The property is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach spots such as The Reef and The Islander, and less than one mile from Pensacola Beach attractions including the Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and beach activities.

Minimum stay is 3 to 4 nights, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. This unit is not pet-friendly. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For payment security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from anyone other than the reservation holder. Two parking passes are allowed.
