Esta nueva casa elegante de 4 dormitorios junto a la piscina es el alquiler de vacaciones perfecto. Diseño espacioso que incluye un loft para pasar el rato, jugar y ver películas. Esta ubicación es ideal para todas las actividades al aire libre y está a solo minutos del centro de Saint George.

¡Te ENCANTARÁ este nuevo hogar! Esta hermosa casa está ubicada en el Town Center Resort en Coral Canyon con hermosas vistas y un complejo turístico. Esta es la propiedad más nueva en St George. ¡Experimenta el nuevo y moderno estilo Townhome con tu grupo!

Nuestra casa está súper limpia y limpiada profesionalmente por limpiadores antes y después de su estadía, ¡con todo lo que necesitará para que su estadía sea cómoda! ¡Las vistas son increíbles! ¡La ubicación es fantástica! ¡Estás tan cerca del centro de St George y solo a unos 10-15 minutos del teatro Tuacahn!

Nuestra casa es tranquila y pacífica, pero está a solo unos pasos de la piscina. Es una unidad a nivel del suelo, con un piso de arriba. Básicamente, puedes caminar directamente hacia la piscina desde la unidad, sin nadie encima de ti, excepto tu grupo arriba.

¡Las comodidades en el Town Center Resort en Coral Canyon son las mejores que puede encontrar! Hay todo lo que podrías desear hacer; swim- 1 piscinas, 1 bañera de hidromasaje, área de chapoteo en la piscina, ¡perfecta para niños, pickleball y golf al lado!

Hay mucho que hacer en el sitio, ¡es posible que no quiera irse! Pero ... St. ¡El área de George tiene innumerables cosas increíbles para ver en sus alrededores también! Desde hermosos campos de golf hasta bicicletas de montaña y senderos para vehículos todo terreno al lado, hasta caminatas por el Parque Nacional Zion y ver una obra en el Teatro Tuacahn. Al bajar la colina, puede dar un paseo por la playa de Sand Hollow Reservoir y ver todo tipo de vida salvaje. El parque nacional Zion y el Gran Cañón están a poca distancia en coche. Ir de compras, incluido un maravilloso Outlet Mall, también está cerca y es conveniente.

Best Place Ever!

The hosts were remarkable & checked in a couple of times to make sure that our stay was going smoothly. The house was absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed & the hot tub & the view was spectacular! We visited Zion, Bryce & Grand Canyon while we stayed there & the drives were stunning!

Don't come here if you want a good nights sleep!

The location in Hurricane was nice and the complex had a good, small, clean pool with nice pickleball courts. The location was not very clean when we arrived. There was a massive hair clump in the shower (gross!) and the fabric furniture in the kids bunk room was absolutely disgusting. The beds were horrible for everyone of our guests. They ranged from extremely hard in the bunk room to trampoline-like in other rooms where we literally rolled to the middle of the bed during the night. The pillows were as flat as pancakes and did nothing to help make the beds any more comfortable. Overall, I would stay in this location again, but I would choose a different condo.

Perfect Vacation Spot to Stay

Great place to stay for vacation. Plenty of beds, TVs, and space for lots of people. It was a plus finding games there to play since we forgot ours. Only complaint for me, personally, was the mattress(s). Stiff memory foam on some beds.

A few things to work on

The memory foam bed in the main bedroom was terrible for my wife and myself. Feels great when you first get in bed but the longer you lay there and transfer heat into the foam the deeper you sink into the memory foam. I found myself waking up 10-15 times a night to reposition and did not sleep well during our stay. The frame of that same bed has a board turned on its edge, sticking out 8-10” on the sides and bottom of the bed. I would hit this with my shins at least once a day and draw blood at least once a day. My wife and son did the same. Battered and bruised shins from the bed…. We found one wash rag for dishes there that was covered with hair. I mean covered. Not sure what happened there but there must have been some sort of hair event that caused it. We tossed the rag and bought some new ones. The hot tub above us would turn on the recirculate and heat which also affected our sleep. It is very loud in the main bedroom on the ground floor. Industrial grade toilet paper was provided. Around 120 grit. Good for finishing wood projects but less good for human use. Location was nice, the place it’s self is nice and we did enjoy playing games at the large table and spending time together in that large front area. If you plan to bake anything while you stay be ready to wait at least double the time it would take at home. The oven seems not to be able to reach the proper temp. It took a few hours to re heat the lasagna which takes 30-45 minutes at home.

Nice place and nice location

The condo was very nice. We only had 4 of us for a quick golf trip and it was nice that each of us had our own room and full sized bed. Very clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the grill. A little disappointed in the cookware. It was a bit dated and the pans were small. Could have used a larger pan for cooking. Nice big TV in the front room, but the TV plan offered little in quality viewing. Couldn't even get the local channels and had to hook up a streaming laptop to watch any sports. Other than that, it was a great place.

