I'm so sorry this was your experience. Seaside Security does tighten things up over spring break. Please come back during any other times and we assure you this should not be your experience. If it ever is, always contact us and we are happy to talk to them and let them know you are "of age" guests just enjoying your vacation :)

I’m so sorry that this was your experience. Seaside security typically disbands any parties or loud noises quickly. Shortly after your stay they instilled an 8pm curfew for anyone under 21. This helped tremendously. Our sincere apologies that this ruined your stay in anyway.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and liked the house! As for the TV, it shouldn't require a PIN. So sorry you had troubles with that. Our guest services team would have sent someone to correct this for you had we received the message. Not sure what happened there but we do apologize if we missed your call. We hope despite this you enjoyed your stay and sounds like you loved Seaside.

As the manager of this property, we were shocked to receive this review. Particularly because we checked with every single person on our team and no one has any record of any complaints or comments received before, during, or after your stay. We pride ourselves on communication with our guests throughout the entire rental process and would have gladly rectified any one of these issues. A simple call to the Seaside Town Council would have mitigated the pool issues or construction noise. Construction noise, we might add, we have never heard a complaint about prior to your arrival and don’t see any construction nearby at this time. Golden Lady is an adorable guest cottage and is attached (like many Seaside homes) to its sister home Rena's Smile. We clearly mention this in the verbiage on the listing as well as in pictures. The owner was very excited to provide a new air fryer this year for guests, but we can keep it under the cabinets to allow more counter space for future guests. We are an incredibly responsive management company, as is the owner of the property, and would never "poo-poo" any guest concerns. Had we known there were cleanliness issues with the home, we would have sent housekeeping back out immediately. Palmetto bugs are common but this can also be easily fixed during your stay with a quick text or call to us so we can spray accordingly. We strive to provide a wonderful guest experience at all of our rentals and are sorry to hear that was not the case for you, but feel notifications about any of these things could have been remedied in a timely fashion.

Thank you for your review and feedback. All of our cottages will be getting a deep clean prior to starting our 2022 season. The owners have purchased new slip covers for the couches which is a nice addition as well. Sorry for the noise in the morning, this is not a typical occurrence. and will speak with the town of Seaside about this.
