La casa está ubicada en un lote arbolado considerable en una zona residencial tranquila, a pocos pasos de la playa. Puede alojar cómodamente de 8 a 10 personas y cuenta con 2 dormitorios con camas queen y vestidores que pueden acomodar una cuna o una cuna pequeña (ambas disponibles para su uso) y un tercer dormitorio con una cama futón. La sala de Carolina del comedor ofrece un sofá cama queen-size. Los sofás de la sala también son sofás cama tamaño queen y de tamaño completo.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos. El plano de planta abierto en las áreas de comedor y sala de estar mejora la atmósfera relajada e informal de la casa.
El área del patio y los jardines fuera de la casa albergan muchas especies de aves y otros animales salvajes nativos. Hay una parrilla de gas disponible para cocinar al aire libre y una perrera para perros (se requiere un acuerdo previo).
Esta es una zona residencial, por lo que la playa a la vuelta de la esquina no está llena. La ubicación ofrece un excelente lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de la playa y otras comodidades de la zona, la mayoría de las cuales se encuentran a poca distancia de la casa.

What a fantastic place!

We had a fantastic stay at this Myrtle Beach home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to a quiet, uncrowded beach and close to great restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked—we didn’t need a thing. The mattress was incredibly comfortable (no lumps or bumps—seriously, best sleep ever!). Our dogs loved it too, which made the trip even better. We’ll definitely be back!Jeff and Arnica

Family Time During a Heat Wave

We’ve stayed at this house before and love the location. The owner has plenty of housewares, towels and beach items available for use. We love the addition of the foosball table since our last visit.The heat affected the Central Air and at times (not always, typically daytime/high heat index hours), the unit could not work hard enough to cool the house.The front deck is fantastic - needs shade so it can be enjoyed during the day.Otherwise, we would definitely stay here a 3rd time!

Awesome location!

Great quiet neighborhood with a nice short walk to the beach. The area was not overcrowded and the beach was spacious. The home itself fit just what we needed and more. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and cooking ware. Towels and linens were provided. The only thing I would have liked better is to have had a covered staircase to the laundry room which was down stairs from the rest of the house. But no problems otherwise. Will book again for next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us for the week!

Little get away

We had a great stay at the property as always. Everything we needed was provided. This year we traveled with our 1 year old and the house had everything she needed. It helped with bringing extra supplies as toys, crib, high chair are all already there. Thanks Sam and Bobby!

Home Away From Home

It was our first Family Vacation where my wife and I had all our adult childern and my grandchild. Could not have asked for a better place to accomodate us all. Steps to the Beach was an absolute gem! Aside from getting hit with Tropical Storm Debby, we had a great time. While we were indorrs for a few days out of that week, board games kept us laughing and telling stories. Thank you!

Excellent house for our family. Its our 3rd time at this property. We love this place. It makes our vacation so much better being in this house and the quiet neighborhood. Its so easy to access the beach. Cant wait to come back.

Comfy and convenient

We had a great time in this cozy home. Loved being able to have space to relax and rejuvenate for our whole family especially being able to have our family dog and not have to worry about her coupled up in a kennel all week. Host is exceptionally responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning!

Nice place, horrible ‘customer service’

Two and a half days into our 5 night 6 day stay, the AC completely stopped working. When I called the provided number, it was the property owner’s daughter. She advised me they discovered an issue with the AC and was ‘hoping it would last through your stay’. When I asked why we weren’t alerted beforehand, she said ‘they didn’t know it would be a problem until it was a problem’. I was then assured the needed part would be in the next day and she and the AC technician would be there starting at 10am. So my family and I head out for the day, only to be called 2 hours later to be told the AC would not be fixed for the duration of our stay. They (daughter) said they would come install window units while my family was gone so we could resume our vacation. We get home at 4pm, as I told the daughter, and no window units. I called her to let her know it is now 88 degrees inside the house, and see where the promised window units are. She then scolded me like a child and told me she was doing her best and it was a hectic day because it was her kid’s last day of school. So she tells me she is pulling up to the property with the window units. Minutes later. She sends her husband to the door to talk to me. He says they want to install the units now and wanted to send us for ice cream. I told him that was supposed to be done hours ago while we were gone, not while my children are showering. She again got nasty with me. No solution. 88 degrees. They fixed it with box fans…

Just as advertised, Just what we needed.

Location to the beach was as the name stated . Could not have asked for a better location. Easy walk to beach, even with our 2 furbabies. The house had all the comforts of home and more. The covered parking , fools ball table, and the gardens were delightful. Having the dishwasher, laundty detergent, papertowels was a nice extra.Will diffently rent again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at 397 Steps to the Beach. The property was perfect for my wife and I, our two adult children, and our dog. Great location, comfortable beds, and yes, steps to the beach. Loved the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

When one of our daughters moved into the area, we decided to make this our home away from home too. We are happy to share our home with others and feel it is located in an ideal spot for vacationing and relaxing at the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We loved the location immediately when we found this house. North Myrtle Beach holds so many fun things to do, no matter the time of year or weather. Activities of every sort are easily accessible from the property.
We were initially drawn to house because of the landscaping and peaceful sitting area found in the yard. The house also sits on a double lot, unlike the homes surrounding our property, which makes it feel more private and tranquil. To pay homage to the original owner, who was a well-known golf course designer, the house features some of his original touches, such as the golfer plaque hanging on the front porch.
We have made it a priority to make our home feel like YOUR home.
