The luxury private amenities are the shining star features of this home. Bring up to 30 people with you to enjoy a private swimming pool, hot tub, a custom movie theater, games and MUCH more. The home needs maintenance. We had to replace the flush plug on the toilet due to no response. The downstairs needed a deep vacuuming. That is just for starters. We came home from dinner and found a dead mouse at the bottom of the stairwell. The carpets need cleaning. However, the pool was well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We won't be staying there again.

Loved the large areas where we could gather together AND the many bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed for privacy as well. Pool was perfect. Plenty of seating inside and out. Beautiful views.

Great stay with large family group

We stayed at the property in mid March 2025 and had an excellent time. The amenities were wonderful and the house layout was great for our group of 9 adults and 1 baby. Many nice areas to hang out together and the ping pong table was a big hit. Nice heated private pool and great location to all the activities we enjoyed including the Black Desert Golf Course, Snow Canyon, and Zion.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and loved the beautiful furnishings and decor, the great red rock views and so many special amenities as the game room, several TV's including the huge theater room TV with surround sound and amazing seating, the the hot tub and splash pool.
