Ubicado en la pintoresca ciudad de Seaside, Florida, Golden Lady es un sueño dorado. Esta espaciosa y serena cabaña de 2 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños se encuentra en Grayton Street, justo al oeste de la plaza del pueblo, con un espacio tipo loft que te permite dormir 6 cómodamente.

Al ingresar a Golden Lady, disfrutará del siempre popular plano de flip flop con las 2 áreas principales para dormir en el primer piso y el espacio de sala de estar / comedor en el piso de arriba. Cada habitación ofrece una cama queen y baño privado. Uno de los baños tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera, mientras que el otro es solo ducha. Arriba te saludan con una sala de estar de dos pisos que es abierta y luminosa. Una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas y una cocina fresca, blanca y totalmente equipada completa el segundo piso.

Subiendo un conjunto más de escaleras hay un espacio tipo loft con una cama nido con capacidad para 2 personas más. Fuera del desván hay un balcón cubierto con asientos al aire libre.

Almost perfect! If it had a king size bed - would call it perfect. Loved the location to the beach. Not a bad walk to the town square. The house is very cute. We loved using the bikes! Great place to stay!

Second Stay

This was the 2nd time we have rented Golden Lady. We rented the home back in 2023 as well. Good communication with the rental agency, Sandpipper. Location is excellent, several blocks from Seaside Square so more quiet and less traffic. The home is directly across from one of the larger community pools. We will be back to vacation in Seaside in a couple of years and will look to rent the Golden Lady again.

Family vacation

8 of us stayed in the beautiful home. Plenty of space, cool, clean. Met all our needs. 4 adults and 4 kids. Close to everything !!! Seriously can leave your car parked and walk to amazing food and shops. Quiet street, bikes, pool and of course the amazing beach and access. Rented chairs ( highly recommend) . Family friendly . Can’t brag enough !

Great location!

I took my daughter and a few of her friends to Seaside for a few days over spring break. Golden Lady was the perfect spot! With two bedrooms and extra sleeping space in the loft, there was plenty of room. And the location was perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

Cute little cottage. Perfect for a girls weekend. Very clean. Although the house is a little tired it is very comfortable, clean and cute furnishings. Nice having the two bikes. Very comfortable!

Great location!

This cozy, but also spacious house was perfect for our family of four. We like to spread out and there was plenty of room to do that. Also, this location was convenient to everything! The beach was close, the shopping and food was close. But it was not so close to the noise to be distracting. Mornings on the porch were peaceful. Lovely place to stay in this popular town.

Perfect Girls weekend!

Location, Location, Location! This property was a perfect place to spend a girls weekend in Seaside. The house was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Beach access was literally one minute walk which is the most important! AND all the Seaside shops and restaurants were only a 5 minute walk. We never used our rental car the entire time. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location!

The cottage was in a great location, close to everything and such a cute neighborhood. The building itself was really cute but the upkeep of the property could be better. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, good amount of dust bunnies around and the furniture was pretty worn. Overall, this is a great location but could use some updating and a good deep clean.

Fall Break at Seaside

Amazing location across from the pool, 5 minute walk to Seaside main square and Watercolor resort. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen "starter kit" was very disappointing. Not providing even the tiniest packs of basics like salt & pepper, olive oil, a pod of coffee, a couple packets of sugar, etc. just comes across as exceptionally cheap and uncaring.

Security in area is over the top

Beautiful home and location, however, we were chatting on the porch after 10 p.m. one evening and were told to go inside because we were talking too loud. Do not stay here if you enjoy time with friends and family outdoors on balcony.

Golden Lady - at Seaside

Golden Lady house- Nice house, good location, quiet part of Seaside and on a corner. Good for family’s with children as right across from a pool (including kids pool). Would have liked the kitchen to have basics such as salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, etc. good selection of pots and pans. Left hand refrigerator door you need to make sure it closes as it will pop open after closing it. Theses were all minor issues. Would definitely stay here on another visit to Seaside. Good communication with Sandpiper Rental agency.

Very loud with large herd of teenagers roaming streets at night. Noisy Yelling and music well after midnight. Security seemed unable to do anything about it

Cleanliness

The property floor, bedding and rugs was not clean. I don’t think the floors have been mopped in a very long time. My feet were black. As for blankets, it happened to be cold during our stay and the blankets smelled like other people had used them. Very unsettling.

Great Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend stay at the house. WE were frustrated that the TV in the den didn't have any options for watching. We were ready to sign into our own Netflix account, but the ROKU needed a PIN number to do this and although we called the property management company, no one responded. This was frustrating because we liked getting yummy takeout from the food trucks and coming back to lounge and watch shows together. Annoying. If you are going to have a PIN number on the tv, you should list the PIN in the property notebook. The location can't be beat! Seaside was AWESOME!

Chainsaws, chippers and palmetto bugs

This property was a big disappointment overall. Very noisy, no privacy (unless all the shades were down), worn-out. Made my kid's asthma and allergies flare likely because of the nasty air ducts. Saw plenty of skittering palmetto bugs which I disregarded until I went to lay down on my pillow and it was quite occupied by a large palmetto bug. As a previous reviewer had commented (and the rental company poo-poo'd), the house resides on a corner and each street-facing side was occupied by noisy work vehicles every day of our trip (Spring Break). The chainsaws and woodchopper ran constantly from 7:20AM until 3PM, with a 30-minute respite while workers took a lunch break. After 3PM, thankfully the machine noise was over, but then the community pool across the street really took off with loud, shouting teenagers (heard clearly inside the house with doors and windows shut). Luckily (but not-so-luckily if you're wanting an after-dinner swim), the pool closes at 8PM sharp. So at 8PM, we could sit outside in a nice quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, nail heads were popped-up all over the private deck (I can't testify for the deck that was immediately outside the frosted-glass door to our bathroom that our neighbor used regularly because we didn't want to socialize every time we went outside to relax). The private deck was not screened in (which was fine for March) but there was only seating for 2 people. One MAJOR thing that I did not glean from the VRBO ad was that the decks outside are shared with a nearly-adjacent house. While our neighbors seemed super-nice, we definitely didn't feeling like having to make small talk every time we wanted to go outside. The kitchen was microscopic and just nothing more than a good sink and a microwave. The counters were nearly completely occupied by an air fryer, a blender and a massive stone cutting board. We removed these for our stay so we could have a slice of counterspace. When removing these items, it was clear no one had removed them recently; sticky grime was underneath them. Gross. Then let's get to the horrible state of the air ducts and why I know that. The microscopic kitchen was hot (especially since I couldn't open the windows due to my neighbors eating on the deck adjacent to that wall). So, I tried to open the floor vents without success; the fins on the vent were bent So I removed the vent cover: 2" thick dust with scattered trash and bottle caps and skittering bugs. Noooo!

Fall Break 2021

This property is in the most ideal location in the village. Steps from the beach and a couple of blocks from town center. This home is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and furniture update. The bed in the front bedroom is broken and rocks side to side. There was mold in the air vents and ceilings. The porches are dreamy to sit with loved ones over looking the beautiful trees. My kids loved the loft and thought the high porch was the best view ever. We waited 3 days for the bicycles that were to be available upon arrival. We looked forward to sleeping in the mornings after visiting and dining out late into the evening. But, nope...the staging area for the lawn service company for the village was 20 feet from the front . Lawnmowers, hedgers, Kyobotas and men working loudly began promptly at 7am each morning and continued every day!
