Al igual que la película animada de Disney, la cabaña Fantasia es mágica y serena. Ingrese a esta casa de playa de 3 dormitorios / 2 ba��os junto al círculo de Tupelo a través del gran porche con ventilador y sillas Adirondack. A medida que avanzas por la puerta principal, te saludan con la misma franqueza que encontraste en el porche cubierto.

Las amplias salas de estar y comedor cuentan con muchos asientos con asientos integrados que rodean las ventanas. La encantadora cocina es pintoresca y colorida con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todas las necesidades de cocina para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible. Un baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo completa la planta baja.

A medida que sube por las escaleras de madera, notará varias obras maestras arquitectónicas; el primero de los cuales son los listones de madera en el piso que le permiten ver a continuación. Además, la primera habitación tiene una ventana peek-a-boo que le brinda tanta o tan poca privacidad como desee en el segundo piso. Subiendo otro tramo de escaleras, encontrarás otra joya escondida de mesa para dos en un rincón acogedor. Mire por las ventanas mientras la ciudad de Seaside bulle. Continuar subiendo una vez más por la escalera del barco para disfrutar de los mejores asientos en la torre pone a otros en vergüenza con hermosas vistas de los tejados de Seaside y la costa esmeralda. ¡Vale la pena subir y se convertirá rápidamente en su lugar favorito en esta obra maestra arquitectónica de una casa de campo!

The house was amazing. It was clean and well equipped when we arrived. The proximity to the beach and the town square made it the perfect location. There was plenty of room to relax when we weren't at the beach, and the full size washer and dryer were much appreciated.
Live music in the town square.
Easy beach access.
Fun in the sun.
Perfect views.

Memorial Week Stay

Overall a fantastic trip. The house felt a bit dated and room layouts were unique. Primary bedroom was a tight fit with shared bathroom aLocation great for beach access and town access. On a roundabout area so lots of foot traffic and car traffic.

sweet spot

We had a great visit. It was perfect for our girls trip. We loved the screened in porch and the roof top terrace.Location is also great and easy walk to beach and middle of Seaside. We hope to come back.

Loved this house!

The history of Seaside is so interesting. Tupelo St. was the first neighborhood. Gazebo in front of the house was in The Truman Show. The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching people walking by.

Charming house in great Seaside location!

We fell in love with the house and the location was perfect-close to ocean and restaurants. It was absolutely adorable! Two downfalls - beds and bedrooms were small but we knew that from other reviews and I regret paying the extra $500+ for the pool and gym. We never used any of the facilities. We rented chairs and umbrellas-worth every penny... We enjoyed the beautiful view-had our coffee on the deck on the 3rd floor every morning. We enjoyed riding bikes everywhere-however on the last night one of our bikes was stolen-so that was a bummer. Overall-we would come back to this area again

July 2016 Stay

Our Stay at Fantasia was perfect. The house was quaint and incredibly close to the beach and seaside proper. We truly enjoyed having coffee & cocktails on the tower deck. I think our only issue was the dishwasher. It seemed to randomly start & stop on its own. A few times after running it myself the water wouldn't drain out. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Not worth the price

This home was dirty. Hair everywhere, black mold in the bathroom window, sheets had stains we actually had to go buy our own bedding. Lightbulbs missing. Very disappointed.

Fantasia, a bit of magic for our family

We're off to Seaside for another visit. We head, of course, to Fantasia, our chosen cottage every time. We've tried other cottages, but this is our love. We arrive and the two younger boys head upstairs to decide who gets to sleep in the "pullout drawer" and who in the top bed of the trundle bed they love.The preteen wants her privacy and has been told that there is a new pullout sofa bed on third floor and goes up to check it out. We hear it's great and it's hers! We soon hear "let's go!" They jump on the three extra bikes we had delivered and--do they ride to the white sandy beach two minutes away ? No, they're off to Sundog Books! Their second trip is to the beach through the Tupelo pavilion---with boogie boards. The rest of us admire lovely updates to our favorite place. We note the newly painted white walls throughout the house, also pretty rattan chairs in the family room and around the dining table. The effect is a light, airy look with sunlight streaming in through the tall windows that surround this room. ---New beach lighting, as well. First night is special. After showering off sand (in preferred outdoor shower under the trees) we have dinner, fixed in the lovely aqua tiled kitchen. After, we climb to the crow's nest to watch the sun set. Looking out to the bluegreen gulf, we feel the magic of this house. Games, then grandparents in queen room, parents in double bed bunks (lots of room). We quiet kids for early wakeup. Boogie boards at ready on porch.

Not as relaxing as it should have been

I wish I could write more than 1500 characters. To put a long story short, there was construction from day one until the last day of my stay. Our cars were absolutely filthy and were even blocked in by the workers. Workers were sawing concrete from 6am until 6pm. It was incredibly loud and the whole area was filthy with dust. The porch was completely unusable. When I wrote the host, I didn't even receive an apology, just that they can't control construction. I was not even notified about the construction in the direct area. I find the nearest car wash is 20+ min away and tell the host this, didn't receive a reply. Thankfully my mom found water hose in the back of the closet, so we had to wash our own car on vacation. We got there in the evening and when my dad laid down in bed there was a purple oily substance all over his sheets. It was too late to wash so he had to sleep on a towel. There are no extra sheets available. We had to kill a few roaches. You can hear every little step in the house, it's incredibly noisy. I had an amazing time with my family, and this location is perfect, but I would not stay in this house again or recommend it.

Very fine stay. Not perfect.

Good house. Excellent location. Front porch great. Top porch was great. Only criticisms: bedrooms were small, a little cramped, no king bed. Furnishings showed some wear, age. Exterior trim needed a little paint. Televisions were small. Overal it was good. Would probably stay there again.

Fantastic stay at Fantasia

The location is excellant, close walk to the beach and town. The third-floor lookout on the house is awesome. We loved having our morning coffee up there. The house was clean when we arrived but it is well-loved and definitely needs some updates.

A girls week for relaxing.

We all enjoyed being at Seaside and enjoyed staying at Fantasia. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. I was disappointed in running out of toilet paper the night before leaving. That should not have happened. We had a memorable weekend.

Fantastic Trip

The Seaside community at New Year’s is so much fun and we were in the middle of it all! Quick walk to the hub of activity: food trucks, quaint market, bookstore, post office. Just steps to the private beach too. The community is around 40 years old so there is a little bit of wear and tear here and there but only the highly discriminating will be disappointed. The management company was super responsive to our questions and one service call. We immersed ourselves in the whole experience and had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay at Fantasia! The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated. Cozy and comfortable. My family and I loved the quick convenience to the beach and the adorable Seaside square. Sandpiper Rentals is awesome and professional to work with!

We love our adorable beach house!

The property was clean and pleasantly decorated. We loved the rooftop access for evening cocktails. Having two bikes was an added bonus. It was really close to the beach access and comfortably far away from the hustle and bustle of the town square. I would highly recommend.
