not want to stay here. Teenagers are allowed to hang out in the square after everything closes and during our stay, they were there between 12:30 and 1 am each night. Then, beginning at 5 am, you start to hear delivery trucks, powerwashing, etc. We understood that those things were necessary to keep the square looking nice and the restaurants/shops stocked - but people should just be aware that those things are going to happen daily when you stay here.

Nice, modern place, but noisy location and random construction

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, daughter and I enjoyed the quality and modern decor of the unit. It was very clean and comfortable. The central location was convenient, but also noisy after hours. Be prepared to listen to loud yelling from various groups of people sometimes until 2am. There was construction going on each day we were there. One day they used a lift and worked above our balcony for many hours. The last day of our stay, a worker used a ladder at 9am to climb to our balcony and work for an hour and a half. We also had to listen to a ventilation flap banging extremely loudly in the early morning hours when it got a little windy. We ended up leaving a day early due to these issues.
