Las vistas son espectaculares desde este condominio en el quinto piso frente al Golfo en el favorito de todos, Emerald Isle. Convenientemente ubicado justo enfrente de la oficina de Paradise Beach Homes (¡hace que registrarse sea muy fácil!), Emerald Isle es un edificio de 17 pisos con dos piscinas (una climatizada en invierno), bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio.

Emerald Isle # 502 es administrada profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Emerald Isle 502 es un bonito dormitorio de dos habitaciones con una decoración agradable, con un rey en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el sofá para invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Los dos baños tienen actualizaciones de lavamanos.

¡Este es el mejor lugar en toda la isla desde donde observar a los Blue Angels volar durante su espectáculo anual de verano en la playa ahora para reservar su lugar! Al final de un día bañado por el sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con televisores de pantalla plana en todo el condominio e Internet inalámbrico de cortesía. Lavadora y secadora en condominio. Ubicado a solo media milla del área central de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes.

Everything was as described. The only complaint is the lack of elevators functioning. The beach is beautiful and a nice walk to the pier. It could have been a perfect vacation had the government shut down taken place. In any case, I would stay again and recommend it, but if elevators not repaired I would stay on the first four floors for stairs access.

Great location

Place was stocked with basic dishes, was clean and had a great view of the water. We watched the Blue Angels from the beach and the next day watched from the balcony. Both ways we had a great view.

Condo was as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Excellent view of the ocean. Close to everything so we walked mostly and that was nice. The trolley is fun and stops were nearby to get on and off. Would stay here again for sure.

The property was wonderful! The only thing to complain about was the locks on balcony doors were hard to lock and unlock. It took a lot of strength to do so. The property is located in a good area. You can walk basically wherever you wanted to go but its also towards the end away from most traffic. I would definitely rent again!

The condo is close to several bars and restaurants. The pool was very nice. We just wished the condo included beach chair service.

Condo was nice. Spacious and a lovely view. Busier area than we are used to in PCB so more people to dodge on the beach. Boardwalk made it easy to get to the beach. Pool was busy but always clean. 4 stars because for a huge complex, there were only two elevators, one of which was down most of the time. Not anything that the owner could do about that- just made elevator wait times ridiculous.

Great place, great location. Only problem we had was when we called for the late check in information we were told they would text me the info. By time we landed i had no text and we spend 2 hrs trying to find where we needed to be to ger our access codes. Would stay again even after the inconvenience of that. The place was spectacular itself!

Everything about Emerald Isle is great. Our unit was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was at the end of its life. Other than that, we will be back.

Beautiful Place and View

The condo was beautiful, everything was nice and everything worked great! My only complaint was the floors! Not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed! There was so much sand I hand to sweep when we got there! Overall a beautiful place and would stay again!!

Emerald Isle Building

We have been staying at the Emerald Isle building for on and off for several years. We have stayed in many of the different units at the complex. As a whole, the complex seems to be run down. From the furniture, being old and worn to the codes at the doors never working. Due to the gate and the door codes being a pain in the butt we will be looking for an alternative stay next time. If they are, some upgrades made on the building, let us know. We might consider a return stay.