Nice getaway!

The place was a prefect getaway to southern Utah. Enjoyed the pickle ball courts and hot tub. The place was clean and easy to access. Check in and out was very simple. We loved our stay.

Problem Encountered, Not Fixed

Upon arriving in unit 2305 we encountered low water pressure. Only one shower could be used at a time and sinks and toilet water pressure were likewise affected. Office was notified upon encountering the problem. Problem was not fixed during our three night stay. Otherwise, unit was good.

Thanks for helping to make our stay in St George great!

We had a great time while staying there. The homes were spacious and nice. We loved that there was a bathroom in most of the rooms. We had one room in unit 3205 that didn't have a bathroom. In future construction we would suggest a bathroom in every room in the house if possible. The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time there and loved it. The air conditioning was great! Often rooms that are upstairs are hot and the air-conditioning doesn't cool the upper rooms well. This wasn't the case in either of the house we rented. The rooms were nice and cool. One suggestion for the future would be to have a complete roof over the lounge chairs so the sun is blocked completely. There were a few minor things we would like to see changed. One: the kitchens could be a little better equipped with larger pans. When you have such large house, larger pans would be helpful. The water pressure in the showers went down to a trickle when any other water was being used in the houses. It would also be nice if the code for the front door worked on the garage doors so that you could open the garage doors and not have to go around the front to open them. The splash pad didn't work and the gates on this area were broken. The bed in one of the rooms in unit 2293 was tied together with some kind of plastic bags and broke while my son and his wife were sleeping. We called and reported this and I am sure the problem will be fixed for the next renters. We realize this is something you would never know about unless the bed broke on you personally since mattresses aren't usually removed while the units are being cleaned. All in all our stay there was amazing and we will tell all our friends how great things were there. Thanks again for helping to make our stay fun!

Great rental with great amenities.

Loved the rental! Great user friendly space with up to date furnishings! Very nice! Loved the pickle ball courts, pool, ping pong table and the personal hot tub up on the balcony with a fire pit and cozy outside chairs!

Favorite Vacation Spot in St George

Beautifully designed/decorated home, plenty of space for everyone in our group! Wonderful patio area to sit around a fire. Amenities were perfect, pools, Pickleball, etc. I have bookmarked this house for every trip we take to southern Utah from now on! Loved it! Thanks so much for letting us share your home. The best place for a group of people exploring Utah!

From the moment we walked in, we were so pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the amount of space there was for our group of 10. From the couch to the dinner table, there was enough space for us to spread out throughout the house. The amenities of the place were great, including the pool. There is a lake nearby called Sand Hollow where we spent some time, Zion is only about 40 mins away and Bryce Canyon 2 hrs away (the drive is worth it!). We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are so happy with the week stay we had at this place!

Perfect getaway!

First let me start with the positive... Excellent location, right off the 15 freeway so very accessible to everything! The house is beautiful and clean with all the amenities you really need to be comfortable. The owner was very responsive on the vrbo app, always got back to me within minutes, and he was really easy to work with. If there was a problem (like no hair dryers, which apparently the previous guest took w/ them), he took care of it immediately. And the service manager on the property was wonderful too - Lacey brought over a dvd player for us, extra towels since we were lacking a couple for our party of 8, a propane tank for the fire pit, etc. Also, we asked for a late checkout a couple days prior to leaving and they granted us an extra hour w/o any penalty. There's plenty of pillows and bedding linens, some board games and a ping pong table in the garage if you're ever bored (which is impossible). So overall...a WONDERFUL experience! Just a couple of little things to note though, so you have a complete and honest review... * The online ad noted a "private hot tub" when we booked it, but it does NOT have one. There is only a community hot tub by the community pool. Really not a big deal, it was hot as hell anyway so it wasn't an issue. I believe the owner has since changed the description, so that's good! *The a/c is pretty noisy and even with the temperature set around 71 upstairs at night, it was really hot in the mornings. I would suggest a couple of standing fans in the bedrooms for added comfort. *REALLY bright in the morning too - sun comes right through the blinds in the bedrooms, which is probably why it's so damn hot. Black-out curtains or just curtains in general would really help. *Need more shampoo/conditioner/soap for the bathrooms! Was given only one tiny hotel-sized bottle of each for 10 nights and we were a group of 8 people. To the owner's credit, it is noted on the vrbo website that you'll have to bring your own after that, plus I didn't call the service desk to ask for more, they might have given it to us. As far as popular places we visited nearby: Sand Hollow Creek State Park - 15 min. (beautiful lake w/ lots of water activities) Zion Tubing - 25 min. (float down the Virgin River for a lazy hour of fun) Zion National Park - 45 min. (highly recommend hiking The Narrows Bryce Canyon National Park - 2.5 hours So if you're planning on going to Zion area, I cannot recommend this place more. We absolutely loved it!
