This brand new 5 bedroom 5 and a half bathroom home will be the perfect vacation destination for you and your loved ones. Find time to relax by the large private pool and hot tub, enjoy a game of ping pong on your own table, or gather your family in the loft or living room to hold a movie night on one of the smart televisions in the home. After a long day, gather around the fire pit to tell stories or sing campfire songs. No matter what you're looking for for your unique vacation, you'll love Snow Canyon Oasis at Ocotillo Springs.

This stunning home features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms and can sleep up to 17 people comfortably. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, smart tv, and quick patio access, and is also connected to an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and bathtub. Just at the top of the stairs, you'll find another bedroom with a king bed and smart tv, which is also connected to an ensuite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower. Across the hall, you'll find the upstairs master which has a king bed, smart tv, and balcony access. This bedroom is also connected to a bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Just across the loft, you'll see two bunkrooms. The first holds a twin-full-queen bunkbed and smart TV, with its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bunkroom holds 2 triple twin bunk beds and has access to a shared bathroom in the loft.

Great Place!

Perfect place for lots of friends or family to gather and spread out for comfort! Would've been nice to have basic spices (even just salt and pepper) like we've had in other rentals, and enough forks for the number of people who can stay there, along with pool towels, but we'll definitely stay again for the other comforts!

Family staycation

This was such a fun place to stay. The house was really well thought out to accommodate lots of people. We had 8 adults and 3 littles and had plenty of room. The private people was so nice to have. We will be back.

Nice weekend

We have rented in Ocotillo multiple times in the past so we had a good feel for the location, quality and amenities. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities including towels, dishes, paper goods, etc. And lots of fun additions including the ping pong table, the video arcade, the gas fireplaces on the patios and the large table in the dining area that seated us all. The pool and hot tub were way up on the list of reasons we picked this specific unit and we weren't disappointed. It was nice to swim when we wanted without walking to the community pool area. We had no complaints and felt like we paid a reasonable price for the quality of the property.

Fabulous for family reunion

The location is perfectly situated in a quiet community just outside of St George, and close to shops and beautiful Snow Canyon. The home is very clean with lots of beds and things to do for entertainment. My favorite is the large fire pit where our family would gather throughout the day!

Nice and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the private pool and jacuzzi was great, the water temperature was a little warmer than we wanted, but it was still nice to cool off and swim into the night! The en-suite bathrooms were perfect and the king rooms and bunk rooms were perfect for our family. We definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!!

LOVE. My only critique is not a reflection on the house or management company.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was great, set up very well, with everything we might need (although I would suggest maybe another fridge in the garage for overflow), the TV set up was awesome for our kids wanting to play video games at night against each other (they brought their own systems), etc. The pool was the selling point of this particular house for us, the community pool is nice but I like the ability to walk out the back door into a private pool. It was great, well maintained, the only downfall there was the cover caused the pool to heat up to spa temps and it was not useable the first night, but the next day it was tolerable and by the second full day, not a big deal. It really needs to be left uncovered in the summer, southern Utah is just too hot for that. Also, an umbrella or shade cloth for the pool would be lovely. My only issue this stay was I believe the owners of the home visited while we were there, peeking over the backyard/pool wall, first a woman, then a man saying "we just wanted to check on our property". I was alone in the pool when this happened, and was stunned. I called Red Sands and they were SO easy to get ahold of, and SO nice about it, saying they would make sure it didn't happen again, and this review is absolutely not a reflection on them or the house itself, but it definitely made me very uncomfortable. Would I stay with Red Sands again? Yes. This specific house? If they had another house with a pool available, no.

Amazing Home!

The home was everything we needed! Management was easy to get ahold of and quick to help. We arrived a little early and they helped us check into the property. They even sent someone out to fix the WiFi when it went out. The private pool was worth it alone and super relaxing. Tons of space to spread out and we loved every minute!

We stayed with our friends and all our kids. It was a PERFECT house for a group and for kids. Having the private pool was a must because the community pool got super busy. The home was clean and had a ton of space. Management was very easy to get a hold of over call or text and great to work with. We were super happy with our stay and will be booking again in the future! One thing to note is there isn't an umbrella in the backyard and no shade by the pool so it gets really hot.

Birthday getaway

Overall the house was fantastic. The check in process was easy, and the house was clean. The pool and hot tub were great. My only complaint was the pool cover was broken and ripped as well as a light was sticking out of the hot tub needing repair. It would have been nice to just be given a heads up of these issues, noting the management company was aware. When I did message the management company noting these issues, I never received a text back. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Desert Oasis

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of comfy clean beds for everyone. We had a blast in the private pool and nearby snow canyon and gunlock falls. The slide and jumping rock in the community pool was also great. There are lots of nearby bike trails that we enjoyed. Will be staying again sometime!

Great place for a family reunion!

This beautiful home had plenty of places to sleep and room to relax and visit. Our family favorites were the heated pool and hot tub plus the fire pit where we could see the gorgous red cliffs and watch the stunning sunsets.

Family Time

We loved the house and the pool!!! The kids had lots of fun! The only thing that was annoying was the bugs by the pool. They were really bad. They would bite us so we would have to go in. Also there were no umbrellas to have shade when you were watching the kids. We enjoyed our time there and we will be back.
